Tina D'Roza: Not a good experience from start to finish. For a start nobody ever picks up the phone….ever…nor do they ring you back when you leave numerous messages. My partner bought me a gift voucher to use and I gave up ringing to confirm multiple appointments so I booked online…2 months in advance as there were no appointments listed prior to this. It mentioned a patch test needed and so I try for days to contact to get this booked in…nothing. The day of my appointment arrives and I get all the way there to find the shutters are down on the shop below and surprise surprise nobody answering the phone again. You have taken my partners money over £100 and disappeared…do not use this place. I doubt you are a legit business and clearly have no customer service. AVOIDServices:Pedicure,Manicure,Tanning
459 Kettering Road: This place is a joke, impossible to find, never picks up the phone and doesn’t communicate EVER!!Brought a voucher for Christmas, didn’t get delivered in time, booked online (after months of waiting) only to turn up and find the shop closed.Not returning phone calls, text messages or emails.What a scam!

Agnieszka Sendecka: Purchased a course with them in November before lock down. They have assured me that I have two weeks before my course to cancel and get a full refund. Lock down happened and they have cancelled the course which is totally acceptable. I asked for my money back as the lock down has also had an effect on me and they have stopped replying to my emails. I messaged them on Facebook, got a responce that they will pass it on to a manager and yet again... No answer. I had to escalate it with pay pal and got my money back this way.Horrible service. Would not recommend to anyone

L C: Ive had a number of procedures here and can highly recommend The Laser Hair Clinic. They are completely profession and I have been please with the results. I was a little nervous to begin with but they put me completely at ease. It is definitely worth enquiring or going for an initial consultation.
Rita Prempeh: Their website states: “Your first appointment will be a 45 minute consultation including a test patch which is free to check the suitability of the skin.” Please be warned that this is not true. Unbeknownst to me I was charged for the consultation even before my appointment date. I only noticed a few days later that money had been taken from my account. They refused a refund because I decided not to go ahead. So consultation was not “free”. Very poor customer service when challenged about their lack of transparency. Furthermore, the receptionist was extremely rude and overbearing on the phone. Wouldn’t let me finish a sentence and was very dismissive. The management was oblivious to the fact that they’re misleading people with their false claims so had to report this to legal authorities. All’s well that ends well, thankfully got my money back through my bank and now know never to go anywhere near these people again. They don’t see it from the client’s perspective and are completely unapologetic.

What I wanted my first technician didn’t feel comfortable doing so she went and got somebody to do it for her which made me feel good knowing they really cared about what I wanted.

Rifat Hossain: I got a design on all of my fingers and my nail tech made sure that they were perfect and exactly how i wanted. The staff was so friendly.
Jade Patel: I arrived to my appointment 30 minutes early, so they took me on straight away, as soon as I sat down I was told they didn't have enough time to do the simple design I wanted on my nails and that they could only do French tips in two hours. The woman that did my nails was blatantly rude and told me I'm making her job more difficult as my hands weren't relaxed enough for her. She reminded me every 30 seconds to relax my hands although they were completely relaxed. The staff were conversating amongst themselves, saying they didn't have enough time for me although I had booked in advance. Midway through my nails they stopped and took on another person making me wait an additional 30 minutes for another nail tech to become free. Eventually they completed my nails the way I had originally asked for. The man was very polite and did a good job of my nail design. The other women however were rude and stood over us as he did my nails which was very off putting for me and as I could imagine for the guy as well. In the end I paid £40 for a service I could have received better elsewhere. Would definitely not recommend and will not be returning again.Service:Acrylic nails
