I had to move even though I paid extra to sit in luxury seats. I will not be coming back n will be taking it further. Avoid like the plague

Elaine Chan: I enjoyed my visit at Northampton Vue Cinema. The seats were comfortable and I didn’t have any issues when I watched the film. The Super Mario movie is very funny especially the part where Bowser sings Peaches 😂 And I loved the Luigi’s mansion as well 😂
Chloe harvey: Came here as tickets are cheaper. They've taken away the self service ticket machines to collect your tickets. Small cinema and quiet compared to Cineworld. Excellent customer service to your new member of staff 'Sasha'. He was very friendly and helpful. They do have a better selection of drinks and alcoholic drinks compared to Cineworld also. The screens are always cold though so overall will always be going back to Cineworld.

Amelie King: This place was all around very nice and the staff where friendly and all, but, I have just one small complaint and that was in the bathrooms with water covering much of the women's bathroom it disappointed me seeing as how everything else was so lovely, but other then this, I would certainly recommend it.

John Matrix: I've been going to this cinema for years without incident, only to receive a £60 parking fine for my last visit. Apparently the rules have changed, but they've not made much effort to inform customers! Looks like I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Answer: Inside the theatre are two wall mounted iPad to enter your reg onto if you will be over four hours. In case you had this parking question as well. I was visiting here from near Aberdeen.

Jo: Staff were extremely helpful when booking our tickets and speedy with the service. Very clean in all areas. Seats in the screen were well spaced, comfortable and with the gradient there were no issues with not being able to see over the person in front, even for the children. Lighting was bright enough until the showing time to get to your seats with no issues.

Maggie Rock Wright: A very cool cinema theatre with comfortable reclining seats (the backs of the seats tilt back, it isn’t a full recliner with foot rest). Very clean. Friendly staff. Toilets are in the main building, downstairs, so go before the movie starts! There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor in the main building.

Niki Holmes: Love this cinema, lovely big comfy, cosy leather reclining seats, not the biggest of places, but has 2 screens, always friendly staff, and always clean, went tonight to see Otto, ticket was £9. Definitely recommend, park just a couple of minutes walk away in the multi storey, so car stays dry & not frosty when you come out.

Caty Cue: There are two theatres on this site. The original theatre is beautiful, the modern theatre is functional but definitely lacks the gold gilt and red velvet visu impact of the older theatre. Both are comfortable but there are stairs all over the place because the modern Derngate has been built on a slope. There are lifts for those with mobility challenges, but I admit that I struggle and I am not even in a wheelchair. I only found out that there is a disabled toilet on the Derngate main floor this week. I have been going to shows here for 20 years! The acoustics in both spaces are great. Your experience will vary according to what you have chosen to see. There is a multi-storey carpark down the (steep) hill. It is tight for modern cars. The queues to pay and then to exit can be long after a performance, so be prepared to wait. There is a closer small car park but I have never worked out how to get into it!

sheena doran: Love Cineworld at Rushden Lakes, always clean, comfy seats and plenty of leg room. The staff are all friendly too. Bonus points for the loos always being so clean without fail every visit !

Kye KRS: Great addition to the area. Now we dont have to travel to Kettering/Northampton for a cinema. The 4DX and 2D screenings are great. Seats are comfy and food/beer selection is alright. Everything is overpriced, but thats to be expected in such establishments. £2.50 family tickets for 10am screenings are a fantastic idea too.
