Rachel Cleal: It can be a bit chaotic in there, usually because it seems to be a popular pharmacy, but the staff are very friendly efficient and accommodating, especially the pharmacist and one of the regular staff of the main counter.The pharmacist even recognises me and remembers my name / often knows whether my prescription is ready and informs me when I’m still waiting to be served.They are very welcoming, kind and competent, as well as being a bit overworked at times.

I feel it's only right that I mention this particular Boots for never giving me any trouble and for being consistent. Experience with them that my reasons for being there are addressed within minutes of stepping in store and that's how I like my interactions with all shops to go. Ashley Beolens: Always a friendly service, staff change quite a bit, but always seem helpful to me. The one downside is the pharmacy is sometimes a disorganised chaos, and can take a long time to get a prescription, when busy.The boots shop itself is small, so can be a squeeze but seems well stocked most of the time.
Wendy Wright: Went on Tuesday to pick up our meds and to be told they had to order mine in. It will be ready for you after lunch tomorrow. My husband got there at 5pm the next day to be told oh they've just arrived I will pack them up for you now!! Plus 2 days running before hand I did try ringing several times to check our meds were in. They didn't answer there phone. Normally pretty good.
