Neil McMahon: Everything was good apart from it being noisy, in particular people outside late at night talking loudly and smoking, probably overflows from functions at the hotel. The staff were professional and polite, the room and food was very good and the WiFi strong.

Graham Lynes: Everything regarding the delivery service both pre delivery on the phone with re scheduling and the notification regarding the delivery slot.On the morning the delivery team were great very polite and considerate placed the items carefully and where requested.The whole experience from placing the order to delivery has been a pleasure.

Cameron Bradbury: Generic goods. If you know any thing about tech you are not going to find this place a surprise. Something's are OK with the pricing but others like PC's and laptops can be bought for less online
tau muluswela: Very poor customer service from this company. They over promise delivery and fail to deliver which is always a huge inconvinience. They will tell you to collect after 2 working days only for the product to be available after 3/4 working days. Their over the phone customer service is disgusting. Evertime you call you are told of a different procedure depending on what mood whoever answers you is in. Some of their staff cant be bothered as they will simplly tell you to go back to the shop of purchase. I dealt with chap called Hamza and he just couldnt be bothered to help.. I called their customer support team on 3 different ocassions in one day and it was like speaking to 3 people from different organisations. Very frustrating after giving them my money.
john doe: Drive thru collection was really simple, not sure why there was a massive queue at the door of people waiting to collect, when I sat in the car in the warm and had my item within minutes

Richard Howard: To many sales staff like flies round s _ _ t ,only needed a hub for my laptop but didn't even have that and trying to navigate isles with a twin buggy is impossible

Jonina Pepperell: OK where to start with what was wrong with this store. When walking in I saw the people working there standing around talking and upon approaching them for help I felt like an inconvenience as I was waiting 15 minutes waiting to get there attention. When asking about a product which was a specifc smart bulb they hadn't got a clue what it was and I had to use my phone to access the Internet to show them on thier Web page what it was. Upon telling them I had traveled 15 miles to get the product which the net told me they had in store, they became rude saying if I'm not happy go to another store and it's not their problem in an abrupt tone.There was no trying to help. I was calm and polite in explaining my issue but to be spoken to in such an unprofessional manner was not acceptable so I am never going to this store again.
Tashan Palmer: I went to the store the other day just to see what date you had in stock, but all the staff looked bored depressed and did not want to be there. They did come over and say did I want to help which was a plus point.
Imran Chowdhury B.E.M: Worst nature of non ownership customer service.Passionless- patronising - fragile - quickly upset ( self proclaimed to avoid giving answers).Scary kind of information about a refund of £550.00 and the attitude of we can’t do anything and we don’t know !Talk to customer complaints over the take the number…Omg ! It was the most appalling experience of paying upfront to get the laptops delivered to the store.Promise ! Will never go there ever in my life.Obnoxiously condescending customer care. It’s unlikely that they will survive at this rate : will perhaps pack up like many others.( it’s a bad idea to wish this, but it looks like they will embrace the same fate)
Emily Mundy: Terrible service- I had ordered an iPad online and went in to collect. At first the girl said that if I hadn't received a ready to collect message it wouldn't be ready, even though my order had said I could collect immediately. She then only took my last name, and gave me someone else's order of a different iPad. When I said this wasn't the iPad I had ordered, she replied 'well it's the only order under that last name'. I pointed out the first name was completely different to my own, and then another colleague stepped in to help. It turned out that I had visited the wrong Currys Northampton, and he told me where the correct one was. If I wasn't someone who also works with tech and recognised the box of the iPad was wrong, I would have left the store with an inferior product to what I had paid for, and someone elses order. The service recieved in the Nene Valley store was 100 times better, and I felt much more valued there. Will not be returning to Riverside, I will be using Nene Valley.

Stephanie Charouneau: Visited the store to return a faulty iron which was within warranty. I had spoken to Breville to arrange an exchange but I was very impressed with the two members of staff at your Northampton Riverside store who ultimately helped me. I was served by Jay and a young lady on Customer Services whose name I sadly didn’t get. Both were not only very courteous and friendly but clearly new the exchange process as I was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Both of them are a credit to your company!

I went to your Riverside store today for a Samsung Galaxy book2 laptop, I may be 70 in a couple of days but I still have my marbles and feelings. For my birthday on the ?th my family gave me money to buy this and my husband who is in excruciating pain drove me there to do so. I stood and waited for one of your store people to finish serving and then asked the question, could you tell me where to find the Samsung Galaxy book2 touch screen laptop please to which he replied...I have just finished serving someone, what do you think I am as I'm not the ORACLE, I will have to look. Taken back and feeling quite upset as I HAD BEEN polite to him - I told him not to bother I would ask someone else. This person explained I could only purchase this on line, which I have now done, wish I had read the complaints on your Facebook page first though!This makes a mockery of your advert on the TV rather!

Lisa Collier: Secil who served me when looking for a new phone for my son, was very helpful and knowledgeable, also very polite and wasn't forceful to sell the more expensive ones. It's just a shame that his colleague ( I think his name was Alfred, or similar) wasn't as patient and was rushing him off of the till system so he could use it, which made it quite uncomfortable for both myself and Secil

F H: I had to collect a TV. The lady at the desk was able to help and didn't take long at all. However, the box was big and it was a bit heavy, i parked my car as close as possible to the store and asked for help to carry the box and put in my car. The lady ignored my request, then I had to ask again, and she said your help is me, i appreciate she had a certain age but i had bad back so .... She wasn't too happy having to help but don't think this is my fault either? Anyway, other than that all good.
Amarjeet Singh: I had purchased a Laptop in store on 18/04/23 after few days Laptop start hanging and when I called tech suport they tried to fix it but it hasnt. They adviced me to go to any store and get it returned or exchanged.I went to Currys PC world in Nene Valley Retail Park, 4A, Northampton NN1 1ET, and then I met branch manager ( I think his name is Raj) who simply denied the possibility to return and said they will check what is the fault. The intention and body language was pretty clear from branch manager that he isnt going to look into that.And just spending a minute or so he given judgement that there is no fault, he was arrogant and infact asked all other sales person to not attend me.I have formally raised a concern about that and waiting to see strict action against this branch for such a worst customer service.I RECOMMEND PLEASE TO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEM FROM THIS STORE ELSE BE READY FOR WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CAN UNDERSTAND NOW WHY SUCH STORES ARE CLOSING.

While thinking outside of the box was not his forte, sarcasm, tunnel vision, and a lack of customer orientation was the order of the day. Luckily, there were adults there who are extremely reliable, kind, considerate, and understand the power of customer loyalty.

Frontier Horizon: I just dropped a visit to visualise the fridge freezers. They have a wide range of almost every appliances for basic and luxury options. Even though not the cheapest they offer very reasonable price. And parking is large and free.

The staff seemed to genuinely care about their customers, chatted with us about our product choices and remarking on what good deals we had found. 100% worth coming here over the riverside branch
Andrea Kennedy: A smaller store but you can still see products on display. If what you want isn't in stock they can get it in. Mobile shop in this branch too offering all the latest phones.
Ginny Pinckard: If you shop early doors you can get a salesman to assist you with your purchase. Sadly hav8ng paid for delivery of large goods only part of the order arrived . Following phone to department they said it would be delivered next week but no apologies were given.
