Roxana Codreanu: I was really disappointed with the customer service that i’ve experienced. As soon as i went in the shop, the worker came from the back of the store and told me that he’s busy at the back- which i found quite offensive and unprofessional as i was looking forwards to buy a wine.

Katie Dowling: The team at Majestic provided us with the wines and beers for our wedding in April. The service was fantastic, particularly Jack and Margit. We had the free glass hire which was delivered to us a few days before the wedding, and when we returned the deposit was quickly paid back. Great bonus that we were able to go in for a really fun and informative tasting! They were really helpful in advising the promotions they had on at the time too which we took full advantage of.

Been told by 3 people at different times "your wine will be there today" and it hasnt, also been told its lost with Yodel. Yodel tried delivering it to the store but got the wrong address etc etc and now i find out that the warehouse for Majestic Wine is in.............. Northampton... work that one out. Greg at the shop been great, nothing to do with the shop its all about head office and customer services being useless. Still waiting.

john lovett: Phoned up in Morning was told gas was coming in. Then phoned up 1 hour before to check gas was in, and someone went to check and I was told gas was in, so travelled 1 hour to pick up, on arrival was told all the gas had gone when I explained the situation I was approached by a rude middle aged female manager who was less than helpful or apologetic with terrible service and attitude unfortunate not the Lwc of old !!!
