Charlie Davis: Great dealership !
Matt Hands: Took my Suzuki GSXR in for a Bike Recall Free Part to be fitted as they are the only approved Suzuki Dealership in Northampton.Took 2 weeks to get an appointment and then they Made my Front Brakes Bind, they tried blaming it on my Bike, although the Bike had been Serviced and MOT'd the week before. They said that my Bike had an after market part fitted, so instead of letting me know they attempted to remove the parts fitted without my consent, braking the brakes. They then tried to Charge me for a new switch and new brake lever when prior to letting them have the bike it needed nothing. Then when I challenged them and waited for them to put the bike back together they then decided to say that they would replace the switch and the lever.They then had my bike for 5 days with very poor communication and not ringing me with updates. I've now got miss matched levers not the same colour, I've missed Bike meets and gone without my Bike for 5 days. The service and experience here completely unacceptable, they caused the problem but seem comfortable with making customers wait and causing problems with your bike and requesting you pay for it. This is both immoral and deceptive, Don't trust them with your pride and Joy, you are an embarrassment to Suzuki and should be taken off the Approved List for Suzuki, perhaps if you lose this right then you will realize the service you deliver is poor at Best and you have ethical obligations when you take some ones pride and joy.
Paddy Hayes: Collected my Indian chieftain last week and have never been happier. The ride from the shop to the ferry and home to Ireland was a treat. I have to say that dealing with Marc was a very easy and pleasant experience. The bike was even better than he described. I highly recommend this company, especially to any Irish buyers considering taking the trip.

Alexandrosz Limberidisz: Be aware of these guys. They ripped me off. I booked my bike for a computer diagnostic. I arrived five minutes early, handed over my key and they asked me to wait at the coffee shop upstairs.I even removed the plastic cover for easy access to the diagnostic cable, so the diagnostic should have taken actually a few minutes. My only question was to find out which of the two ABS sensors registered a fault.After an hour wait I asked what is going on, I have been told that they tried to remove my ABS sensors (even though I did not asked for that) to do further tests but they said the sensors were seized.I drove home and checked those sensors. The front one came out like it should, the rear one was a bit seized but it took me two minutes to remove. Obviously they did not try to do anything with my bike other than hold it for an hour and charge me for that.Within an hour labour they could have tested the sensors connection with the ABS so my issue could have been resolved.So I am disappointed, instead of a generous 15 min work I was charged for an hour. I could have been charged more If I would have stayed, as I was asked. It is something everyone should be aware of when you book your bike for a service.

Marc and Jack were really helpful throughout and made the process simple, clear and efficient. The deal we struck was very fair. My bike was delivered bang on time to my home by their great driver Kev. My follow-up queries were answered and sorted immediately by them as well.They also have a great shop (and cafe) with many brands.I can totally recommend Motorcycle World.

It's not be started for 33yrs. We couldn't get it to start took it to Mick Berrill and firstly he new all about them, secondly he knew how special the bike was to me, thirdly he regularly communicated the diagnosis and the choices I had and fourthly he made a bike that had been sat for 33yrs work with both care and attention.Very, very happy customer

Fingers: Took my Speedmaster in today for prebooked MOT and service. Trevor did a great job and then rang to apologise that he’d got the wrong filter. His mistake (ordered the wrong model). No probs, says I, I’ll pick it up a day later.But Trevor knew I had a bike trip planned the next day so goes all the way to Triumph in Wellingborough just to get the filter to finish the job on time today. That’s what I call service. Thanks Trevor.

James Poole: I came off my Sportster recently, Northants V twin picked it up hours after I called them, and had my bike back on the road the next day.They are really friendly blokes and delivered a great service, at even better value, they probably undercut themselves to be honest helping me out.I can’t recommend them more highly for specialised Harley Davidson repairs and their customer service.

SLR V50: Went in for a rear tyre on my XJ900 a few weeks back. 1st class facilities with plenty of bikes to look at, accessories/clothing, TV and games consoles. Lots to keep you occupied. Bike was done quickly and techs were nice enough to tell me of a couple of issues they had spotted and gave me a few tips on where to start in sorting them out. Really nice to have someone explain what the issue is and take a bit of extra time to give you some pointers on fixing it yourself. All too many places (usually main dealers) will just send you on your way after a condescending talk on how you should just leave it to them. Keep up the good work 👍

Chris Lee: Bought a triumph tiger xrt from these guysTo say it was easy was an understatement.I’m in devon and didn’t travel up to see the bike as the video covered everything.Rang up Tuesday and a week Thursday it was delivered onto my drive had a great talk through so i knew where all the buttons were.Now in the video the bike looked good but when it arrived it was (still is) stunning i can only assume the two thousand miles were done on a treadmill as there isn’t a blemish on it and what a rideThanks to the whole crew would definitely recommend and use again.Cheers

Giovanni John-Blackett: I had been in the market for an SX 125 for a few months but never had much luck as a couple deals fell through. Saw one come up on Auto Trader from these guys, initially spoke to Stephen to ask a few questions, he was very helpful and seemed like a fellow petrol head. Done some research on the company and called back an hour later to purchase the bike. I bought the bike on the 23/12/22 and was delivered to me on 4/1/23; I suspect it would’ve been sooner had we not been in the Christmas/New Year period but it was a hassle free process. The bike was delivered by Macauley who was also very helpful and informative. The bike was exactly as described, basically brand new with 15 miles but at a used price. I wouldn’t usually purchase something costing a large sum of money without physically seeing the item in person but after doing my due diligence on the company I had 100% trust in them. I will certainly check back to see their stock in a couple years when I decide to do my full licence. Thank you Stephen and Macauley for making this purchase so easy.

Was sent everything I needed very quickly and was kept up to date with all relevant information. Delivery was exactly when expected and arrived in perfect condition. Would use these guys over and over again.

Beyond PEV: what do users think?
Anthony Miller: Good Scooter, Great Customer Service, but Some Initial IssuesI recently purchased the Apollo City 2022 Electric Scooter from BeyondPEV, and while my overall experience was positive, I did encounter some initial issues. After my first charge, the scooter stopped charging altogether. The company was responsive and immediately sent me a replacement charger. Unfortunately, it didn't work, and neither did the second charger they sent.BeyondPEV then asked me to pack the scooter, and they arranged for a courier to collect it. Due to some miscommunication between the company and the courier, it took a while for the scooter to be picked up and returned to me after being fixed. However, the scooter still wasn't charging, so I had to contact BeyondPEV again. They arranged another collection, and finally, a month later, I received a brand new scooter that has been working great so far.While I hope I never have to go through such an experience again, I must commend BeyondPEV for their consistent efforts to address the issues and provide excellent customer service. Despite the initial hiccups, I'm giving them 4 stars for their dedication to customer satisfaction.

Dublin Salsa Academy: Do not buy the emove cruiser. Everything falls apart and brakes. The battery does not last for 2 weeks unless you go on the lowest, and then what is the point of having 3 speeds. If you are buying outside the UK, you will be paying 3 times the price for part after delivery, taxes, exchange rates, etc. I really love the design, but everything else needs to be improved. I'm really disappointed that this company does not inspect the product before selling it, you suppose to trust the vendor when buying, right?

THE W4RRIOR5 CODE: Pro's:First off, next day delivery is just amazing so kudos to BE for that service.My scooter was faulty, they sent TNT pretty quick to pick it up after a few phone calls and gave me option of a full refund/exhange so that's good.I got a discount code because of being a keyworker so that was nice.The Guys replied quickly on whatsapp too.Con's:Sent me the wrong colour scooter which is pretty amateurish but hey all black looked pretty good in the end.They sent me a European 2 pin plug with charger again amateurish. I rang them up day1 about it, they said we'll send correct one with goodies for the 2 mistakes but they didn't!Overall I would recommend BE but customer service could be improved upon going forward guys.Regards Tom.

Snuffle: Very helpful personal. As a new customer received 5% voucher which eventually in check out used wrong. I was told not to worry that money will be refunded-and they did! If there is any question their always happy to answer. Brilliant staff and highly recommend!
