The customer service at this Department store is exceptional. The staff, especially Tia and the manager Huma, are very friendly, helpful, and have top-notch customer service skills.

Due to an injury, I was unable to collect two relatively expensive items I ordered. The staff member at the counter went above and beyond to help me locate my parcels, showing a level of determination rarely seen. I was very happy with the service provided by Huma, the manager, and my faith in customer service staff was renewed.

The overall atmosphere at this Department store is very pleasant. Despite sometimes having limited stock, customers can be notified when items are renewed. The prices are good, and the staff is always willing to help when needed.
