The chap on the phone was friendly and helpful.The unit was good quality, reasonably priced and fitted like a glove.Also, when my friend collected it, he said the people were very friendly, pleasant and helpful.You can't ask for more than that!

ross pennell: Owner came out measured up for a bespoke shower screen, gave me a price I agreed that price with my client, I went on holiday for two weeks came back it was even started then they told me they won’t be doing it. I’ve had to go else where it’s cost me more money more time and delayed the completion of a customers ensuite by 2 months nearly and cost me over £1000.I do not recommend this company the owner didn’t call me once to explain, didn’t respond to my calls, I went into the office and he walked out jumped in the van and drove off leaving an employee to explain. Awful experience dealing with these

Glenn Davison: Very friendly and helpful. Thay know there stuff. I phoned and asked about some replacement glass for one of my vivs. The young lady I spoke to, know it had to be 4mm thick. Had some glass cut for temporary fix. Ordered some toughened glass for viv. This is made to size. So until then the standard glass will do. Once again, very friendly and helpful.

Georgie L: I chose Phoenix because they offered the most competitive quote for my bespoke kitchen splash back. The service was very friendly and the glass was ready in half the time they said, initially the colour was wrong (NOT their fault as the pigment info for the colour I wanted matching was wrong on the paint manufacturers website!). Phoenix very quickly sorted this out without any problems and it was ready to collect in record time. I’m very impressed with them and would recommend wholeheartedly.

Kerry Pearson: Serge and his team from Bergari were fantastic in helping us to achieve a beautiful fitted wardrobe solution in our new loft conversion. We wanted to reuse existing doors from an IKEA pax wardrobe and they accommodated this request within our design which not many other people we looked at would do. He helped us plan the internals to maximise the space and allow us to store all our clothes efficiently. He also designed us some shelving to convert an old wardrobe into a home office cupboard with the left over materials from the main project.We did have to wait a few months but it was more than worth it.The build quality is superb, all fixtures are premium, soft close mechanisms and everything feels really solid.Thank you so much Serge!

Serge was very reliable and turned up when he said he would. The fitter was very skilled, polite, neat and tidy and worked extremely hard to get the job finished to perfection.
