Ed Coles: I popped by to buy a Christmas present for a relative. On entering the store we received a friendly welcome from Peter. I had a wish-list of paints to buy which, having no knowledge of Warhammer, could easily have been an intimidating experience. However, Peter was very friendly and happy to jump in and help me find the paints on my list without making me feel like I was imposing myself

Iba: Tidy store, lots of information everywhere. We just went by to peek at the window but was welcomed in. We were interested about warhammer and the staff (I believe manager) was so kind and gave us a full show. We sat down to assemble and paint a character and after we got to try playing as he already has it set up in the store. We had such a good time with this man and will be coming back.Absolutely come in here if you're already into Warhammer or if you are interested and curious.

Can't speak highly enough of the store experienceOnly problem is we get so engrossed talking about AoS, that I usually lose track of time and have to run back to the car before our parking expires! (If you park on this road, be careful with your parking, as the wardens here are ruthless)

I had assumed being Warhammer/Games Workshop only that prices would be higher than what is available at other FLGS but in return they would have at least one of each of the basics but that wasn't so, or even particularly close.If you haven't got price on your side there needs to be a lure when there are other, cheaper and equally, or better stocked stores nearby, sorry.

Liliana Simion: Been there to use the drop-off DHL service, at around 10.00 AM.The elderly gentleman wearing a WHSmith t-shirt/uniform got "spooked" by the country of destination - "Romania", and immediately:- I had to PRINT the barcode that I had received on email and was presenting to him on the phone. He added that he cannot print anything there (but he has a big printer&scanner right next to the till, and everybody knows barcodes on phone screens are being scanned every second on this planet)- then, he decided he CAN type in the numbers under the barcode, which he did, on a nearby computer.- I asked if the documents will arrive to the destination the next day, and he immediately said I DOUBT IT, and added that the collection time from his store is at around 4.00 PM. I went online afterwards, and read black on white that IF THE COLLECTION DIDN'T HAPPEN YET, THE NEXT DAY DELIVERY APPLIES.- I concluded his attitude is deeply unprofesional and definitely non-helpful, and went home and used the pick-up from home service.Now, this is my oppinion, and I could use some strong words in it, but I'm a lady so I won't.Definitely not going back in that store, never ever ever.

After i purchase a item and it didn't work, then i went to this local retailer to exchange it whit the receipt but they refused to exchange it! And the funny thing is that they suggested me to contact the manufacturer because it's not made from WhSmith! And when i asked that if you selling the product and if it's faulty then they are responsible and they have to contact the manufacturer! Obviously after the supervisor contacted her manager and the area manager they still didn't exchange it or refund it!

Cosmin: I ordered a waredrobe from them and firstly I received 2 wrong packages which have been replaced same day and secondly, the waredrobe had a wrong item inside. I asked them to replace it and they said it will take 4 days. But obviously after 2 hours of work, I couldn’t just leave half of the waredrobe in the middle of the room waiting for them to send the replacement.

We ordered a TV unit on 11th of Jan and it said it would be ready for collection 13th from 9am but to wait for a text to say its ready. So 14th rolls round and still no text decided to call and was told to wait for the text. its now the 17th and still no text to say its ready. So go to check online and the online bot says its ready but when we arrive the item is not there(waste of time, fuel and had to pay for parking) Worst website I've ever used and no one is willing to resolve it being told it should be ready for collection this Thursday (20th) which is not acceptable. And all we keep getting told is this an estimated date but nowhere online does it say that or on the order .

However, Lexie went above and beyond and managed to order one into the Northampton branch as well as keep me regularly updated through email with an ETA on the figure.Would highly recommend this store! 🙌🙌

rg zach uk gamer: Not impressed with the outcome I received, came here last Thursday to get a Ice Scraper for my car, waited at the counter for 30 minutes and no one was there they were too busy chatting in the back room, I had no choice but walk away and leave it behind came back and seen them on the counter didn't want to say anything just in case if it esculates into a situation, not impressed with the pure bad service from here and probably won't visit this WHSmith again

BP Shorts: Appalling customer service. Very rude and unhelpful store manager. Won't take an item back even though Argos reps falsely oversold its capability on the website. He's happy to see me throw away ££ for a useless piece of garbage. Looking at other comment about the store manager, it looks like this is his standard behaviour with customers. I dealt with other people here all these years and never had an issue. The first time I have one, it's this guy, and he's the manager? Good job, Argos.
