I am utterly heartbroken to have lost her (she was the bestest girl) but I appreciate that her comfort and well being was everyone’s foremost priority. Theo took care to explain every step of the process and to be as gentle and considerate as possible. Nothing can make suddenly loosing a loved one easier but I’m so grateful that he and the team did everything possible to be careful and supportive. Thank you very much for everything.

I called late in the afternoon because my cat became poorly. They got me an appointment in 30 min. They were so understanding, super nice and reassuring to someone who was clearly panicking. All the staff were professional and warm. Every time I had a problem with my cat I was seen very fast and he got the best treatment.

I cannot put into words how amazing the team are at this practice. They quite literally saved my boys life when he developed auto immune disease. Excellent, caring vets. Theo was wonderful through an incredibly difficult time at the end of our previous dog's life. We now have another dog that travels with us back and forth to and from America. Theo was amazing at helping us to navigate all the paperwork until we got used to it. Highly recommended.

I took in my little budgie as I noticed he wasn’t very well and acting different to usual. Me being me expected the worse but Theo was clearly very experienced and diagnosed him very quick and assigned the relevant medication to help Blu recover. I felt comfortable and very assured and knew he was in very safe hands. Very good experience

4worldlovers: We lost our cat, Aslan on Friday. The vet we saw was absolutely fantastic. Comforting and reassuring. Today we arrived with our old terrier girl, JD. They forwarded the appointment because of our concerns and the gentleman we saw was very prompt in his investigation. Answered absolutely every question we had and advised on many other things that we queried. They did a speedy blood test to establish where to start treatment. She improved not long after arrival. Hands down the best veterinary practice in Northampton. Open and honest. Thank you so much to all of the staff. We’d be lost without you and our fur babies.

Found a stray dog . They took it in and cared for it and scan for a microchip. Fortunately I found the owner and she went collected him . Very professional and friendly staff. Would recommend 100%.

Can't rate them highly enough. The care they gave to our dog after a foot injury followed by a spay, was exceptional. Always able to get appointments in a timely manner and the staff are all great. Car park is large if you can get down the bumpy road to it.

Rhodes vets have always been brilliant with our cat. They have managed to book us in for same-day appointments, where needed, and for our cat’s routine injections. It is clear the staff care a lot about the animals they look after.

Unfortunately we attended the vet for sad reasons, the vet Laura and staff were very sympathetic and heartfelt.

My cat was unfortunately knocked over. He was taken to Rhodes as it was the closest to where he was found. Even though this isn’t my usual vet practice the service I received from them was superb; from the original call to let me know he was there and had passed, through the cremation process and collection. They really cared and absolutely went the extra mile to make things as easy as possible for me in a sad situation. Thank you on behalf of both Munchkin and myself.
