Jade Humphries: Staff friendly and efficient. I was seen quickly when the hospital had no hep B I also did not have to take much time out of work as the appointment was so quick. I missed my app today and they fitted me in again with no problems.

Egle K: Nurse service very poor. Nurse with who I have appointment, rush to finish phone appointment. After reading report, was really shocked. Make own decisions without even properly listening.Referred to Physiotherapist, who even do not have any understanding about illness employee have. Illness not even related with Physiotherapist. How Physiotherapist can make report without knowledge, understanding about employees illness?TP- Ocupation health more working to support employer than ill employees.Very disappointed
paul marshall: Didn't listen diagnosed over a phone and states I'm fit for work even he has not examined me or have back pain exercises to do wich i tried to say its what my healthcare have given me didn't listen.

Ellie Gilbert: Showed zero compassion when explaining that I had an extreme needle phobia and therefore wanted to minimize the number of blood tests needed and wanted to have both required tests at the same time. Was simply told this would delay my start date and hung up on. Already had to do assessment online twice as it failed to save the first time. Would much prefer a personal and local service.
Vicky Horn: Can't load OT report on portal and assessment done over the phone with no support. My daughter has autism.
