Very unprofessional, save yourself the hassle and don’t bother with hays.

Daniella Barry: I initially went for an interview to sign up with them. Initially the consultant was quite friendly and I got an interview with a company. I asked her to tell me the outcome and to give me feedback - she never contacted me - I had to ring her. I sent her an email asking had she sent my CV to another company I had requested - she just ignored me. Common courtesy doesn't cost anything. Useless service, stay away!!!
Lukman Ali: I joined Hays after reading a good review of it on the internet and thought they may be able to help me find a job. i was called in for an initial interview where i met one of the staff members who was very helpful and genuinely tried to get me a job, he would ring me every so often to keep me updated and i was very happy as i could see that he was trying his best. A few months later Hays had a change of personnel. The lady who replaced the chap has not even tried to contact me and when i apply for the jobs online they don't even bother to reply. Some of the agents to reply but some of them just ignore you. I found a job myself in the end and was really fed up with their service. I will delete my Hays account and will not use them again. There are numerous agencies in the town centre, and i would thoroughly recommend trying elsewhere.

Tina Coles: Brunch of c***ts. My Son drove his car to the parking range at night. Was not clear to a 17 year old who had just past his test. For 15 mins over he gets a £100 fine!! It is a joke as from the picture you can only just see the reg plate. Absolute crooks but guess they are not earning much these days from people working from home! times must be hard for them!

Harri Smithson: Parked in allocated parking for where I live. Bought new car and requested new permit. No permit has arrived and owned the car over 2 months. Appealed first ticket day I received only to get an email stating my appeal was unsuccessful on day 14 (pay in less than 14 days and tha charge is half). Seems very convenient to me? Since have had 2 other fines and no permit sent. Any hope of contact is hopeless. I gave to park close to my flat due to having heavy work equipment. I will be appealing further but by looking at the other reviews this won't do much. I will also complain to my housing association to see if they can sort the matter as I have evidence of tickets and the requested permit.Would be great if they understood customer service being that I pay for their services monthly and not by them issuing tickets.
Tom Silk: Awful firm - trying to charge me £170 to park in my own parking space despite me proving I live here and have a valid permit. Also tried to charge me for four fines over the new year when I had Covid-19, because they hadn’t sent me the 2022 permit in time.

Issued PCN for parking in my own allocated bay ,which I had been in for 3 years, as my permit was partially covered by a business card which moved in wind. Rejected appeal.Will be fighting it in court awful service money grabbing scammers. Same car for the whole 3 years & parking attendants park across 2/3 parking bays while inspecting.
K P: Absolute scam artists. We sold a car back in July and had a parking fine from this company for after we sold it. Appealed the fine as we didn't own the car at the time, they acknowledged we no longer had the car and wanted a DVLA letter stating when the records were updated.Got the letter, no where to send it as appeal was rejected even though they said we don't own the car anymore. The independent appeal process they use after they decline your appeal doesn't work and you can't ring them to speak to anyone because they either hang up right away or just say they don't discuss appeals. Absolutely disgusting company.

Dessie Ivanova: It is the worst most ridiculous company ever. Putting fines on our car while we are waiting for the permit. First time they didn't send us the new permit and my husband email them about it. While waiting they putted few fines on the car. Now we changed car and he spoke with them on the phone and was assured he will not get any fine and here we are second day on a row getting one.Edit: now they fined me because unfortunately my car rolled down the hill on the parking and smashed another car. According to them I parked wrong. Do you brainless people think I parked my car like this does it look like? You don't see two smashed cars?

Scam company trying to make money from residents and ignoring real rule breakers, like constriction lorries which block access to the building.
