jenkinicity: I always have an incredible experience at 5E, but they never cease to amaze me with their expertise and care. I recently had a full body massage and it was wonderful. I've never felt so well taken care of. You are in excellent hands with Charlene, her skill and attention to detail is unmatched. 5E is definitely worth a visit - they have a wide range of treatments for whatever it is you need. LizzieBeth: What a wonderful place! I walked in today and thankfully the lady was free to give an acupuncture treatment for my anxiety-I feel amazing! The treatment included a herbal supplement of which I am sure is benefitting me already! Also, the therapist was very friendly, professional and full of advice on my condition. I followed up with a cup of ginger tea-so tasty, not like the 'normal' shop bought ginger tea. On the whole, a fantastic experience and will be returning very soon. Thank you.

The ambience of the place makes you relax as soon as you step in from the busy shopping street. Highly recommend very high level of professionalism from staff.

Katherine Wright: I contacted Michael after a miscarriage and finding out I was no longer ovulating. I had been referred to an infertility clinic, but felt as though I needed to keep searching for alternative methods. After 4 sessions of acupuncture I had the most normal monthly cycle I had ever had, after a further 2 sessions I found out I was pregnant. We're 16 weeks in now and I am so grateful. Would definitely recommend Michael to anyone considering acupuncture.
earles gelder: Went to Michael 18mth ago for fertility acupuncture and homeopath. We fell pregnant in the next cycle after 4 wks treatment. Unfortunately we lost the baby and acupuncture became a good part of healing .. Michael listened and supported pressure points and homeopath tablets to ease the stress and pain.. grieving. He was like a counselor to me.After not falling pregnant again he suggested adding Chinese herbs into treatment through a friend of his. We fell pregnant the next cycle and last month we had a beautiful baby boy!!! hua xia: I had been suffering from severe back pain for three months and had tried many different pain relief products, but nothing seemed to work. The pain was getting worse and it even affected my arm. That's when I decided to try Chinese massage at the AJ Chinese Health practice, and I was fortunate enough to be treated by Dr. Dong.Dr. Dong recommended Fu's subcutaneous needling, which is a fast acupuncture method for quick pain relief. I was amazed to experience an 80% reduction in my pain after just the first session! After four sessions, my back pain is completely gone, and I feel like a new person.I would highly recommend Dr. Dong to anyone who is looking for a skilled and professional doctor. She is not only an expert in her field, but also a very kind and compassionate person. Thank you, Dr. Dong, for your excellent care!

Virginia: I had 6 acupuncture sessions with Mrs Dong for numb fingers on both hands. I felt better immediately after the first session and was able to sleep as much better. Before I would wake up every 30 minutes from bad finger pain. After 6 sessions I would say I felt 90% better. And now 2 weeks later I no longer feel numbness in my fingers and can sleep again as usual. Very highly recommended!

It is unacceptable to be rude and dissmisive to your customers under any circumstances, and especially if the customer is trying to be nice and apologetic. I am sure they do their actual job properly, but whoever is on the phone needs to be taught basic manners. Glad I didn't go, and would not recommend.

My advice to anyone is to go boots or a local pharmacy before trying the GP. It's not worth being belittled and dismissed as if your problem is nothing.

M1NDSET STUDIO: Not much has changed. If you dare ask a question, you are met with poor customer service (particularly on the phone). Booking an appointment was met with rudness by the same receptionist people speak of on reviews. However it was booked, it was on time, and doctor was a little abrupt, but ok. If I can, I will change GP'S, despite me having to see a gp rarely. Manners should be a standard thing anywhere.
sara Froggatt: I was having a perfectly happy day until I called the surgery to be confronted by as always a very abrupt and moody receptionist. Customer Service KMC. I understand the current pressures but there’s no excuse for not delivering on the minimal requirements.
Vicki Hart: Just moved to the area and did some googling. Not great reviews but a lovely friendly receptionist answered the phone and got on with registering us. We had to come and see a doctor last week. Having moved from a practice we had been with for 25 years we were a little wary. Glad to say that from the nurses doing our registration and the doctor who saw us last week, our experience couldn't be better. Thank you x
The Tamagnis: Almost impossible to see a doctor. Whilst I agree that staff are not there to be abused and should be treated with respect, I believe they need to remember that it’s a two way street. The regular aggressive manner in which they speak to patients, in person or the phone, is very unnecessary, and it’s worth them remembering that many patients are most likely scared and worried and need some kindness and compassion, instead of being made to feel a nuisance.

Marius Stankevicius: Absolutely awful treatment from receptionist, been trying to get an appointment for the last 6 weeks, being told to ring next morning at 8.00 am and believe me I’ve been doing it everyday. This ridiculous when I need urgent help, the worst nightmare and I can do nothing about it.

Gavin Marshall: No great receptionist, unhelpful and sometimes rude. You get the feeling they think it would be a a nice place to work apart for those pesky patients.Some of the nursing staff do a great job however, but one in particular acts uncaring will not listen to you because she thinks she is always right even when proven otherwise. They seem set in there own treatment plan, doesn't mater if you are not able to do what is suggested, you either get ignored or told to try anyway. If you are deemed worthy enough to see a doctor they can seem disinterested and unwilling to interact with you.
Mandy Smith: The five stars are for the amazing nurse Karen Powell. She is wonderful and so caring. I wish there were more people like her. She treats people with respect and wants to do the very best for them.
