David Naylor: The staff took the time to help me work out if the LP triple bongos would fit my percussion set up.. They put the order in that same day then called to let me know the supplier had delivered the bongos and they were on their way.The set of bongos arrived two days later on Christmas eve and are perfect.Thank you to all the staff at BW drum shop. for the fantastic service.
Deon Hartley: I'm in shock at the service I've received. I was desperate for my drum to arrive by a certain date. There was complications outside of their control with the shipping but they did EVERYTHING they could to get it to me by the promised date. The time they put in contacting the shipping and me certainly outways any profit made.I've never been valued as a customer before. I for one have learnt buying cheaper elsewhere is not worth it. If BW Drums are selling something I am looking for that I can buy cheaper elsewhere, I will still be buying from BW Drums as I know it's worth the service received.

Chris Barker: My 9 year old son started playing drums with Cameron this year. It was my sons idea, and we were a little concerned as we knew our son wasn't well coordinated and has since been diagnosed with ADHD and Dyspraxia. Throughout all our sons drumming lessons Cameron has been very patient and helped by breaking down things into simpler steps. Our son can now play along to a number of popular songs and really enjoys his sessions. The experience has been so good that as a Dad wanting to support him I've decided to try and learn the drums aged 50! Again Cameron is coming up with the goods with identifying ways to get the best out of me too.On top of that Cameron arranges social events to get his Drummers together which we've had great fun at.Thanks Cameron for all your patience with us and for making learning to play the Drums fun.
Amy Myers: Our son started when he was 6 and he was very unfocused, but after only a few months Cameron has him enjoying lessons and learning whole songs. Cameron is very patient and encouraging with Jack! Would highly recommend!!

Paul Mansell: Drum base is the perfect recording environment. Alex, the owner, is very knowledgeable and has great equipment. Its friendly and relaxing and Alex has that rare talent of really getting the best out of you as a performer, and then transforming that into a recording with great sound and vision. Highly recommended.
Claire Clayson: We have been going to Alex for drum lessons for several weeks now and my son has been thoroughly enjoying them. Alex provides clear instructions and explanations, is very patient but most importantly makes the lessons fun. My son has made noticeable progress and this has motivated him to practice and improve further.
