From the initial planning and design stages, to the table decorations, and everything in between, we really couldn’t have asked for a better company to make our dreams come true and take the stress away from all the planning and coordination needed, because it really is a lot. I really recommend the design boards that Alex can do as well, they helped bring our visions to life and see what was possible. Catherine West: There really aren't enough words to describe the service Alex and her Stingrays provide! Alex stuck with us through the pandemic and 3 dates, and then went absolutely above and beyond when our original wedding venue went bust and we needed to change venue - Alex was out on the road, sourcing options for us and calling us with ideas and potential venues... she did not need to do any of this and she had so many couples that were affected by the original venues' closure. I can't describe the attention to detail and love that Stingray put into their work, I was quite demanding and and asked for some very specific things and Alex didn't just deliver, she smashed it! On top of this our venue ended up with weddings the days before and after our day, which meant some extremely long hours with early starts and the team were dressing rooms throughout the entire day - despite this they were upbeat and professional and there was absolutely no disruption to us, our guests, or the day - the team were like styling ninjas. Alex is flexible, supportive, creative and thinks outside of the box. There is noone else I would ever consider for any future events. Thank you so very much Alex and team, there really aren't the right words...!

Natalie Castka: We made our booking with Stingray for our wedding back in 2018, and met with Alex a couple of times to go over the plan for the venue decor. The venue had been decorated many times by Stingray so we knew that we were in good hands. Alex listened to our ideas, and helped to elevate what we already had (being on somewhat of a budget, we were bringing items ourselves).Unfortunately, due to Covid, not only did we have to postpone multiple times, but our original venue closed down, meaning we had to find a new one. Alex stayed with us throughout our whole journey and was determined to see it through! With a short period of time to rearrange everything and adjust some ideas, we finally got our day in August, 16 months after our original date, and we could not have been happier.We are so glad that we found Stingray, the whole team set up the venue beautifully, and the attention to detail was phenomenal. I believe that it was Stingray's first time at the venue, but you wouldn't have known it.So many of our guests commented on how beautiful everything looked and we couldn't agree more.We're just gutted that we only had it for one day!Thank you so much again, Alex and team, there aren't enough words to describe how grateful we are and how awesome you are!Natalie and Peter x

The lady that was supposed to be ‘managing’ it could not be bothered to even greet us and had a horrible expression on her face the whole time we were there, almost as though she did not want our business. I would definitely not recommend this place as they do not even know basic customer service and seemed like they only want to serve their own community.

jusna miah: Horrible place, we were not greeted at all, staff members only seem to want to serve their own community and made it pretty clear that they did not want our business as we didn’t appear to be Eastern European.Everything we asked for it was a no, we got the hint. I would not got there unless you are Eastern European then they might greet you with a smile and cater to your own needs. We clearly didn't fit their bill so were not worthy of their time. We walked in there and were ignored, horrible experience, didn’t think this would happen in this day and age and the staff need to learn some manners in how to interact with the general public rather than just their own kind!

I emailed hundreds of questions, changed my mind and all my emails were replied promptly with detailed information.On the day of the wedding, the team were amazing. megan davies: The most brilliant, lovely, efficient, professional marquee , company and team. They did our wedding marquee 14th March 2020 and the entire build, day and break down was so smooth. Nothing was too difficult, everything was immaculate and they had such respect for the garden, drive and home where the marquee was being laid. The breakdown was done in about 48 hours (and it was a 200 person spacious marquee!) - couldn't recommend enough.

When I first met Ben he really set the bar high for the other companies I asked for quotes from as he asked me so many questions I never knew I needed to think about, but thank god he did! He was straightforward with what considerations I needed to make and had a fab range of what he could offer from size to linings to carpets, whatever we needed. He and the team were always on time, polite, good to have around and so extremely helpful on the day of our event. If we ever hold another big party or event, we'll definitely use Wings again - absolutely faultless from start to finish.

Arti: I first used Wings in 2015 for a marquee for my own wedding, they were super helpful, so friendly and did an amazing job.My sister-in-law needed a marquee for her 2 day wedding last weekend so we of course, came back to Wings who once again, did an incredible job. Ben met with us on numerous occasions to go through the logistics, design and details. We had a reveal curtain that needed lifting mid-event on day one, he arrived early and didn't complain despite us making him wait for ages as the event ran later than planned! Ben and his team turned the marquee around for us between the days including moving the disabled toilet as we decided we wanted it in a different location! (Once again without any quibbles!) We needed another smaller marquee put up at last minute due to the terrible weather predictions and he arranged for that to be done with no fuss.We also hired chairs, tables and high chairs for the wedding days from Wings. They were put out exactly how we’d asked for each of the 4 events. We had a guest at last minute tell us that their childcare had fallen through and therefore needed to bring their baby, Ben very kindly arranged for this additional high chair with very little notice.Ben provided our generator and ensured we had power exactly where we’d asked for it.The marquee was lit beautifully and additional outdoor lights were provided for the evening reception to ensure guests could see their way to the toilets!The team were also very patient and helpful whilst we spent a (long!) while debating on where and how long we wanted the red carpet at the entrance!Gemma did an amazing job of creating perfect floor plans for us which ended up being so valuable as we distributed them to all of our suppliers to help with organizing the day.It’s clear that Ben and the whole team are passionate about what they do: For the evening reception, Ben built the stage for the head table and the decor company were meant to provide gold paneling for the front and side of the stage. We hadn’t realized that the back was therefore left exposed which therefore made it look unfinished. The decor company left (only an hour or so before the reception was due to start) without us noticing it but Ben spotted it and very, very kindly carpeted the back leaving it looking perfect and complete. He didn’t “need” to do this as it wasn’t agreed or discussed beforehand but he’s the type of guy who could see we needed help, knew he’d be able to fix the problem and just fixed it.Overall, (if you haven’t worked it out!) I can’t recommend Wings enough! Excellent service, so incredibly helpful and lovely, lovely people! :)
