Was approached by Jordan who empathised with our situation and took his time to show us each of the cars we were considering. Despite it being busy, he went through each car in depth and we didn't feel rushed or pressured; which was refreshing compared to the other car showrooms we went to visit.Booked to test drive a GLB the following week and coincidentally a GLC I'd seen on the website had just arrived at the showroom so Jordan made the extra effort to see if he could show me the vehicle despite it just arriving on site, which saved us another visit... and we ended up going with that one which matched pretty much all the requirements we wanted.We didn't think we had GAP insurance on the stolen car but Jordan said he'd check anyway and turns out we did! AMAZING! Thanks to him that really helped us out and if he hadn't had mentioned or offer to check that for us, we really wouldn't have known! Huge thanks for that, Jordan! He even threw in a couple of umbrellas which we had complimentary from the last car and was stolen along with the old car! Talk about attention to detail :)When it came to picking up the car, we had a reveal which was a lovely surprise. First time ever for us! We've never had that before and didn't expect it - especially as we weren't buying a brand new car. It was a lovely touch :) James went through all the new features of the car and helped set us up with the app and answered every question we had in detail. You can see that both Jordan and James know their stuff and were more than happy to help. Even my husband said multiple times the day we drove off how friendly, lovely and helpful both gentlemen were.This is the fifth Mercedes we've bought here and out of all the team we've had the pleasure to deal with, Jordan has really topped the list. He was never pushy, answered all questions I had, was friendly and approachable and responsive at every step of the process. He broke down the formal stuff into clear, simple instructions which made it easy to complete without having to read the full jargon yourself and ensured we were comfortable and happy throughout.Honestly can't thank and recommend Jordan enough. I could go on for days on what a fantastic service we got. Absolute credit to the brand and other car dealerships should take note on what proper customer service looks like. Leon is the best thing since sliced bread.I was introduced to Leon when I took my C220 in for service last year, he kept in contact with me even though I wasn’t ready to change my car.Whenthe ULEZ was fully introduced I had no choice but to change the car, as I have family in London. I got in touch with Leon after having been sent loads of cars and offers by various dealers.Leon got to work and found me this gorgeous brilliant blue C350e sport, premium plus, estate, now I have driven a lot of cars in my life, but this is something else, the comfort and smoothness is devine.Now, I have said before that at MB Milton Keynes you get German engineering, British hospitality and American style customer service, but Leon went one better on the hand over day. If Snoop Dogg was there he would have said “ this ceremony is off the shizzle”(that’s off the scale to the uninitiated😂). The car was covered with black cloth welcoming me to the club, and a VIP welcome note on a stand next to the car. I don’t know about you, but that level of service made me feel great, and all thanks to Leon.Thanks to the great team, from the meet and greet, sales, service and the valet team who put the sheen on and to the cleaners for making MB MK a great experience.

Robert Cranham-Glancy: So would I buy a Mercedes again…No!I purchased a used Mercedes A-Class AMG Line in February of last year from here & I have had nothing but problems with it. It has cost me more to run because of fault repairs, then owing a BMW for 10 years. In fact is has cost me more to repair then my BMW did in the same time period of ownership by £1000’s!Despite only doing 800 miles on its first service, (4 months into purchasing) it needed a new set of tyres, before that the window washer needed unblocking & now a faulty passenger seat air-bag after having to do an emergency stop. It is relentless, to the point I am now selling the car just to be rid of hassle & I mean it is a hassle! The issue I feel is that Mercedes have tried to become a lifestyle brand & don’t really understand what that involves. Although their cars look great, they are clearly more for the corporate market or those with deep pockets who can afford repairing all the recommended ‘consult workshop’ pop-ups that appear randomly from doing everyday driving.If it could get any worse, the aftercare you get is rubbish. Yes at the point of sale you are treated really well, you are told ‘the car will hold its value because of X, Y & Z’ (which is rubbish!) & despite paying more than I actually wanted to pay I felt given all I was told that it was a worth while purchase. Everything afterwards has to go through Head Office! Can I have this information please? “You will have to call head office!” Is the response you will get regardless of the enquiry. If you spend your time emailing in… do not expect a reply & if you are considering buying any additional packages such as Car Care Plans or Service Agreements… DON’T!Take a short walk to the Audi or BMW Dealership & be treated like a valued customer, knowing that in the future there will be less stress, no unexpected monthly payouts & everything can be done through the dealership.
Tracie Garbutt: 6 days on and still waiting on a call back from a manager from either Jardines or MB UK.EML came on my C220D cabriolet.Diagnostic completed at a Bosch garage which showed a NOX sensor fault.I have been advised that there is no stock in the UK and none in Germany. Back order but looking at approx 3 months or more for the parts!!! So I have been sold a vehicle which is not fit for purpose - trading standards confirmed.Called Southend, Chelmsford and Lakeside and have not managed to speak to anyone. Phone logs to substantiate this, call recording with Will.Online chat with MB and a gentleman called Will spoke to me and pushed me into booking the vehicle in for another diagnostic at Southend. Despite me advising I had the paperwork from the test last week.So I have a vehicle that is now on countdown, will stop running in approx 300 miles and then won't run. It will eventually need to be moved on the back of a lorry!MOT due August which will obviously fail because of the emissions and EML light.Googling this issue it appears Mercedes are aware of the failing sensors which all stem from a software update done on a recall.I bought a Mercedes because I believed it to be a luxury brand, how wrong could I be.Absolutely no customer service or support as yet from Jardines or MB UK.With no vehicle I will potentially lose my job, no local transport route in my area.Parking all booked for my holiday end of June, accommodation booked for Leicester in July.So who loses here? Me - 800 holiday or 120 each way for taxi, plus I lose 110 for valet parking... 350. Accommodation in July 280, and then possible loss of employment because my contract states I have to have access to my own car. I will have no vehicle to be able to get to see my 102 year old grandmother with failing health who lives in Lincolnshire, let me ask you if you think that's acceptable?!?Jardines / Mercedes I have issued a complaint, and you have 7 weeks now in which to respond after which I will raise it with your ombudsman who I might add was very helpful today.
Sim Keen: Review for working in the warehouse. XPO handles the warehouse in tongwell for Mercedes and it’s unsafe and poor! Work life balance is good probably a strong 4 stars on that. Management is really poor! I give that 2 stars and that’s generous. I was asked to train someone on the pick after a week and a half of being there as a temp myself with poor training also! It’s not the hardest job to pick up but still some sort of system and communication wouldn’t go a miss there! The work itself is pretty bad. I worked on the pick using a flexi truck and it’s constant up and down, on and off the truck to pick single items for the most part! They have ppt for ground floor picking, counterbalance for unloading and flexi and aisle masters for picking above ground level. They go as high I’ve seen, level 9. The cameras on the truck for this height are well below acceptable! Very poor atmosphere, everyone wants to leave it seems, I myself did after a week and a half! XPO seem to be a really poorly run outfit in my experience of them and my experience here couldn’t have been much worse. The dust in the air is savage! I believe it’s dangerous levels. The racking is in a very poor state having been hit so much and it only been up a few weeks. I feel there will be a bad accident there one day if things aren’t addressed quickly. Shifts are 6-2/2-10 and 10-6. You can pick which one which is great but time still goes slow! Team moral is very poor but some good people there. Definitely would not recommend working here at all infact would recommend strongly to avoid at all costs!

Theodore Miller: I WISH I HAD LISTENED TO ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS!!!DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKETerrible service, fail to call back when they say they would, lied about issues that needed fixing for it to pass MOT, which despite admitting they were incorrect they wouldn't make right/or take even the labour off of the bill. Not even an apology for providing false information, causing the bill to increase by over £782.I don't believe the information was provided maliciously in the first case, but regardless they had no interest in making their mistakes right.As is often the case in these situations, I was put in a tricky situation as I need the vehicle back asap, this is a personal van not a fleet vehicle, so you get left with 'either pay it or walk away'Probably a trading standards issue at this point unfortunately.

Ryan Emby: Previously bought 3 vehicles in September without issue. I bought a brand new Sprinter minibus a couple weeks ago that was due to arrive yesterday (1st March 2022), when the vehicle was on its way, I received a call to say I couldn’t use the vehicle as it couldn’t be registered (despite it already having been allocated a registration number). They then wanted me to sign a document saying I was happy to take delivery of the vehicle as it was (unusable) and if I signed the document, they would be able to register the vehicle and it would only take 24 hours. They wouldn’t include this timeframe on the document they wanted me to sign and also wouldn’t agree to compensate me if the vehicle wasn’t registered 30 days from signing the document despite insisting that it would only take 24 hours. Why wouldn’t they agree to this when they had 30 days longer than they needed to rectify their issue?! I phoned my local Mercedes to ask if they had heard about the issue preventing the vehicle being registered and they weren’t aware of any such thing. I was also told the manager would call me to discuss the issue and my request for compensation but didn’t hear from him. This lack of urgency and commitment to a date gives me little confidence that they are being honest about the vehicle being registered within 24 hours if I sign their document.

The check engine light came on at some point in june/july I took the car to them and asked to have a look after a quick look they said there is a sensor in one of the pipes that are either not working or the pipe is dirty. So he turned it off and said if it happened again bring it back, two day later I came back with the light they said okay we need to replace it it will cost 500£ I said yeap fine if it needs replacing that is what needs to be done.The car didn't move a lot, then again suddenly on a road trip the check engine light came on so we took it back and they said the DPF filter is not working and needed to be replaced 2K+ VAT, I said that doesn't sound right especially of what check they did to actually prove that DPF needs replacing so I didn't agree and picked my car up.I took my car to a DPF specialist in luton, who run multiple tests on the car and find out the pressure sensor of the DPF is not working correctly so he simply replaced that for 100£ in total and the car is back on the street with no issues what so ever. and did a couple of long trips with it.

Alan Doyle: I would have loved giving a 5 but was unable to because of communication issues following the purchase of the car. However, having brought my concerns to the attention of Paul I was pleased to see how quickly he resolved the issues. The job carried out in the body repair shop was excellent and the manager, Nick was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
