The ones we spoke with were pleasant, however. It's in a strip mall with a number of furniture stores and some fast food places.

It’s only when you get to the till and there is another sign with very small print at the bottom saying doesn’t include white paint. I feel this is at best immoral and at worse dishonest, I shall not be shopping at B&Q ever again

Steve Antipolo: I can't remember the last time I bought anything here. I keep going as a choice for home or DIY but it falls short every time. The lack of trust with customers doesn't make it feel welcoming either. When not buying it would be nicer if that always had a direct flow to the exit. Sometimes it's blocked with stock.For some reason, they've never fixed the toilet, strange for a DIY store!I've IBS, I really need to go when I need to go so I actively avoid places which are not disabled friendly like that

We decided on a beautiful shaker kitchen, which was put together by our kitchen planner, Charlie Harrow. Excellent communication and service skills were given with all the details shown on their autocad design software.

Mr S: Poorly managed branch. I did a click and collect for two garden pots. When I arrived at the branch, they weren’t ready. Waited ages then they brought out these filthy, cracked, battered, wet pots. When I asked if there was in damaged ones, they told me there wasn’t anymore (the website stated there were 4 more). Asked if the could discount because they were damaged, the manager didn’t even bother to view the damage, and just said she’d knock off £3 over the phone (the pots were £80). Really sloppy management, poor quality checking and severe lack of customer service skills.

Si Sikes: For many years, my go-to store for pratically everything (snacks/drinks, toiletries, hardware and more), including fireworks during the holidays. Amazed at the amount of products on offer and the great prices. Staff always super friendly and very professional. A family-owned/operated institution that gets my top marks.

BP Shorts: Appalling customer service. Very rude and unhelpful store manager. Won't take an item back even though Argos reps falsely oversold its capability on the website. He's happy to see me throw away ££ for a useless piece of garbage. Looking at other comment about the store manager, it looks like this is his standard behaviour with customers. I dealt with other people here all these years and never had an issue. The first time I have one, it's this guy, and he's the manager? Good job, Argos.

Kate Olivia: I usually love this store, but today the girl who served me completely ignored me, I bought an item that didn't have a bar code and she just sat there while waiting for another one to scan, I work in retail too and I would have apologized for the wait at least, the only time she spoke to me was when she asked if I wanted a receipt which I didn't hear at first as I'm partially deaf, (my friend told me what she said after) and because I didn't answer she snapped NO? at me. When I got home I realized the item I'd bought had something missing from it. Would have been nice to know. Generally though I love B&M and it's dangerous for me to shop there as I usually end up buying more than I need..

Grant C: I’m posting a review for the customer service I have received and their products.I have just had to return an item for a replacement and their staff on the phone are lovely. I had a small issue with their chat on their website which they acknowledged as not the best but having called them they had already sorted the issue for me. They went above and beyond. Even when I have gone into the stores to discuss items they are so helpful especially in the Northampton, Market Harborough and rushden lakes branches they were really helpful.
Matthew Daglish: Good equipment at good prices but don’t expect a store to be open until it’s advertised closing time! Yesterday one store closed an hour early, today a different store closed 30 mins early. No apology either, not cool.

Cosmin: I ordered a waredrobe from them and firstly I received 2 wrong packages which have been replaced same day and secondly, the waredrobe had a wrong item inside. I asked them to replace it and they said it will take 4 days. But obviously after 2 hours of work, I couldn’t just leave half of the waredrobe in the middle of the room waiting for them to send the replacement.

We ordered a TV unit on 11th of Jan and it said it would be ready for collection 13th from 9am but to wait for a text to say its ready. So 14th rolls round and still no text decided to call and was told to wait for the text. its now the 17th and still no text to say its ready. So go to check online and the online bot says its ready but when we arrive the item is not there(waste of time, fuel and had to pay for parking) Worst website I've ever used and no one is willing to resolve it being told it should be ready for collection this Thursday (20th) which is not acceptable. And all we keep getting told is this an estimated date but nowhere online does it say that or on the order .

Ski Doskial: This store was horrible , communication between staff was horrendous as well as the way they treat their customers the manager was also no help as she also lacks communication they also accused me for recording whilst on my phone they treated me horribly and suggest they get new staff and a new manager I definitely won’t be coming back here disgraceful and shocking

Arifa: This Argos is a joke. The staff are so miserable and depressing. They look like the walking dead. No communication skills whatsoever… not helpful at all! You ask them questions about an order and they don’t have the answer to them. Despite the store being completely empty, they did not seem to want to help me at all. I was already in a rush as it was. Rubbish!
Jakemark08l: Had to bring and item back here to return after a wasted trip to weeden road branch, the manager there refused to take it back. No problem at St. Peter’s square manager really helpful and apologetic. Brilliant customer service
