Paul Stone: An awesome place for a reception! They think of every detail you may need, from flip flops in case your dancing shoes get uncomfortable, to complementary blankets if you get cold. The staff were outstanding! The place was very clean and well organized. Overall a fantastic place to rent for any function!

Samantha Clawson: We got married here late October and it was honestly the best day of my life. The venue is absolutely stunning and the staff are so attentive. Harry and his staff worked tremendously hard to give us the best experience possible and they delivered! All of our guests loved the venue and the food! We have had tons of compliments on the beautiful wedding, and venue & food. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.We had Sarah look after us on the run up to the day. She answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease. We had multiple meetings beforehand and a taster evening where we met other couples and got to try the caterers the gorgeous food!
Donna Stokes: Beautiful venue for a very special occasion not that great for disables or wheelchair users but do able. plenty of parking staff beyond efficient kept very clean and tidy of empty glasses, cans rubbish etc. Lovely place for a wedding

James Reeves: This was a very tasteful venue with 18th century buildings restored to the modern era. Came here for a wedding reception in the evening and it didn’t disappoint.Lovely greenery, views of the countryside, the buildings of course and the outside bar is cheap with a lot of choice.Can’t say much more than that. No complaints at all. Another fantastic place to get married at.

After much research and many differing visits we settled on The Barns at Hunsbury Hill. The Venue is delightfully spacious yet intimate in its personalisation in all that they had planned for our day. The staff were fantastic, they were attentive but never noticeable and couldn't do enough for us on the day. Special thanks to Harry and his team, you made the day so wonderful for everyone, from the ceremony until we left 12 hours later it felt absolutely seamless.If you're looking for somewhere for your next celebration look no further than The Barns, you will be delighted.Thanks again guys, we look forward to seeing you again on our next family occasion

Sandra McCartney: Awful, £4 each to go into Christmas market, still trying to fathom out what it was for. They had very few Christmas trees and about 8 stalls in market. Back to Welford Christmas tree farm next year, free entry plus mulled wine and mince pies.
Slawek Cisowski: Amazing family run estate with huge green spaces and history.
Carol Ford: The Conference Barn is an excellent venue for corporate events, with delicious food provided. I have always found the estate staff to be extremely helpful and accommodating and I would highly recommend as a venue.

Hannah Hall Beddoe: The venue that really has it all - I've been lucky enough to photograph over 20 weddings at Dodmoor over the last few years and there is no scenario they're not ready for. Rain? Got a back up plan. People seeing you before you enter the ceremony? There's screens for that. Speeches running late? No dramas there's a plan B. I've shot there in heatwaves, in the rain and the bitterly cold and the team always have it together and run a tight ship and are always willing to accommodate my requests if we need an extra few minutes because something ran late. Every space is gorgeous and the venue really comes into its own at night when the twinkly lights come on. What a dream!I could write a lengthier review about Dodmoor but the TLDR is this; if you're considering booking for your wedding, stop thinking and DO IT, you wont be disappointed.

Tasha Treen: Myself and my husband got married at Dodmoor house December 2022. I found the venue last minute about 4 months prior to the wedding and made my enquiry after seeing they had some last minute wedding dates! They were so accommodating and we got a complete steel with our last minute wedding booking! Throughout the process before the wedding I felt completely at ease about the day and our wedding planner Vicky met us at the venue to show us around and explain how the day could look! We live 2 hours from the venue so booked based on the photos we had seen, and it exceeded all expectations!Before the wedding I had a zoom call with Vicky to go through the finer details and I feel like I’m my nerves were no where near what they would have been without knowing it was all under control!Fast forward to the day of our wedding we had access to the gorgeous honeymoon suite and dodford room to get ready in, I had complete creative control with how my wedding was set up, but Vicky was very willing to help with it all! She set up the ceremony room for me and helped with last minute set up on the tables for our wedding breakfast! The staff were absolutely incredible and I cannot thank them enough! The day went completely as planned, but the team were all prepared for weather changes ect!The attention to detail, the help given from start to finish and the complete ease I felt was all down to Vicky and the team! I would give 100 stars if I could, and recommend this gorgeous venue to everyone!
Charlotte Dunmore: The.best.venue.ever.The staff were absolutely amazing throughout every stage and pulled everything together on the day. Everything was done and move around on the day without anyone seeing it being done. Nothing was too much trouble. Our christmas wedding was perfect and couldn't have gone any better.

Vicky Hall: We had the most amazing day getting married at Dodmoor House. The venue is stunning and we felt like it was very intimate with our slightly smaller numbers (48day guests and 100 evening guests).The staff were amazing from the very first open evening we attended right up until our wedding day.The communication from the team was brilliant, and once allocated a wedding coordinator (Nadine - who is just the most beautiful person inside and out) it enhanced this even further. We knew at every step what was going to happen and what time each of the specific “moments” ie wedding breakfast, speeches, cutting the cake would be.They also made you feel incredibly special and for that I can’t thank Nadine and the staff at dodmoor enough.I can’t recommend getting married here enough!!!

Sharon Stubbings: Attended a friend's wedding here, the location is amazing, a working farm but with a converted barn for celebrations in the grounds of an old church set with a backdrop of a lake complete with a gazebo and a field full of sheep with lambs! There were benches covered with astro turf to sit on for photos and while we waited for the service to commence.The two bar staff were lovely- warm, friendly and professional, making sure guests were warm as the evening progressed.Cannot fault the location and is a shame can only score 5/5.I belive there is a B&B on site but as local we did not use these facilities.

The grounds are beautiful, a real working farm with a beautiful church. Robin and Linda were kind, approachable and only involved when we wanted them to be- they’ve really found the balance of being helpful but also not too involved.If you want a DIY wedding where all your choices can be personal, in a beautiful setting please take a look around.You also get the rooms included the night of the wedding and they are massive and comfortable and the breakfast is so so good!

Early access to the barn, which you get as standard at this venue, is incredibly useful and means you can relax more in the build-up to your big day.Linda and Robin are great - they're so accommodating and understand the family politics that can come with weddings. Henry Ellis: Me and my wonderful wife got married at Furtho Manor Farm and it was just perfect! Linda and Robin were brilliant throughout the entire booking process, organisation and on the day event. Their range of suppliers was amazing, access to prepare great and… well, the location is just stunning. We got married on the lake, partied in barn and had such a brilliant time. 5 stars doesn’t do it credit, and the midweek prices are unbeatable for what you get!
