As soon as we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. all staff are so friendly and happy to assist with your requests. The assistant manager and the manager Pauline are lovely people and really made this experience one to remember! We can't wait to return with friends and have a lovely time again.. Thank you so much Grosvenor casino for making our night very special.

Kylie Mellors: First visit was not very pleasant, no food was available to serve and System wasn't working to take payments.Went back to give it another try and there was an improvement, staff this time round werw friendly and kitchen was running smoothly, had wings and chips and was good.

Dzintars Migla: Called before hand to double check blackjack was open and I was advised blackjack was open until 6 am, drove the 25 miles and arrived at approx 4.45 to be told by the frankly rude pit boss in a very condescending way that blackjack was closed and would be remaining closed so not only have they wasted my time but also treated me in a very unprofessional manner.

Katie Wilkinson: Was my surprise 60th birthday and this venue was amazing, I have never been to a casino before, fantastic experience staff were kind and amazing, we had dinner upstairs in the restaurant, equally staff were kind and amazing food was exceptional, we all enjoyed the evening very much , would highly recommend it , would definitely come again 😀

Soda machine didn't work so was kindly given bottle of coke for vodka drinks.Played roulette with very helpful croupier.Asked if another table could open as waiting to play black jack. Told no and when it did min bet would be 10 pound instead of 5 on open table. Waited 30 minutes to play black jack. The three of us left :(

julie leithy: When you go to a show/disco there you do expect to at least be able to sit down or have somewhere to put your coat ,4 hours is a long while to keep dancing!! ,lack of chairs, tables pretty basic need

Brett: During my stay in Northampton I visited this Admiral Casino on two occasions and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit both times - the customer service is great and the venue has a relaxed atmosphere.All team members I encountered were equally as welcoming and friendly, and it’s important I highlight Cassandra, Michael and Elaine for being super attentive.I recommend this venue to anyone who wishes to enjoy a relaxed experience playing a wide variety of gaming machines with great service - I’ll be sure to visit again when returning to Northampton.

Penny Richards: This is a very comfortable hotel with beautiful green lawns and pond nearby. You have to have a car, because it’s located just off freeways and there is not a way to walk anywhere. It was very comfortable! More high-end than a lot of places we stayed on our trip we had a family room and the staff was excellent very accommodating. We also ate a full English breakfast buffet in the morning and it was a great authentic experience.

Andy Timperley: I stayed in a very comfortable suite on the ground floor with a patio area looking out on the field. The traffic noise was not too intrusive with the patio door shut. All the suites have two outside walls so can be a bit cold in winter. The whirlpool bath in the room was a really nice extra but again no heating in the bathroom so get it hot in advance. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and I had a good dinner in the restaurant. My only comment on the food is that it was beautifully cooked and then served on a cold plate. This comment was fed back to the kitchen so hopefully rectified. Overall a great place to stay and very conveniently situated.

Definitely one the best delta hotels in the UK. Very high standards, a luxury hotel in Northamptonshire .Plenty of carpark spaces,comfortable rooms and good food.,I enjoyed my say here and will definitely recommend. 😀

charlie bitmyfinger: Staff where ok. Don’t be fooled by pictures the queen rooms are tiny I booked 3 rooms for 6 people which normally should be enough it was claustrophobic inside I had to book another 2 rooms also there are no lifts so happy exercise up to your room
