Well Duston - St Lukes Medical Centre: what do users think?
Sanal Antony: Ridiculous service, made an appointment with them once I reach well pharmacy Duston No one knows about the appointment, wasted my whole day,Disappointed that by the customer service and the way they handle it poor quality of service.
Zoe Abraham: I’m house bound. So I can’t pick it up.
Kerry Lintonbon: Very polite staffWas very happy managed to get everything I neededDon't always believe the negative comments I'm glad I went here A*
Mark Watson: Just moved in to the area and found the staff to be helpful and efficient. Actually had my eye drops in stock which was a nice surprise compared to Oxfordshire where I’d moved from. Thank you.
sarah horne: Avoid at all costs. The pharmacist is rude and is not discreet at all when you try and talk to her. She shouts over her counter to you.she also speaks to the rest of her team like dirt. Have now changed my pharmacy to a friendly and welcoming one. If I could give it a zero I would.
Mark Stroud: I've been told to go down here by 111 but based on the attitude of the pharmacist.. I'll not bother.. very rude unhlpfull tone .. just wanted my money .. we obviously I'll have to buy something .. I'm not exspecting it for free ..shut it down... But defo don't go
Adwoa Darko: Had the most pleasant experience at this pharmacy on Tuesday. Super efficient - the pharmacist was helpful and lovely. Thanks !
Paul Kilborn: I wouldn't give this place one star, closed 3 times in January that I had the misfortune to go to get my repeat prescription. I've now changed pharmacy after the latest episode- couldn't find my prescription- said that it hadn't been sent through from the surgery- the surgery sent me proof it had- after showing them this and after waiting whilst they insisted it wasn't there, they finally found it- the same person who couldn't find it when I previously went. Did I get an apology? NO !! I have changed pharmacy
Kevin Twelftree: They cope well with the amount of prescriptions they have to deal with
Ian Whitmore: Very poor service. Often don't have whole prescription in stock so have to go back two or three times to get it in dribs and drabs. Over 1 hour wait for a small box of pills even though there's hardly anyone in the place. They can never find the prescriptions in the system and we have to insist to keep looking. Avoid if possible.
avneet matharu: No lateral flow covid tests available from thr pharmacy during the height of the omicron wave but there are signs and posters to say the pharmacy have them.
Ben Walds: quite often told they're too busy to complete repeat prescriptions and to come back another day after waiting for 20mins plus
Clare Kirton: Slow service. Some of prescription missing. Some of it delivered but not all so had to collect. Very very poor
Lauren McDermott: If only we could give it zero stars. Constantly having issues with this pharmacy. The repeat prescription service says allow 3 working days. I came in after 4 and was told it takes the doctors 2 days to process and send to them and then a further 3-4 days for the pharmacy to process. So over a week for a prescription!!! The customer service is shocking to say the least, zero interpersonal skills. I use the pharmacy for the convenience but honesty, I’d rather travel for a better service.
Meggy Moore: I'd give 0 stars if possible. Total shambles of a chemist. Always get my medicine wrong. Often have to wait over 45 minutes to get 2 small boxes prescription medications often waiting when they've already been made up but they didn't realise this as they have incompetent staff.
Ant Strus: 1 week before Christmas my partner handed in our repeat prescriptions. I had a text on the 23rd to say mine was ready, she had nothing. She went over the whole of Christmas (in lockdown hell 2020) with NO meds for depression and anxiety. When we called after Xmas to find out what they were playing at, it turned out they had them all along and didn't bother to tell anyone. Absolutely neglecting their duty of care as a medication provider. DO NOT USE unless you have literally no alternative.
Beano: It's clean, well presented and staff are polite and well mannered and know the job well
Jean Michel: Long wait for medication, while staff talk amongst themselves.
Gill Allen: I am absolutely disgusted that your members of staff are discussing in front of the public that they went for a drive to market harborough as they needed to get out of the house. My daughter is looking after coved 19 patients and it is people like your staff that will spread it and surely your staff should know better and abide by the rules like most of us are doing we would all love to be able to go to work like they do but we can’t as we don’t want to spread the virus. Maybe your staff need to be told to abide by the rules no going out unless it is for essentials or to go to work and that does not include buying a plant.
maxos79 Mouse: Blister packs had missing pills for past 3 months, now refusing to make them as they keep changing, (they haven't changed, they just never get it right)Every 4 weeks I have to call them multiple times, as they blame the docs, so have to go back and forth between them and docs.Almost every dealing with them adversely effects my mental health.Avoid like the plague if you can/have a choice. The basic staff are quite friendly etc, just the pharmacist will only do the bare minimum of what they get paid/trained to do.Once said to me that they called my doctors, and they were supposed to get back to them, but they didn't, so instead of calling them, they just left it.Anyone who needs medication to stay alive, avoid this place!
shayleetosney: There isn't any words to describe this chemist

LloydsPharmacy: what do users think?
Stacey: Only giving one star as it won't allow to give zero moved pharmacies now rude, some staff very rude
michelle ayres: Fantastic service. Ladies are always helpful and patient when we call and as for Terry the delivery man he is an angel he goes out of his way to help. Thanks everyone 👍
Isabella Clingham: Never again, ill be moving my pharmacy. Rude is not the word.
Joanne Van Der Merwe: Phone remains off the hook, so no way of contacting this pharmacy unless you travel there.
Andy Elliott: Prescriptions never ready when pre ordered, always a wait over 30 minutes. Go elsewhere if you can.
Max Jackson: The most unreliable and useless pharmacy, it has been my displeasure to use and if it wasn't for the proximity I would avoid it like the plague.
James Lewis: Bit of a shambles. Had to convince the person behind the counter that they did have my prescription as she thought they didn't or didn't know how to look it up. She eventually found it. Phone line was completely unavailable all day so no way to call ahead. Long queues. Shame it's not a bit more organised as the people were all nice and helpful.
steph everitt: Had so many bad experiences here, some of the staff are incredibly rude. Would happily go to Wellingborough road Lloyds, they’re custom service is excellent but sadly this Lloyds is next to my doctors, so I’m stuck here.
Sunshine Lawrence: Always slow
Nyrilly: Dureing this time i whould like to remind you that with this small team ,they fill our requests daily and do more than you realise .to all the selfish people that thinks the world is hear just for them ,think again and get in line and wait your turn and be thankfull that we still have a nhs .
Rosie Rushton: I felt so sorry for the one assistant on duty because there was a massive queue and no one was helping her at all which meant that most of us were waiting for at least 20 to 25 minutes for our prescriptions. This may be due to staff shortages due to Covid so it isn’t a criticism but it would be fair to your staff if some of the people who were stocking shelves or something like that could help her
Brian O'Doherty: Great service, very professional and friendly staff, just had my first flu jab and health check done with lloyds pharmacy, explained everything in detail, advised me on my diet, highly recommended.
Paul Blackham: We have always have had very good pleasant service from this pharmacy - they are always working hard under considerable pressure to satisfy customers when I have been in and deal with rude demanding customers very politely. Racist comments from at least one user are a disgrace.
Dom Carlisle: Super helpful, putting themselves at risk for the general public. Frontline staff thank you for you service on Saturday very thorough and efficient.
Ben Hawkins: Great service. Dedicated staff who work very hard in these testing times. Special mention to Barbara who is the Head pharmacist..... She has a great team.Ben.
Sharon Mcasey: I thought the Lloyd's chemist on Wellingborough Road was bad but this is even worse. Really disorganised..
Sue Knight: Total joke there filing system is hilarious been unfortunately using this place for years and they always seem to hunt fir ages for prescriptions coupled with not a English accent to be heard guess u have to be Eastern European Asian or Chinese to work at a chemist now 🤬
Sm P-B: They do try really hard to serve u but I have had a few errors when I get home IV not got the full prescription or owing notes etc so have to get in car and go back that's annoying and there is nearly always a wait but they are connected to 2 drs surgeries so it's to be expected I suppose but then maybe Lloyds should be investing in more staff etc but the staff have always been lovely
Megan Frost: Terrible service, rude staff, lost my prescription and blamed me for it, didn’t care when I complained. Avoid.
Taya Humayun: Very good customer service. Specially SARA she's very experience and knows what she's doing. Weldone and keep it up 👍👍👏👏
Leanne Oshea: Terrable service long waiting time for prescriptions that they have had for over a week. Rude staff. Will not use again have change all of my familys prescriptions to boots.

LloydsPharmacy: what do users think?
TALKIN PROUD STUDIOS LTD DIRECTOR CHARLES SHEINMAN: I have been going there for decades and everybody in there used to know me from childhood...however nowadays they are terrified of my face ...lol...I must be getting UGLIER .
david vaux: Nothing good, used to be best, bing back Daniel an team or close it for good
Casey Edmunds: Given a 2 only cause the system is ok decent with getting prescriptions on time but you also state you open from 9am till 6.30 but he shut from 10am to 12.30 but online says your fully open and nobody even answers the calls. I get may be busy but brig unable to change pharmacy and walking 2 hours to find out your shut till Half 12 bit unfair.
Gerry Smith: Leave the staff alone, you standing there yelling at them is just going to make the problem worse. 2 poor girls were yelled at by a woman who had hardly been waiting 10 minutes for a huge prescription, I only know this because the girls tried to explain to her it was a prescription with 2 months of medication on it. She claimed to be deaf and that's why she was yelling but she evidently wasn't as she started speaking calmly when she got what she wanted. They're in a tough position obviously but still come in every day. Maybe more needs to be done higher up to actually help them
L P M: The pharmacy is always closed, even though there staff are inside but they won’t come to the door to attend to you or explain the reason. The sign at the door it’s always there, I am very sick and I have a prescription to pick up for days and I need to run some test, everything my doctor prescribed is with them. I have to force myself to walk to the pharmacy but with no success. Why not close the pharmacy if you don’t want to attend to the patients?
Chizoba Uzuegbunam: The girl with the green hair that works in this pharmacy (Lylods pharmacy kettering road Northampton) has some attitude, she isn't nice at all.I don't usually write review but I have to express how I feel on this for a better future services. I was at the pharmacy on Friday three weeks ago 10 minutes before they close, but I wasn't allowed to enter in by the young lady with the green hair, she bluntly told me they are close, whilst she allowed another customer in right in front of me, I begged her to let me in so I can quickly take my daughter's prescription which has ran out in our house, it was the same lady that told me to come the next day which I did but I wasn't allowed in 10 minutes before closing time. I would have come during early hours but unfortunately I wasn't well enough to come during early hours on that day due to car accident I had days ago that had kept me in depressing, ill, and shocking state of mood for couple of days. I have to be honest, these days there is no specific time of closing, there are some days they close 1 hour before the normal closing time while there are some Saturdays they are shut without warnings leaving you disappointed and without medication that day. Despite all of these, I am greatful for their services irrespective of my experience with the young lady there, but there are some things that needs to be addressed, and also they need to be specific on their closing times, if they won't be opening on Saturdays they should make it known to the public is not when they open one Saturday then the next Saturday they are close, probably shortage of staffs due to staff illness etc.. which is understandable, but please they need to be accurate on their opening and closing times so people won't go to the pharmacy thinking the pharmacy is open meanwhile is shut.
David Szerlowski: Long waiting times .Usually but my repeat prescription 10 days before, then its not usually ready. Not very friendly staff. Now they shut at 3pm I don't finish at the hospital till 5pm I am nearly out of tablets my wife has run out gave them 10 days notice. Off on holiday in 2 days need my pills. Bloody disgrace. Maybe we should close the hospital due to staff illness no we just work harder
1: Just the absolute worst pharmacy in existence, it would take too long to go into every single screw up and issue I have had and witnessed happening to others while standing in the usual massive queue but even if it means walking past it to go to another pharmacy I will.
Yvonne Brannigan: Opens late, notes on doors, queues, scrips never ready very bad x
Alexia Georgiou: Given one star for the poor girl serving. Prescriptions are never ready, you stand there like a muppet even though the staff know you’re there. The place looks like they’ve been burgled! Prescription wasn’t ready yesterday, told to come back today and still not ready… not everyone has the time to be going back and forth. This particular Lloyds Pharmacy needs a good shake up. The girl who served me looked like she could cry. I suggest she finds somewhere else more organised to work.Time to move onto another pharmacy.Avoid unless you like spending your time twiddling your thumbs!
Délia Gama: Avoid this pharmacy if you require regular prescriptions! Medication is rarely available even when you order in advance, meanung your left without meds for days! and your lucky if the dont get your dosage and medication mixed up! Make sure you always check! Please report your issues to the general pharmaceutical council! ... this needs to stop!!!!!!!!
Richard Cutler: Never my Tapapentadol in stock , never had this experience since I’ve moved, my last pharmacy never had issues with the stock. I’ve made several complaints, all I get is we apologise
Carl Brigden: My wife needs epilepsy medicine which we went to get this morning. Even though it said it was supposed to be open it actually isn’t. If you advertise as being open then please open. Now she will have to wait until Monday and risk having a seizure between now and then. Obviously if a seizure happens expect a follow up.
Shirell Mcdowell: I have been with this Phamacy for 12 yrs and I can not thank them enough for all there support and friendliness they show sometimes yes they are busy but they are doing there job and doing it well I have nothing but praise for all the staff and pharmacists all we need is a little patience and understa. nding that' not much to ask
Charlotte Elam: Couldn't even give me all of my prescription I paid for even after forcing me to come and pick it up in person when I have limited ability to travel and forcing to come back in store like we're not the worst country for this global pandemic and they expect me to expose myself for a second time due to their lack of preparation
Sharon Burn: They receive my prescription from the surgery and text me when it is ready to pick up. I wait no longer than 5 minutes. Good service.
moshraf ali: Had to wait 45 minutes to get served. Staff cant find medications. Looks around and waste time. If staff not trained shouldnt be working. Awful service.
Patricia Flanagan: Never ready always an excuse, awful
Ashley Panter: Very helpful staff, always have my prescriptions ready collect I order from doctors and 3 days later I turn up give my name & it’s ready waiting. Well stocked, can usually find some where to park nearby without having to use Morrison’s opposite which is always an option if not.
John Nielsen: Perfect lovely staff
Marcus MIDI: I didn’t hate it, only way I could leave a heads-up- the store on a Sat closes at 12.30 **PM** not AM as it says here, as I have just found out.
