DG O: Terrible service, DO NOT USE THESE COVID BANDITS. We booked a fit to fly and day 2 home test kits, this cost us £300 up front through the associated thieves 247 travel tests. We complied with instructions and posted our swabs in the same post box at the same time. My partners results never arrived but mine did, we had to pay for another test at the airport so we could fly. They did not reply to a single e mail we sent and their help line goes through to an answer phone every time. They take your money and never respond to issues. THEY ARE THIEVES.

On Day 3, I received an email from Health Hub confirming that the lab has received my sample. On Day 4, I received my result. For my Day 8 test, I took it on Day 8 and mailed it on the same day. On Day 9 afternoon, I received an email from Health Hub confirming that the lab has received my sample. In the evening of Day 9, I received my result.The process was easy and quick.

We didn’t get our result in time for our flight this morning and so we were not allowed to board the plane , we are now at home 10 hours after our flight left and still no result . We have tried calling , e mailing , messenger and no communication whatsoever . Don’t use them , they just want your money
ian fulton: I would like to put forward a nomination for a customer service award or recognition achievement for Mett who went above and beyond their duties today to confirm a delivery for a PCR fit to fly sample to be analysed had reached the labs in your test centre.Not only did Mett go out their busy demanding schedule to give direct one to one support to help locate my delivery but has now put my mind at an ease I have not had for over 1 week at least now.This is very much appreciated and will ensure this is made public on 20/30 lab reviews as much as you should ensure that Mett receives recognition for all that has been done.

Júlia L: We were very satisfied with the service. We went there for a Day2 PCR test and not only it was very cheap compared to how much it normally costs, but staff were kind and friendly, and the results were ready within 24 hours.
Arif Islam Choudhury: My wife and I had a Day 2 PCR Test (Click and Swab) unsupervised on site, one of the kits had a defect where PCR tubes liquid had leaked and this was swiftly dealt with by the operator on site who gave a replacement kit, we got the results in about 10 hours after dropping of sample kit in a designated box so we didn’t had to quarantine at home for long especially as we did the test between Christmas and New Year so it’s understandable if there was limited Human Resources to process results.
S L: Cancel the review I wrote 5 months ago. I've recently tried to use the self-test option they offer but their website, the instructions and the access to assistance are diabolical. I have wasted hours trying to navigate the process and there are gitches at every stage. Trying to get help from them is infuriating. They just blame the 3rd party company they use to carry out the actual tests. Maybe it's just me, but I won't be using them again. You have been warned.

I did the test following the instructions, but I got a WRONG CERTIFICATE!!! With incorrect information, wrong name, wrong birth date, and wrong sample date. The airport customs don't let me travel with that false certificate from The Health Hub.2. Lucy and the customer service blame everything on meWhat made me really mentally break down is the terrible customer service. I sent the email to ask for help to change the wrong name and date. Lucy replies and keeps telling me 100 times like a repeater that "We can do nothing about this. You register with the wrong information, and you should take responsibility for that" That is totally impossible because I have done the test 4 times, and every time I got the precisely correct certificates.3. The system will give you the wrong certificate, and the customer service is useless.I highly believe that there are some bugs in the behind system, and no matter what, I should not be the one to bear all this. The health hub system will give you the wrong certificate when entering different shipping and billing address names. For that, the customer service should have the ability to help to deal with such a situation. Otherwise, what is the meaning of the so-called customer service if they just answer every email by "The customer yourself should take the responsibility, and there is nothing we can do." I can write a computer program to achieve that, which will be 100 times more efficient than the whole service team.4. The end and my feelingsI want to go back to my home in France to work and to see my family, where the covid test is free and effective by the way. Now I am homeless and depressed in the UK thanks to the incorrect certificate they gave me. I ask them to give me another test, but they disappear. The I found this pharmacy and the miracle happened, I tried several options to contact them and the quickest response was on WhatsApp. Even on Sunday almost evening when they were closed I had a response even better, support and advice ! Renato Silva: Nothing related with medical staff from the hospital but with security from the hospital. My kid was very dizzy couldn't walk and I drop my wife and kid near the A&E and some idiot came runing and shouting you can't stop here look look you gona get a fine. First of all if I stopped not parked for less than a minute to drop them is because I didn't have another option normally the people are not going to the hospital when they are in good mood! Second if is a private company who makes the control from car park and roads around the hospital why this rude person came runing and talking in a threatening way! We are already down because the baby is more than 1 week down mood. Unfortunately someone gave him a jacket saying security and he came showing off is a boss! Not a smile not a "good afternoon sir look there is a camera you should move your car" is nothing to do with us but the camera can catch you, nothing!!! Well this is the type of people we have no education no manners and big bosses... What I can say!

Mr. Lambo: If you can, try go to other hospital. I am literally shocked, general doctors at a&e has lack of knowledge, i was given paracetamol and suggested to google the symptoms. beth crocker: Appalling hospital, if you can get to Kettering, go there! The treatment, judgement and discrimination I have received over many years is disgusting. I know the treatment you will receive depends on who you see, and sometimes its better than others. However there is a reoccurring theme with NGH of lack of awareness for mental health issues. When staff sit on the nurses station bad mouthing a patient who has attempted on their life, it makes a person there with mental health issue themselves, not want to stay. Badly organised, inattentive and horrible. The best people in that hospital are the volunteers and the HCAs, they are the ones that are the most caring and empathetic on the whole. If you can go to Kettering over Northampton please do.

All wards visiting is at the same block of 2 hours so the limited amount of space is highlighted dramatically. I won't complain about the cost because it is comparable to council run car parks. It's just too small!!

There is an extreme wait time for literally everything and as nice as the staff are you don't feel like your health is in good hands due to the lack of resources. I wish I could say this was only a one off, but it's happened a handful of times in the past few years including the birth of my child. If you can, go private or to another hospital.

McLarty J: Great service with personable and caring pharmacist. Went to get my meds yesterday. I like to pick them up all together because it saves me multiple trips. One of my prescriptions was still at the doctors. The pharmacist spoke to them and got it resolved in a matter of minutes. Honestly not many pharmacies like this one left around here. They helped me so much during covid too..

So earliest i expected to get it was monday. Just after 7, theres a knock at the door. My medication. Now thats what i call service. Its not the first time. I told the chemist how pleased i was. He said that hed been working for them for years and knew his job well. Cant say the same for the big chemists. Boots and Superdrug to name two. Used to go in every month and often it wouldnt be ready or stuff missing. They blamed the doctors obvious now it wasnt them. Havent had any problems since. Remember the first time i dealt with them. Last Christmas. I had broken my hip a couple of weeks earlier and couldnt get out. Desperate for pills, so rang drs, they said they would see what they could do, but couldnt promise anything. Around 8pm got a phone call, to let me know someone would round later to deliver. Two young ladies turned up around 9ish, late night opening.Those 2 lovely girls had put thenselves out for me.
