User FAQs

Visitors can enjoy walking, running, and cycling across the park. There are also picnic benches and seats scattered near the river bank where you can spot a variety of wildlife or look out over the open farmland.

Waterhall Park was once pasture land farmed by a local farm. It takes its name from the local manor, and the former watermill is now a private house. The park also has a plantation of bat willows in the south corner.

There is a car park at the north end of the park and the allotments car park at the southern end. However, there are no public toilets at the park, with the nearest facilities located in nearby Fenny Stratford.

The Ouzel Valley Park meanders from Caldecotte Lake in the south to Willen Lake in the north. It has a spacious, open atmosphere with long views and features farmland where cattle and sheep are reared. The park also incorporates the historic villages of Woolstone and Woughton.

Visitors can enjoy watersports, bird watching, and children's activities at Caldecotte Lake. The location offers a great family day out with lots of space for little ones to run around and tranquil corners to relax as well.
