The one bedroom lodges feature a sauna in the ensuite bathroom, an outdoor hot tub on the veranda, and a king size bed with an award-winning Simba Sleep Experience.

The three bedroom lodge offers spacious living space, ensuite bedroom with a walk-in shower, double bed with Simba hybrid mattress and pillows, two additional bedrooms with Simba mattresses, and stunning views over the Chiltern Hills and the lake.

Guests can enjoy birdwatching with red kites, kingfishers, sparrowhawks, and other wildlife, as well as access to public footpaths for walking and cycling. Angling guests can also fish in the 1 acre carp and coarse lake on the property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the lodges and buildings, with a full security deposit forfeited if violated. The property has a zero-tolerance policy on drugs, with offenders reported to the police and asked to leave immediately. Outdoor music must be switched off by 11pm to respect other guests.
