Jon Rose: I tried working with Supplyant for a few months, during that time they totally failed to achieve anything of any significance with our campaigns. The only impact was achieved by creating a PPC campaign on my brand name in an effort to bring the average ppc costs down. The main resource on my account, I never spoke to them, I found out later they were based in the Philipines and being recharged at a huge markup. I have since hired this sort of resource directly and got much more for a lot less.I have since found out that they continued to bill me for a service, incorrectly and for a service that was not being provided. The directors refused to deal with this situation professionally. Ironically it was one of their own incompetent staff who inadvertently made me aware that I was being ripped off by them.There are a lot better and a lot more honest resources out there. Perhaps times are tough for this company which is why they are choosing to be so underhand.

George Esser: I have been with them since 2009. I also have been with other similar warehouse businesses, in other countries. This company beats every warehouse I have ever dealt with. No one else comes close. Their system is very advanced compared to other systems. They always have First in First out, they keep track of inventory by Lot numbers. You can ship the oldest product or ship by a specific Lot. As long as you don't ask for something outside the scope of their normal processes, it will be flawless every time. The one or two times they did make a mistake, they owned up to it, and compensated fairly.
John Mwa: Don't ever trust this company. I stared year ago; they ruined my business. They took weeks to do deliver products & weeks to reply to emails. They only apologies. They ruined my business. I have bad Google reviews on my website. They don’t care. I had a loss on my business because of James & James. But if you late to pay their bills they take you to court. Please be aware.

Ton Mazzone: I wish I could give zero stars.Was not informed on deposits costs (£2000+) or set up fees (£700) by the lady who signed me up. As soon as I sign the contract to proceed, i'd been invoiced the above.I decided I did not want to proceed due to the reasons above and I have now been threatened to go to court to pay the sum of over £700 for 'set up' fees, that I wasn't aware of and which I will categorically not pay (and have been advised not to by my lawyer).I haven't even signed into their online portal and receive weekly emails from James & James saying 'to start your setup, sign in' but yet i'm still being threatened that I must pay a setup fee. Baring in mind, my stock was not sent to them, I was not made aware of the costs AND i'm receiving emails to 'start' setup.This company are a disgrace, overpriced and I would avoid at all costs.All they want to do is take your money, even during these hard times. Imagine trying to make someone pay £700 for a service they haven't used? Despite what a contract says (even though it was clearly manipulated in bad faith), there's no human touch to this poor excuse of a company.
Jake Briggs: Do NOT work with James and James under any circumstancesFrom start to finish they’ve been horrendous. Our stock has gone “missing”, orders do not get fulfilled on time, and when you want to leave, even with all invoices paid, they suspend your account to keep hold of your stock for longer to keep sticking you with £2.5k a month invoices for storage. Proper scam artists.The staff turnover here really hurt our business, I can only assume the employees here are treated horribly because everyone is always new, people leave, they don’t leave any notes, and nobody knows what’s going on.If you want to kill your ecommerce business, use this company.

Paige: Easy job, most people were very friendly and easy to work with. On the other hand when I was ill they wanted to investigate me and I recieved many mixed messages about how to handle it. I tried to speak with them and it ended up in an argument with one ignorant particular member of staff. Not to mention I was underpaid for half my overtime and when I left they deducted my pay by quite a lot and they think I'm in the wrong by asking for it.

We almost never receive complaints. Our corporate team loves the visibility into every aspect of our orders, inventory and finances with this facility, and have had great experience when working with Customer Service, which is not needed often. Great team and great facility.

Their system is outdated and not as advanced as other fulfilment centre we have worked with. They also lie and don't fulfil promises.I'm not someone that writes reviews, but I've honestly had enough with working with them. The most frustrating experience ever. So much money and time wasted
Adam Castleton: In recent months James & James have cost us thousands in reputational damage. The service level has degraded to a diabolical level with lost stock, missed SLA's, and significantly delayed shipments. After years of being a satisfied customer, we have no choice but to move to another provider.
Ben: We sell approximately 60k units a month so definitely not the largest player but still enough for most 3PLs to at least pretend they're interested - sales agent (Evie) came across rude during the 10 minute grilling I received. Limited interest in understanding our business when I mentioned that'd we'd only be looking to put a small proportion (couple of thousand units a month) with them initially. Doesn't bode well for the future so I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Sadie Jay: Been a roller coaster as a result of the pandemic and the impact of online orders going through the roof - but I have never worked in a team that worked so hard to turn things around. Everyone genuinely cares about what they do and has fun doing it!
Tracey Gurr: Brilliant tracking service from James and James fulfilment. I ordered a book for my elderly mum from one of their suppliers. Her TV broke and so I wanted to get the book to her asap to give her something to read whilst she had no television. The tracking service provided by James and James is brilliant - you can see exactly what's happening to your order and when, and even the name of the person who is picking, packing and labelling it. Best tracking service I've seen - really clear and helpful.
Mike B: Broken promises, slow dispatch, overcharging, not reliable. We literally had to open a warehouse to dispatch orders as they are unable to send orders on time. Emails were initially answered in 2-3 weeks, now they are ignored. Cant ever speak to management - apparently always in a meeting. Customer service apart from one or two staff are rude and unhelpful. Faceless, lying and disorganised company you will ever deal with. I believe they are only interested in taking your money and not offering a service.

They will talk nicely for getting a contract with them and they hidden and extra charges they will cost you is like unimaginable. N also they charge too much for 5GB as compared with other providers. If you have any query's to resolve and you visit that place they will tell you to call customer service number. Coz they call charge you additional amount as you called the extra from your given offer. Don't fool your self by taking their connection.

Charlie Sade: This place is appalling, customer service is disgusting. First of all I walked in and no one greeted me as the staff were too busy chatting and talking about customers behind their backs. They were extremely rude and were belittling in every which way, I have never experienced service like this but its just not on. They gave me no options when trying to buy a plan... the man who served me was too busy flirting with his colleague and were solely focused on trying to get me out of the store as quick as possible. If I could rate this place less than one star I would, don't recommend coming here till they get a new team on who actually have social skills...

Terry Watson: Time to look at a new wireless broadband contract. My needs are specific, the router must have connectivity for an external antenna, as I live in a poor signal spot. Things started well enough, staff were polite but unfortunately they did not seem to understand my needs, which I had clearly explained. The sales process continued, with two possible contracts available, though only one was presented, being the best value, however, there was a £10 set up fee, which I did not want, being capable to do this myself with ease, apparently this must be paid!. A picture of the router was shown to me, this did not show any connections necessary for antennae. The unit appeared unbranded, so it was not possible to 'Google' for further info. Whilst there was a vast array of mobile phones on display a router was not available for inspection and no staff member had ever seen one! This was clearly a shop that only pushed for a contract sale, without having the customer needs at heart, indeed I overheard a conversation between a person a took to be senior and a younger staff member who was being told off for not closing a deal and allowing a prospective customer to walk off. Having spent much of my working life in face to face sales I was surprised this was done where other customers could hear!I left too, and went into a competitive supplier, who were able to supply exactly what I required, with the router available to take away and at a lower cost! I took it home, spent 10 minutes setting up and now enjoy a great signal!

Richard Miller: the service was conducted well, however don't expect to be booked in when you arrive we were seen a half hour later. Also don't phone to see if the car is ready for collection as no-one is available to answer the phone and I was finally disconnected. When we finally picked up the car after having to wait for an available service person, we drove the car off but it was not performing correctly so we returned to be told the car was still in service mode I was dissapointed with the level of customer care, not by the staff but the business doesn't provide the level you would expect from mercedes, having also paid a premium.
St. John Bourne: Great car buying experience at Sytners , Northampton - in spite of Covid difficulties. Within 8 hours of walking into the showroom we were driving away with our new car. We got a fair deal and were very well looked after by the sales staff (thanks Greg).

He explained everything to us and he gave us the opportunity to have a test drive at the car even if we were at the dealership 15-20minutes before they closed. Northampton Mercedes Benz was really good and they made us feel welcome straight away. When I decided to buy the car they gave me few days until they prep the car and I went to pick it up with my daughter, I signed all the papers, taxed the car and then I was asked to go and see my car. I was expecting to go outside in the car park but actually I was sitting next to my car the whole time and I didn't know. They had it covered with the Mercedes black sheet and Alex asked my daughter to help him uncover the car. We were both so excited!I felt very privileged!After few days I had a phone call as well from Alex just to check if everything was alright with the car.I recommend to everyone Northampton dealership! I think if I decide to sell my car in few years I will return to them!

I gave him a hard time as I did not expect to wait 14 MONTHS when placing an order for a new car. Disappointed with Mercedes-Benz for not honouring the original price at the time of placing my order as I had to take the hit when selling my car this year instead of last year!
