Nuffield Health: what do users think?
Matthew Devine: I this gym because of the friendly staff who help me with my work out routines. Also the free classes are good to use as well.
Inkubaszi: Edit: From 3 down to 1 star! One week later, tissues still on the floor in the same spot and now there are new one on opposite side of mc. Time to change gym, due to possible health risk caused by filth!Very strange place.Male changing rooms nowadays are spotless and smelling nice (it was opposite in previous year) pool is ok, spa bath is permanently off - no reasons why? Sauna and steam room now 80% of times smell like urinals in Euston! And gym is so filthy! For last 3 days there are some tissues on floor in visible spot! 3 days! Mirrors are so dirty, and those nearby PT desk are on highest level of filth! And I was rebuke for using pool stairs in shoes when all the time employees (I'm assuming that PTs are employees) walking up and down on them and using emergency exit. Sorry but I'm lead by example.
Umer Javaid: Lara and her manager truly take care of their customers. Best health club in MK 😊
Paul Woodley: Great gym, excellent equipment
Darren Sims: Good range if kit but a bit of a mess.
Leighann McCartney: Jacuzzi switched off even though your day pass prices are now £15, horrid smelly musty sauna. Really run down, not worth the money! Left after 20 mins
Laura Southernwood: Clearly no pride of ownership or management by anyone, needs someone to grip up the whole experience or change the management.Pool area is dirty , stinky , rusty and the steam room is barely tepid, jacuzzi not switched on !!And always something broken ' waiting to be fixed 'Absolutely stinks of smelly wet dog with horrible gangster music being played.Changing rooms are run down, showers are rusty with no water pressure.Such a shame, compared to hemel hempstead- this place is a joke
BEPPE S: I had a trail this week. Most things not working mens showers broken and water pressure is low. Jacuzzi closed and steam room cold. Swimming pool full of kids before 7pm. Needs updating and gym is too try else where. Definitely do a trail see for yourself.
Stefan Jones: With the current climate i feel the facilities on offer and the cost for membership are very much in line. They have closed the jacuzzi which is a shame but its better than increasing the membership costs which is the alternative. The staff are really nice and friendly, i dont know all their names but one that does is Mike. His always helpful and never hesitates to encourage you.Keep up the hard work 😀
abbad asif: NUFFIELD NATIONWIDE ARE CLOSING THEIR JACUZZI INDEFINITELY TO SAVE ON ENERGY COSTS BUT THEY ARE KEEPING THE MEMBERSHIP PRICES THE SAME.WHAT A JOKE !YOU PAY THE AAME MONEY FOR LESS FACILITIES.I THOUGHT THIS WAS MEANT TO BE A GOOD GYM AND HAD BEEN A MEMBER FOR YEARS. LOOKS LIKE THE NEW MANAGEMEMT IS FULL OF SCAM ARTIST'S
Karen Hartley: Needs proper air conditioning and secure cycle parking. Otherwise a great gym with lovely helpful staff, Les Mills classes, swimming pool and a unique view of the Xscape ski slope.
Sue Nodder: Great gym, great instructor - Fern
Iuli Dercaci: Not new but OK
Riya Lakhani: Well overpriced for what you get. Referb needed ASAP!
Emily Herkes: Lots of equipment constantly out of order as other reviews have advised with lots of equipment looking old and tired now too Gym is always hot, not sure why you'd have the heating on the gym, even budget gyms have air con on cool so you can comfortably do a work out. The changing rooms and showers are dated and needing a refurb, the bit between the changing rooms and pool absolutely stink every day. Jacuzzi often out of action and steam room is tepid. Not sure how they can justify a premium price tag for sub-standard offer. Really disappointing to be tied into a long membership with no reinvestment in facilities despite being a charity. Also find that suggestions for new equipment, which they encourage, are met with excuses and not solutions.
Valentin Klosinskis: Mans Shower room need some changes. No pressure at all.and Shower heads and mixing valves is the same for 10 years 😱😱😱. Really
Seb Tevendale: A fifth of the gym's equipment is always broken. All of the gym equipment is visibility worn down. The male toilets/showers smell very bad whereas the female's do not (changing room swap for one day). You'll find a lot of people do not put weights back, the staff try to keep it in-order during the evenings.A select few of the staff are lovely, some are not aware of membership policies/benefits,. Includes a swimming pool/sauna/steam room and a bad jacuzzi. Probably one of your best options for a gym in Milton Keynes with a swimming pool...if you get a corporate + joint discount
San: This place is clearly overpriced. Ppl going there have certain expectations due to their pricing & brand name.Had an appalling experience last Monday where shower head(common area shower by the pool) fell on my 9 yr old neck & suffered from severe neck pain for next few days, Doctor said its a whiplash injury.Nuffield hasn’t bothered to call back after a written complaint. Surprisingly when this happened there was no staff present in the area. This place is not value for money, their customer service is shocking & we don't get any service for wt we pay. Prices have been increased post covid with no improvement in service.Hair dryers have been taken away due to covid, which makes absolutely no sense as other gyms do have them.I’m stuck here due to one particular swim instructor probably time to move on if things don't change.
John Reico: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityAmazing gym and very accepting to People with Disability needs.
Kish Vaja: Staff are really friendly but that's about it. The gym really needs a refurb and new equipment especially cardio. Been on the cross trainers and they feel like they are going to fall apart. Always seeing machines out of order etc.I'm only there because of Vitality and points (50% off). Otherwise for same price can get new gym.
michał mężyk: Horrible Gym with horrible customer practices. Avoid at all cost.Equipment old and mostly busy with que to wait.very bad practices of customer service, where "Im sorry I cannot do anything" seems like a company motto.Very expensive compared to other places in UK.

Water Babies @ Holiday Inn MK: what do users think?
Lisa Bennett: We’ve been going to Water Babies at Holiday Inn for over a year now. I take my now 18 month daughter there and she has become so confident in the water. She isn’t afraid to put her head under and she has learnt so many skills: she can hold on to the edge without any support, she climbs out, jumps in, blows bubbles. She loves laying back looking up at the ceiling which most kids hate at this age. Holly has been our teacher for the whole time (WB do this for the continuity which I think is brilliant) and she has been fantastic. She really packs a lot into the session. It is on the pricier end of the scale for swimming lessons but I feel that it is 100% worth the value.would definitely recommend.
Jindrich Povondra: Receptionist is absolutely idiot, key for the room isn’t working and very long waiting time for everything

Woughton Leisure Centre: what do users think?
Amy Hadrill-Mendo: Same issue as others with debt collection. Most gyms just let you cancel debit and naturally your membership fizzles out. Woughton did call me to explain their terms and conditions (i.e. SMALLPRINT) but how does this help me when I now need to ask DFC to drop additional charges and accept my cancelation. The lady sounded condescending and smug, too.Update* It is not 30 days notice if those 30 days fall within your next payment date. DFC made me pay Feb (late) and March as well as £15 or threatened to send the case to debt collectors. This gym is despicable at a time when people are struggling to make ends meet. We will never be back.Update 2: Raj from Woughton called me to help. He did not understand the additional month charge and contacted the DFC to make them refund. I appreciated his HELP AND explanation. DFC are the scumbags. Woughton just prefers not to chase members for membership etc so uses DFC. DFC then overcharges to make easy money from everyone.
Deb Gibbo: Been a member since 1st May, and loving it.Wide variety of classes, both virtual and tutor led, great swimming classes, and particularly loving the the yoga, core and lbts classes,The spin studio is first class but best of all is the fab team at woughton, everyone is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble,The vibe of the place is perfect for me, no stuffiness or pretence like other clubs, highly recommend 👍😊
Aaushi Manglani: Staff is good. Same charges for members and non-members for facilities not acceptable and hardly to get booking as they are booked by clubs. Badminton courts are not maintained with lights and all. Swimming pool is good.
Lory Chelmu: Very poor management. The Swimm teachers are careless and look like they just are there to pass the day. My son did not improved nothing in 5 months of swimming and they always forgot to assess the students. I needed to remember them every time I feel my son is stuck in a level more than it should.Looking now to move. Because this is time and money thrown out of the window.
tomekmilton: Siłownia, pływalnia, gry zespołowe.
Jordan Rogers UK: never answers calls at reception.
Jonathon Springer: I have to be honest. £25 a month for a top spec gym AND 1 hour of free badminton during the day EVERY DAY is the best deal going. If it works for you then it's incredible. This is not INCORRECT!!!BADMINTON IS NO LONGER FREE. Which makes the gym an average deal. What a shame.
sammy ahmed: The gym is fantastic, it’s as modern as you can get! Great environment
Sarah Fletcher: Very helpful staff overall, particularly Matilde. Recommend SmartStart for using the gym as a beginner like me.Minor quibbles - app payments for activities keep defaulting to credit cards only, despite me reporting this several times, plus really difficult to get a badminton court in the evenings as block booked or unavailable. Otherwise all good - glad we joined 1life!
Danielle Kirby: Avoid.... staff are incompetent. Tried cancelling my membership and it turns out they have tried to collect one more payment, which they were unable to... instead of a phone call to communicate what had happened they have sent my details straight to a debt collector who have slammed £15 on the balance and will add more charges every 7 days....Quite disgusted by this service - the facilities are rubbish, ended up paying and not using, deffinatly did not get anywhere near my value for money and now extra charges?Deffo Avoid this one!
ANEESH THACHAPPULLY: Not good swimming trainers
Khaled Abdelrahman: Great got swimming, to find a spot for releveling, always need to call them and get it scheduled, aside from that, excellent centre.
Christina Bee: I had a direct debit come out of my account so I didn't have sufficient funds to pay the monthly membership fee, instead of them attempting to collect again or notifying me that the payment has failed they just stuck on a £15 late payment fee and sent it to debt collectors immediately. LOL. So I had an email from debt collectors for £30. 😂 Mad. I cancelled the membership.
AJ Mac: They let me smoke cali war heads in the bath and let me listen to Collie Buddz on the PA System JA JANOOOOO
Bunmi Awobadejo: If there is a zero score, I would have given them this. They are filled with very incompetent employees! You get told different things during signing up and it becomes your problem when you need to cancel. They don’t ever pick their calls either. My doctor asked me to stop going to the gym and I sent an email to cancel since September ( which was what I was told by the guy at the desk on the day I join) and I haven’t heard from anyone till date but rather, I have been getting email of late payment adding £15 each time. The guy at the DFC ( direct debit centre) mentioned it doesn’t matter what you e been told, it is about what it is in the terms and conditions. Very incompetent set of people!Do not go there, they are very disorganised and not capable of managing their organisation well. They make their customers scape goats of their incompetencies. Zero customer relations…..
Leoni Smith: Facilities were clean, pool was warm and quiet, staff friendly. Showers were even warm! I was a bit surprised by a unisex changing room (with stalls) but I had a lovely first swim and look forward to going back.
Santosh Kirve: We attended Durga Puja celebrations here organised by MK Ananda Club. The leisure centre is set in a beautiful open location in Leadenhall. The facilities are clean and maintained well. The centre has ample parking spaces and from the number of people I saw around, I believe it's a popular place for swimming and other leisure activities.
Savage Army: The was vomit in the pool
Jade-Marie Robey-minogue: There was vomit in the pool
Ashley Thomson: Badminton or other indoor sports are never available. Swimming pool is covered in a layer of debris and filth at the bottom. Don’t monitor their website so that when you fill out cancellation they still charge you and then try and debt collect. Completely overpriced gym with not much to offer. Poor customer service and bad attitude staff. Stay away. Better off going to a pure gym or similar.
Lucho Antonio: chill experience

Wolverton Swimming and Fitness Centre: what do users think?
2pointsdropped: Nice enough... but the timetable is terrible. How are most of the general swim sessions during school time? Makes no sense. Swimming used to be easily accessible but now it's a joke
MEHMET BARAN AKPOLAT: Personel iyi ve Güleryüzlü ekipman durumu gayet güzel ve yeni salon temiz süper bir yer
Michael Cole: Staff and facilities are good
Olori Abi: Love this pool. Caroline is the best aquafit trainer ever. She does her training with fun
Julian Ziegler: Friendly staff and good facilities.
martin jackson: Only went for the pool during term time and love they do a first come first serve on it rather than book as we got there and had space. Was quiet during half-term. The pool and changing rooms where really nice and clean plus the bonus of locked showers so you can have a proper was after was really nice. I like that shoes come off before you enter pool changing area this helped with cleanliness plus lockers took £1 which you get back after.
Jack Haynes: Clean, well organised and spacious.
Vydmantas Martinaitis: Perfect place to go with little ones.
Stephen Wright: Lovely staff, very clean operation, thanks.
Abdullah Hynes: Terrible experience here, they seem to care more about money then clients, the pool is always packed with lessons and schools, lanes are packed, staff are rude and stare with no diversity. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Akeem Raji: Nice place for kids to learn how to swin, nice Suna too.
ted reeve: Professional, friendly staff. Great facilities 👍🏻
paul freeland: Just a viewing but was a great place with friendly staff , facilities were very good as was parking.
anjum ghafoor: Not surprised by the negative feedback I am seeing, some staff are rude and have an attitude problem not professional at all.I was told by another swimmer that I was splashing her too much and I was in the other lane I have swam for over 25 years in a number of pools around the country and I have never come across such entitled behaviour in my life. One of the young life guards was extremely rude and disrespectful wanted to be the local law enforcer lol 😂 what a joke. Very bigoted people in there!!! And it is very apparent.
arun arun: New in the area, clean and good environment. I love the gym and the bike studio!!
Laura Willis: Very pleased to be a continuing member here!
Tim Machin: SWIIIIIIMMMMMM! 🏊🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️🏊🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️🏊🏊‍♂️
norman hobbs: Great venue for swimming and fitness, friendly staff and excellent value
Tom Beddall: Even though I joined last year I have not been very often due to health and other problems one gets at 76 ! But the staff have been marvellous with helping me to work around these problems so I could still get on with the fitness. All the staff have been great, Jordan has done wonders on my back, neck & shoulders, and I have enjoyed the spinning and palites classes but most of all is the warm welcome at reception from Pat with her beautiful smile. All the best and thanks to WSFC ........... Tom
Greg Norman: Good clean pool. However, amazingly unorganised during the weekend and managing flow
Alvaro Ribeiro: It's a nice pool but managed poorly. Had to wait outside in the cold for 30 minutes to join a fun swim session. The whole waiting system is nonsense when you ask families with young children to queue outside, complete disregard for pool users.
