nezar Barber: Reception is very very Rude with people
Poppy Christopher: Not sure what's gone wrong but twice I have made an appointment in the morning for a phone call that day to receive no call. Both times I rang to be told no appointment had been booked for me. Both times I have had get them to listen to the call to prove I wasn't lying. Who's to blame for this happening? Why is this happening? Something seriously needs to be done about this problem. So avoid!

Carlee McKeating: Impossible to get through to reception or book an appointment and my partner has been trying for two weeks. They don't even have a call queue, the line just hangs up and if you manage to get through they have no appointments left for the day. Interesting how they have a giant sign outside that says accepting new patients when they can't even see their current ones.
Spy Mvrou: I needed to speak to the doctor about a serious health issue and the doctor was so unprofessional. He wasn’t even listening to what I was saying and at some point he suggested me multivitamins. I could understand from his voice that he was bored and didn’t want to do his job at all. The worst practice I have ever been. It was only the receptionist that was trying to understand my situation and helped me out at the end. Do not go there especially if you have something serious, he shouldn’t be called a doctor.

Alice M: My one year old developed some worrying symptoms at 6.00pm the evening before Christmas Eve. Called the surgery on the off chance they were still open. Not only did they manage to squeeze us in for a face-to-face appointment, whilst we were in the appointment they checked with the pharmacy to make sure the type of antibiotics they were prescribing were in stock, and made sure we got them before they closed for Christmas. Both the doctor and receptionist went above and beyond, and their approach meant we didn’t spend Christmas in hospital. So appreciative of this doctor’s surgery!

Sim Hughes: I would put less than 1 star but I can't. Always says line busy when I call never get to actually speak to anyone. Yes the doctors are nice and friendly butif I can't even get in whats the point.
Alina R: Is it just me so lucky, but never ever i was called on my appointment on time! Never! With baby, without... Couple times i waited more than hour!!! You think people dont have anything better to do rather then sick and feeling poorly wait that long?!!!!?!!!...if somebody is that late is it hard to send Messages that "there is delay, please come little later" !!! And wait for what...for diagnoses that is often not even nearly true, just to stamp diagnose!!! Just worse day by day!!!

The Parks Medical Practice comprises four surgeries - Blisworth, Roade, Hanslope and Grange Park.
All of our doctors and nurses take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

Personnel details can be viewed under Practice Staff. We employ 4 GP Partners, 10 Salaried GPs, 8 Practice Nurses. As an approved GP teaching practice, GP registrars will occasionally be working at the practice. GP registrars are well qualified doctors who have had several years experience working in hospitals and are with us to apply their knowledge and skills in the general practice setting.

Mark Lynn: I was shocked when asked for further help today from the doctor and his answer was just live with it or we can give you anti depressents. Which is not helpful as my issues is pain related and nothing to do with depression
Helen Edwards: Probably the most unhelpful practice I've dealt with. Each time I phone the Doctor just says "be vigilant" - I mean what the heck does that mean and how unhelpful! After trying to describe my situation I was fobbed off by being prescribed temporary fix medication (which I know isn't the long-term answer at all!) I went to the pharmacy to pick it up just to be told that no order was made. Thankfully it's a minor issue - goodness knows what would happen for something more serious. Needless to say I'll be investigating other surgeries in the area that might be of some use OR at the very least care about their patients!
