J Lanners: Had the misfortune of dealing with Keen and Able. When you see how they handle items, there’s no care and attention.Parking their large van to block entry of neighbours, and seem to have no regard for littering debris from the van on people’s driveways, hoping that no one is watching, believing they’re not accountable to anyone. I wouldn’t trust them to deliver a sandwich.
Jen: We tend to only write reviews when we have something to grumble about, so I thought I'd share my positive experience. No issues here, kept us posted on ETA and the delivery guys were friendly and polite. They even helped unpack my new mattress and were in and out quickly. Happy with the delivery service I received.

Chris: Pretty awful experience with Keen & Able, but unfortunately didn't have a choice as they were collecting a mattress and bed frame on behalf of another company.Third time lucky for the collection.The first attempt they called 40 minutes early at 6.20 am (collection scheduled between 7am and 11am).The second time, the driver refused to collect as they couldn't find parking. I understand parking where I live is challenging. But I was trying to figure out a solution with them over the phone, but they refused to be helpful at all and said that I would have to reschedule a delivery.Third time lucky! However, driver was waiting outside the wrong house (so i had to find him carrying a mattress). They also hung up on me on the phone after telling me to hurry up while complaining about where i live.Overall, the customer service and level of professionalism is terrible. The office team refused to respond to my emails asides from rebooking collections. Drivers are rude on the phone and in person and obviously in a rush to get home - the problem with all low rating/unpopular courier companies these days.
J S: Not keen. Not able. Not helpful. Not friendly. Not communicative. It even makes us feel they work against the customers. They had to deliver two beds for us and came at 7:10 in the morning. We asked them to wait 10 mins for someone to arrive, they refused, left, the guys turned up TWO minutes after they left. We couldn’t speak to them as their office opens at 8am. They didn’t bother to call the customers. Their excuse? IT WAS TOO EARLY TO MAKE A PHONE CALL. Interesting! Not too early to deliver? NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. Maria was VERY UNHELPFUL. Found every stupid excuse in this world NOT TO HELP. I wish there was zero stars to give them.
George Lowe: Terrible experience. Had to wait 1 month for these clowns to deliver my mattress. Every week they would advise me that the delivery would take place and I would have to be at home either morning or afternoon - then they would not show up. Constantly chasing them. They constantly lied about attempting to deliver. The reason - it turned out they didn’t have any drivers to deliver to Scotland so rather than be honest they just pretended they were going to deliver, even calling to advise they had loaded the mattress. When I chased up after no show - they advised they had ‘attempted delivery’ or ‘couldn’t find my address’ - All lies. In the end an employee admitted that the delivery had never been scanned out of their warehouse as they had no way to deliver to Scotland. I had to take 3 days off work and never got compensated for this inconvenience from them. AVOID!!!
Suzy Day: I would not even give them 1 star if I could do it. They have had a mattress for nearly a month. They subbed their contract out to another delivery company but not the mattress. Their customer services team lie to cover up inadequacies in the system. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.... Not Keen and far from Able
Georgios Kourtelis: One of the worst experiences with delivery I had in my life. Firstly, they were not up to date with the services they had to provide and refuse to collect my old mattress despite having paid to do so. Then they asked me to sign a declaration that I'm not responsible for any damages that can occur while moving the mattress up to the 1st floor. The mattress was in the dirtiest packaging I've seen, full of mud and they said they might be damaging the walls when it's clear in their T&Cs that any damages are regarding flooring and carpets. After complaining to their customer services they didn't bother to alter a local truck delivery route to pick up the old mattress later on the same day. I believe they think we are all jobless princesses waiting all day in our homes for a delivery. I'd stay away from them and their partners in the future.
Daniel H: Ordered a bed, was told I would get a message or a call on the morning of the delivery. No message or call happened. And my bed was delivered to the wrong address. I had to go to the address myself and move the bed and mattress by myself and up 2 sets of stairs, which I had paid for this company to do. I contacted the company asking why it has been delivered to the wrong address and they kept saying, yes it has been delivered. After a while, the 2 men came back and were very rude, swearing and one of them, had a wee on the wall outside (caught on CCTV) and we're saying it was delivered and I should of contacted them to tell them I wanted it delivered to the address on the delivery invoice???? Yes, make sense if that!!! Disgusting company.
Tendai Mavetera: Terrible customer service! Driver came to the wrong door and not the door detailed on the provide delivery information. The delivery team was unprofessional and combative for no reason. Avoid this company if you can. Terrible experience. If I could rate them a zero, I would.
Lee Kennedy (LeeJWK): Keen and Unable.Failed Delivery on Monday with no communication. Was promised several call backs on Tuesday, where I had to initiate the call backs (was told I'd be contacted within 30 minutes several times). Finally got told my mattress would arrive on Wednesday. Called on Wednesday as the tracking said next Monday, to confirm. Was told I would get a call back. Of course, I didn't get a call back, so I contacted them and was told it was on the van, and they would contact the local office to contact me. No one contacted me. I called back and was told I'd have the local office call me in 20 minutes. I waited 30, and called back. I got a call from the local depot. The employee told me that the van had broken down today and they would try get it before Monday, but couldn't guarantee it.It has not been worth the hassle. They do not communicate. They are unprofessional. Sometimes "sorry" isn't enough, when you've taken your time to sort it out.I would avoid them at all costs.

L Hart: It is not often that I find myself giving a good review to a delivery company but Keen and Able kept me informed throughout the process of delivering my mattress and arrived within the allotted time frame. Both delivery guys were polite and careful not to damage anything or make carpets dirty. If I was in a position to choose which delivery company to use I would certainly use them again. Shame they don't do a house move service.
Andrew Murdoch: Do not use this company. They are the worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Horrendous and totally incompetent service.
Sailor Boy: Useless Company: avoid at all costs. They were supposed to collect an item and didn't bother despite waiting for 4 hours as part of their "4 hour window". It was rescheduled: and guess what another 4 hour wait, and didn't turn up. Just had my third 4 hour wait and they didn't turn up. So that's 12 hours in totial. They are not cheap either, this "service" i.e waiitng in for 3 x 4 hours without anyone turning up cost over £40. Compounded by rude staff. Use at your own risk
sevda nazim: Absolutely awful delivery company. First, I waited for 3 days for delivery, this was canceled, then I waited for another 3 days and they claimed that they "couldn't find my address" this time. This is someone who's job it is to deliver parcels. They claimed that they tried to call and got no answer, no missed calls... I had to swap a shift and missed out of pay at work, as we were told there would only be one day that they could deliver to us. As an NHS worker, taking time off can prove to be difficult and I should not have to accomidate for your own mistakes.After all of this occured, we were told that we would need to wait for another 10 days for our order to be delivered. Over two weeks late due to their own incompetence. Customer service was just as good as useless, talking to a wall would have been more productive.Don't use this company under any circumstance.

Kirsty Jackson: I own a flower business in CumbriaIn a village called Cleator Moor I’ve just had 2 lovely gentleman in called Liam & pawel to order some flowers for a customer they had just come from after collecting a mattress, after hearing some sad news from her they wanted to do a goodwill gesture and buy her some flowers which I thought was the most loveliest thing to do! I will also be sharing this on our business page Berries and Blooms florist - well done to them lads it’s certainly made my day! Xx

Iacob Daniel: Worst courier to use. Drive 30 mins after I speak with them on the phone to collect what they should delivery one day ago, and when I get there they can't give me my parcel cause the warehouse is locked and they don't have the keys to open it.....
Jordan Street: Scheduled a re-delivery and took the day off work to be home to take it for them to not even bother attempting delivery.Now without parcel and down a days wages.

Jo Parish: APC are possibly the worst courier to use from this recipient’s point of view. Late notice of delivery (10pm the night before) by email only not text, a two-hour window for delivery announced on the same day when it is too late to change plans, and a fifty mile journey to collect from the depot if you miss it, and that’s between 9 and 5 Monday to Friday only. And the depot is nowhere useful where could be combined with other errands. I avoid buying anything delivered by this company because it’s such a pain. Sorry.

Terry Dale: Fantastic service.I was out when they tried to deliver so I called and said I would pick my parcel up in the evening.I actually got out of work early so got to APC too early.The driver came back at the end of his round to deliver for me.No grumpy face considering. The guy was smiling, pleasant and polite.Very happy

Michael K: Be aware Action Express said the job is yours sending job confirmation but they didn't. I call them but no answer when finally got to someone apparently they give the job to someone else as he was cheaper.When I said it's not on and unprofessional the guy just said he is busy...First in over 900 jobs something like this happed to me! Could quote other jobs and lost a lot of other opportunities.Terrible way to treat the driver. Didn't even bother to let me know. You saved few £ but as a professional dedicated driver I won't be interested to work with you in the future.They cannot be trusted whatsoever!!!

I called the number back and this amazing driver came back and delivered - his response was that he was only having a quick bite to eat and it was no problem!
