Kind and helpful staff, always ready to help. The Manager is absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and committed to his job. He showed me around the virtual and physical facilities and even waited slightly out of his working hours to check I was comfortable the first time I visited.

Aaron has been an exceptional personal trainer that has helped with a customised workout program. Extremely knowledgeable with all fitness routines, use of the machines and assisted with the inductions. Highly recommended and very thankful for his assistance with the introductions and transition to the gym.

The gym has different classes which makes it interesting if you're not interested in the equipment. There are nice people around to hang out with.
