Old Bungle: Exceptional service from GIT today.My laptop has been getting slower over the years and yesterday refused to start. Fears of loosing all my data including videos and photos.Took the laptop into GIT. J Picton: Such s polite, friendly person to deal with and a very nice and clean shop! I had an issue with my thrustmaster peddles not powering up at all so had the wires repaired at an amazing cost! The turnover from me calling the shop to having a fully working item was so quick! Once home and the peddles power on finally, realise the clutch peddles still was not working so he had me take them back down the very next morning and ensure they was fully working free of charge as an extended service :) was very polite to my daughter and let us both wait whilst the work was being done in such a comfy waiting area!He also gave amazing advise on my gaming laptop and fair recommendations on how it can be improved (instead of trying to earn money on something I didn't need, he strongly suggested not upgrading and wasting money which I seriously respected, his honesty!)Would HIGHLY recommend this buisness/person to provide a friendly, polite and proffesinal service no matter what repair/purchase needed!

T: So I called several companies to get my hardive port fixed, which seemed like a simple task, but these guys were asking me for like £350 to get my data recovered. I thought "forget that" and called the Computer Repair Shop guy. He said he could see me that same day which was pretty cool. I went over to the shop which was like a 10 minute drive, and I kid you not he had it fixed in 5 minutes all just for £10, funny dude as well 👍🏾

The Great Purple Fishlord: Dropped my laptop to them on the Saturday with a broken screen, and not a normal one, a touch screen one. In a week they had it back to it's former 1080p glory. Great price, friendly customer service and updates via text messages during the repair. Would use again and recommend. 😎
David Fisher: Could not log into windows 10, Microsoft were not helpful and the battery would not charge up on my laptop. In one hour it was all fixed and working fine for such a small cost. If you have computer problems go to Figo to get them fixed. Cannot fault them

C Deakin: Initial phone consultation which was very helpful. One arrived he saw to it straight away and was able to repair the issue (system fan not working) by simply cleaning out all the accumulated dust (I mistakenly thought it might need replacing). £25 which is very cheap compared to PC World who wanted £60 to send it off for just for the diagnostics for 7 days! Even though the startup screen clearly stated the issue. It took about 20 minutes and was done right in front of me. Quick, cheap, honest and very friendly service. Would recommend.

Then last night, it sparked and started to melt - which means I will need a new one.I am happy with their customer service and knowledge, and how quickly they sorted it. craig pannell: I would strongly suggest going to Figo Computers on Northampton market, they have been there for over 6 years, they handle all sorts of jobs from laptops and pc's, to tablets and phones, all with 6 months warranty, to put it plain, i would not think of anyone else better for the job they do.
