The baby changing room was brilliant and the breastfeeding area was very comfortable and accessible. It had everything I needed in a prime location.

The staff at the optician were very friendly and well-trained. They helped me find frames that suited me and even offered a second pair at half price. This was a much better experience compared to other places I had been to.

I had no idea what to wear for a funeral, but a girl on the shop floor directed me to a stylist who gave me great suggestions. I quickly found a perfect outfit that I felt good in. I wish I knew the stylist's name so I could use her again.
