Paul Beresoae: Poor service overall. I was reading the few positives reviews and I am sure are made by the staff who are working there. Purebeck doesn’t offer a dignified service to the patients. All staff needs training for customer service, specially the receptionists. You cannot have an appointment in person, you have to insist really hard to have access to your medical records, you need to waste a full day to wait for the doctor call. They are treating you like they are making you a favour for accessing their services , like they are not paid from the public money. Don’t choose this practice .
David: It is not the reception staffs fault, but the surgery is useless. It ran like clockwork when Harry was the practice manager. Since then it has deteriorated, get a new practice manager, it could not get any worse.
Rachel Williams: Absolute joke, rang at 8.13 to be told theres no appointments left, 3 days in a row now, apparently a doctor rang in sick today & that's the reason theres no appointments so theres no other doctors then? To be told go to the walk in, erm the teachers are on strike what shall I just leave my daughter home alone then

Natalie Ridgwell: One receptionist us very very rude and unhelpful not communicating with patients the doctors, rules regarding my illness has changed not even told by my doctor told by pain consultant. instead of just leaving your patient to think that they are not getting the right help or care from the doctors for 2 yeara maybe they need to talk to them better and give them a better understanding instead of comingacross as heartless and uncaring maybe a course in bedside manners for them both actually after leaving a complaint against the doc I got taken off the docs and told go go to diff practice 5 years after they signed a form to keep me there so if you want to be gaslight come to this doctors then this is the doctors for you told 4 years ago my tumour on neck was same as others recently found put its not after registration with another docs that's gow useless they are
Armando Sanchez: CLOWN SERVICE AT ITS BEST wake up 8AM to call for the Appointment 700 Calls 1 hour later they pick up to say they got no appointments left.And when they do give you Appointment is the nurse not the doctor that calls you back. I've been having back problem and for them 10+ weeks of back pain isn't concerning enough to refer for MRI scan so they waited till I can hardly stand up and walk to proceed with that. I'd keep away from BTEC surgery like this one I hope someone takes over and sorts this place out

Linzi C: This surgery is an absolute joke, can never get through at 8 am, when I do no call backs. CANNOT get any appointments at all. I'm disabled and have chronic pain and I'm left to deal it on my own. Never had these issues prior to Covid-19 and now it's ridiculous. They say the only difference is now they have their doors closed, but I used to be able to book appointments ahead and now you CAN'T book any Dr appointments without a call back first and trying to get a call back is almost impossible. Don't even bother registering with them they are useless 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
Pierre Storey: As all people say here absolutely disgusting. The staff talk to you like your a piece of dirt and give off a foul attitude. They tell you to call at 8am but they take the phones off the hook 😒 Spent 80 phonecalls and when I got thru at 8:19 they said straight away your best to go walk in as we have no appointments. You can't even call during the day or at anytime to book one rather than pray you can reach them on the phone at 8am bear in mind they have the phones off the hooks so you get a busy tone...WORST GP IN MILTON KEYENS. WE WILL BE REMOVING OURSELFS AND FINDING ANOTHER PLACE THAT HAS STAFF who care for not only there patients but enjoy there job role.Its noted the manager is working from home still so its clear there is absolutely no management taking care of the shambles going on inside the GP.
Jamie Brown: Attitude towards mental health from this place is disgusting, impossible to get an appointment unless you have more than 1 person trying to call in with you. Reception staff have always been nothing but rude whenever I get through. 1 star isn’t low enough
Steph: Horrible GP practice and not very nice staff either, you will likely never get an appointment to see a doctor or nurse here. You are told to ring at 8am to make your appointment it either goes to answer phone, you get hung up on or no answer. If by chance you do get through you will be greeted with the classic line ‘ There’s no more appointments for today ring back tomorrow at 8am.’ You can’t make any appointments for the future either it’s really luck of the draw at 8am to get an appointment on that day. I also had a situation where my prescription was handed over to someone else, this someone ended up to my house walking in on my confused grandmother questioning her about her medicine pretending she was a nurse. When we confronted the GP surgery they shrugged it off and said ‘no one was harmed so it’s fine’. So I guess that means data breach is fine now is it? This surgery was terrible before COVID-19 but if anyone has milked the COVID-19 situation to its limits then it’s purbeck health centre.
Leoni Smith: Imagine getting a doctors appointment.I've been trying to book an appointment here since March 2021. I call everyday at 8am the likes are busy, when I do get through I am hung up on. The doctors are also god awful. Register anywhere else if you can.
abraham elfasi: i am writing this review in the name of my partner whom is a cancer patient.to get an appointment with the doctor one needs to start calling a constantly busy line from 8am , by 9;30am- she managed to get through- only to be told that she can have a doctors appointment on the phone -at any time of the day - the doctor will make only one attempt to get in touch.the most insensitive GP told my partner that he cant be bothered to follow on with her cancer treatments- by saying "i dont have time for that""you have too many problems". what a... Chioma Obasi: I recently visited Ashfield Medical Centre and had a highly positive experience. The receptionist was welcoming, receptive, and provided excellent assistance. I particularly appreciated the convenience of being able to self-book an appointment right at the centre.However it takes forever to get through when you call.
Kieran Willis: Update (April 20th 2023) it’s been a month since I’ve been to beanhill doctors and I can’t believe I got three different answers from three different people in the surgery. Not one doctor or physio could come up with a definitive answer. I fell on my right knee years ago in school in the winter I slipped over a frozen sandwich whilst running ever since then I’ve been having problems kneeling and leaning on it. I can’t even do a simple painting job cause of this problem. Physio said that it could be knee trauma. She was really nice about it. So I wanted a second opinion so I managed to get an appointment with Dr. Babatunde he sent me to have an mri done and suggested it could be early on-set arthritis. Result came back all clear. So my main doctor called me in to discuss results and said it’s my weight. I can’t understand how it is. Cause my bmi in school was 68.8. And now it’s 43.09. I never had problems with my knee at 68.08 but now all of a sudden it has. It baffles me how I went to surgery 3x and got told 3 different inconsistent answers. This place still gets a 1 star. Especially when my knee hurts and I get refused pills. What a joke.(Year ago review) I've been ringing since Monday gone I have made over 500 calls to Ashfield medical centre and all I kept getting was and I quote "line is busy". Good luck getting to speak to a doctor or nurse cause it won't happen and if it does it'll be too late. I find it that it's mainly the receptionist they never answer the phone and they don't care about patients they care only for money.

Well I didn't knew where I suppose to drop my sample, but lovely lady on Friday she take sample from me , and I shouldn’t drop in that bin . So madam Terry suppose to learn a bit of kindness some patients are sensitive for rude person.

John Patrick: This is the worst doctors possible, just to let ther patients know, this surgery has over 7000 patients, legally this surgery can see 25 patients max, the reason you can't get an appointment at this doctors is because they have alot more patients than are legally allowed, it's not possible to see 7000 patients when needed, that's negligible I urge all patients to report this surgery to the local government ombudsman and if you haven't been seen within 2 weeks, put a small claim in at the civil courts, doctors have a legal duty of care to patients making them completely liable when they can't give you that care. As for the receptionist who takes he appointments, well she's about as educated as a piece of wood and clearly has a "I'm from seacroft" attitude, she's absolute council estate scum. We've had to leave this doctors so we can get appointments because this woman gives all the appointments to her own friends and family before anyone else.

I am definitely trying to move out from this horrible place. So Much taxes I am Paying with 2jobs and they can never provide any appropriate service. Right now I have been on the phone to them for over 45 mins with just a ring tone not one receptionist has answered my call!! Where are the staff!?

Rude to everyone else that came in after too!Mouth full of food at one point whilst talking to a patient. Nice.Apart from that I had good appointment. I came for a physio appointment and the actual Physiotherapist was really nice. Very thorough and professional. Really nice lady.I'm just glad I'm actually registered at a different doctor surgery!

Kamrul Islam: The reception service very poor and they always rude with people.Also doctors, they don't want to listen problems properly. It's like they are always in rush.I'm a care worker. I always like to help the old age people, special Child or challenging behaviour people.We love to help them and sometimes we give extra time without thinking of pay.After all we are human being and we get pay for this.So, we need to do our job properly.

( plus the receptionist don't get paid to be abuse, ) keep up the good work
