They had fun with him getting ready. My daughter was centre of attention throughout the show which she usually struggles with but she enjoyed every moment! Lorna Moy: When booking I didn't realize that this was somewhere I had visited about 16 years ago. It wasn't great then and nothing much has changed. The play equipment looked good and clean, however the furnishings and kitchen areas were very shabby indeed and the coffee machine needed a good clean. There was practically nothing for toddlers to do so not sure why I paid for my granddaughter to get in. No supervisory staff so the play area is a bit of a free for all.

Stephen Prati: Well what can I say its a OK play area but the toilets are so dirty went to change my son and walked in there was a dirty Nappies on the floor laid the changing table down put my son on it changed him and lifted him up all down his back was sick where someone had not cleaned up after them self so I had to get him changed after that I went and spoke to one of the staff and told them there response was we clean them everyday at the end of the day they should be cleaned more than that

Dumitrascu Marius: Worst children's playground I've ever been to. Today I went with my daughter for the first and last time,we didn't manage to stay more than 30 minutes because it was colder inside than outside,as it was 2* outside.Thirty minutes was enough to freeze our hands,feet to freeze completely. Also the hygiene is below any standard. Worst experience ever

Camilla: The facilities are ok for older children but the staff are totally apathetic. Standing around talking while loads of tables were piled high with rubbish and empty plates. We came with a 1 year old and the under 3s area is not safe. It also has hardly anything in there apart from a ball pit which attracts kids of all ages. The area filled with children much older than 3 racing around. Again, staff just don’t care. There are definitely better soft play options if you have a smaller child.

Sylvester Oppenheim: Very reasonably priced as opposed to the other main site in the town. Not as big but still reasonably clean and secure. Good place for a hour or so. The cafe is ok with fair priced drinks.

Nikki: On the day we came Zoomania was closing quite early at 4:30pm we got there at 3:45pm after getting though school traffic across town.I understand as a business owner these things happen but I feel this notice should have been visibly advised on any social media somewhere or a temporary notice on Google. Also I do feel being charged full price on a entry for a 45 min play at no fault of our own. Hopefully my review will help for future amendments in your company. Many thanks.

Amy A: After I had been shown around having never been here before, I booked my sons 3rd Birthday Party.I was really impressed by their baby sensory room as I knew that we would have 6 under 1s present at the party, one of which being my 6 week old.Good points- perfect play area for 3 year olds- they catered well for the allergies of the children.- kids had a great time- party room was a decent size for the children- staff including party host were friendly and welcoming- clean and perfect temperature (I've seen some of the other reviews about temperature)Bad points- Baby sensory room was not open and staff wouldn't open it stating its closed on weekends. This is not what their Facebook says or what I was told when having a tour and they knew I was booking for a Saturday.- There was one party host dishing out the food, which took time and 40mins in a room to have a cake ceremony, feed 14 toddlers with a main and then a dessert was not long enough and whilst we were not asked to leave, there was a expectation that the party was to finish by 12. So I agreed the ice lollies could be handed out, whilst the children were still having mains.- The party host was very busy and had disappeared a few times presumably to get items from the kitchen. During these times I had parents asking me questions like "can we have more lighting?", "is there any ketchup?", "is there any water?".At one point I had to go back downstairs to find a staff member.- due to the points raised above, I did not feel very relaxed and was not aware of the balloon tree in the room (I hadn't seen it, another parent mentioned it after the party). All my guests left without a balloon, which we had paid for. The party host could/should have advised me of the balloon tree in the room, so I could distribute these when handing out party bags.Ultimately the kids enjoyed themselves and were none the wiser about their balloons or the vibe in the party room, which is the only reason for 4 stars.However some parents/friends commented the party room felt rushed and I have come away feeling disappointed with the overall experience. When spending that much money, you expect to recieve what you pay for and have the stress of a party taken away.

The place is huge, with lots of space for kids to play, many options in the soft play area and sufficient space for birthday parties as well. There is a separate play area for under 3s but many older kids were in there as well. Overall a fun place for kids to play and a large spacious area for birthday parties.

Jake King: Normally really like it here and used to come a lot. Thought it was reasonably priced and a wide range of stuff for my oldest to youngest to enjoy. Today some older kids with no parents with them and no business in a soft play were around kicking footballs against the walls. One hit my 3 year old in the face, in tears, glasses broken.I spoke to the kids myself. Then saw them doing it again and nearly hit another kid. I told the staff and said it was time to ask them to leave. Nothing was done. A few announcements on the tannoy to get the out of the under fours area.Ultimately if my kids are not safe because you can't enforce rules I'm not coming back. I would have expected a stronger response from management, if some children are ruining it for others you ask them to leave.
