Ann Rolfe: I have always recieved excellent professional care here. I have had some extensive treatment last year, which involved been in the chair for nearly two hours in one go. The dentist explains everything to you and talk to you about what he is doing. I can put my trust in them and feel quite chilled going to appointments. No need for getting nervous. I visit this dentist on a regular basis and I can truly say they are highly recommended.

Kate weglarz: As a person with dental phobia - i cannot recommend this practice enough. Very understanding dentist. Friendly,polite, efficient reception staff who are really going extra mile to help.

Rumel Miah: I called in via phone and the receptionist did not seem interested at all to help me. She could not care as a patient what I was experiencing. However in the afternoon I decided to walk in to the practice and requested to speak to the practice manager or a senior member of staff. I was introduced to AMIT MISTRY who cared and although he was busy he made time to see me the next day. The level of service received by Amit was exceptional and exceeded my expectations.I would have given it a 1 star if it wasn't for Amit.My opinion is that if some of the reception staff had some level of care for patients over the phone, overall review about this practice would be more than what it's currently on the 3 stars.Kind regards

They managed to fit me in the same day, the dentist I saw...Jasraj Dhadda...was so thorough and calming.***Edited as only two weeks later I was given minor oral surgery. I was so nervous but Manu Philips and Lindsey were calming and very efficient. A broken wisdom tooth extracted in seconds! Fab care and great service. Highly recommend.

Ben Hammond: Was referred to this dentist tonight by A&E at NGH because my partner had an extraction but the nerve or root was left exposed. She has been in absolute agony since it happened, she’s not been able to eat. She can’t talk without it hurting. A&E told us they were open till 8pm, gave us a slip of paper that states open 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, their opening times near the door said 8pm, even Google said 8pm and I know that’s not always right. I tried ringing multiple times but no answer. Absolutely waste of time. Definitely don’t go there if you’ve got an emergency in the evening.

Sharon Witney: I am an NHS patient at this practice and I can honestly say that Ruth and her lovely Nurse are the best. Ruth is so gentle and patient. I would not want to be seen by anyone else. Nash Moise: If there was an option for 0 stars that would be better, cause even one star is too much. This practice is the worst. You can never get through to anyone on phone. Had a filling done, which came off a month later, had to redo again and fight my case as I was asked to pay again! Had a severe tooth infections, again no proper treatment, infection became so bad I ended up paying for emergency treatment privately cause my face was swollen and i couldn't sleep. I called 111 and they advised me to call my dentist, which I did but of course no luck. All could have been avoided if i was given the proper care 2 months prior. They just gave me antibiotics with no follow up or anything. The tooth needed root canal treatment!!!! Giving the antibiotics seems to be standard approach from them, even when it is evident that root canal is needed. Also, the dentist (female) is kinda rude, whats that about. !

Steve Antipolo: I have to give low as the first impression was bad.They appear to have one disabled parking space occupied by someone without a blue badge. The disabled access was locked with a sign on the door telling clients to walk round the front and not ring the bell!When asked inside about it their excuse was that they were busy or don't hear the bell.Despite being obviously reliant on two crutches they made no attempt to ask if two flights of stairs was ok even after they were asked about access.Dentist and assistant were fine. Were this review based on then it would be 4 stars but, with the attitude of the administration team, some will not get in the building.They need to heavily improve to meet their own inclusiveness attitude

The care and compassion has been the best I've experienced and they've started the journey of fixing my mouth. The dentists themselves, the assistants and the receptionists are all lovely and non judgemental. Would recommend.
