MK Feet Podiatry Clinic: what do users think?
Beth Holloway: The reviews defiantly speak for themselves! Came here after reading such wonderful reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. Years of pain gone within minutes after putting it off for so long. Alison was absolutely incredible throughout the whole appointment, I can highly recommend.
J Tadman: Alison did an amazing job removing my corn and hard skin, my feet feel great! Would definitely recommend and return if and when needed, thankyou!
Corinne Welch: Because your team are the only people who have tried to help me in almost 2 years of getting absolutely nowhere on the nhs. 3 broken metatarsals almost 2 yrs ago, undiagnosed at A&E, ongoing bursitis in my toes joints, my hip! It's been pure hell and still only able to walk an hour a day.I'm slightly better with their care, but needing steroid injections for which the nhs has just let me down on yet again!Your team are friendly, caring!!! and they want to help. It means the world when all hope is lost.Thank you for being there when I didn't even want to be around anymore, your team are bloody marvellous.
Matt: Mk Feet are so welcoming and easy to book in with. Alison was absolutely incredible and explained every single procedure, worry or answers I needed. They make you feel really comfortable in an uncomfortable situation and Alison definitely made me feel less embarrassed! Highly recommend
Hazem Alfie: Clean clinic. Nice waiting area. Receptionist was very helpful and tried to accommodate my busy schedule. Charlotte was very professional, explained all in details and has great bedside manners.Would recommend
Karen Gallavan: Very good experience, totally professional and painless. Would highly recommend.
Nigel Braine-Hartnell: Thank you very much Alison for seeing me today. My toe is so much more comfortable and I am very relieved that you were able to help and felt it should be ok. I was expecting it to be painful but there was just a little minor discomfort. Many thanks to Sophie also for her excellent and professional work in the first place and the friendly receptionist Carol for fitting me in.I was recommended by a foot care professional and have been very impressed with the service at MK feet.Dr Nigel Braine-Hartnell. BDS
Lee Stew: All are so professional and helpful when I visit here to get my feet treated. Highly recommended.
Jade Moloney: I highly recommend MK Feet for any foot-related issues. The podiatrist who saw me was very supportive of my needs, and talked me through the treatment process as they were doing it. My feet feel new! Very professional service.
Lewis: Normally this would be a very uncomfortable situation however, Alison brooks was fantastic in providing the best treatment whilst making it feel at ease in doing so. Would recommend!
Popescu Alina: 10/10. Thank you Alison for today. You’ve been brilliant!
Remy Martin: This is a lovely clinic. I had a problem with my toenail and Gurjit was very reassuring and professional in her approach. She made me feel totally at ease and explained the procedure every step of the way. My problem was identified really quickly and was treated in one session. Holly the receptionist was really helpful when I had to call back with a query over recommended treatment. I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome and would recommend 100%. Thank you MK feet.
Alex Skone: Couldn’t recommend the place more, had a consultation with Charlotte and she clearly laid out of all of the options available. Provided a clear solution to the problem.
Hannah James: I put off a long term problem with my toenail for years in the hopes it would go away on its own as I hate people touching my feet - Alison made me feel so welcome and comfortable, incredibly lovely clinician and put me at ease. Lots in common so felt relaxed and had a lovely chat, definitely will be returning if I have any further issues! The lady on reception was also very lovely although I didn't catch her name (sorry!). Wish I could rate the clinic higher than 5*
stuart armstrong: This is an excellent Podiatary Clinic which is staffed by a highly professional and friendly team who deliver great patient care. From the ease of booking, warm welcome, through to the actual procedure and aftercare, the clinic offers first class care.I strong recommend seeing Charlotte who has excellent skills and keeps my feet in top top order. She is a great podiatrist.
Gavin Weir: Excellent service all round provided by MK Feet. I had custom insoles designed by Charlotte Thornton (Morton's Neuroma on the left foot, arthritis on the right) and they are so much better than a similar pair made up for me by a guy in Stony Stratford a few years ago. I can walk for miles now, literally, without so much as a twinge. An added bonus: Axa Healthcare paid all costs of the consultation and insoles (though you do pay yourself for any extra pairs you might require).Highly recommended.
G: I been coming to mk feet for bit now and always see Charlotte she is very lovely great customer service and my toe is finally relived after I get in to see herThanks
Tom Pearman: I booked an appointment earlier in the year with Charlotte Thornton with my badly ingrown toe nail. I thought it was too late for my toe but MK feet have operated on my toe. A few weeks after the operation my toe has healed nicely without any compactions and I'm able to work on my feet without any pain now. Charlotte is very caring and dedicated professional. I would recommend MK feet to anyone who has had any sort of issue with there feet and especially toe nails. Thank you again MK feet
Elaine Jackson: I saw Charlotte for the first time today. My feet feel fabulous. I will be back
Diane carrington: Excellent service received by my consultant got to the bottom of my problem with the first visit and treatment was started same day 5***** service
Derek van Rensburg: This clinic is great, very clean, friendly and professional job, highly recommended

Milton Keynes Footcare: what do users think?
jackie deacon: Mr Lima fixed my very painful foot problem after I had unsuccessful treatment elsewhere. I left his clinic pain free for the first time in months. Brilliant. Thank you Mr Lima.
jasmin virdee: Really lovely chiropodist, sorted my problem out in 30 mins, can't thank him enough.
Rachel Quye: I cannot recommend this business enough and Dennis as a professional. He was very accommodating. Dennis sorted my ingrown toenail within minutes, which was causing me a lot of pain and discomfort. He had great advice and aftercare too, which is expected with his experience. If I have any issues with my feet, there is no one else I would use. Thanks again!
Stephen Burleigh: I had let my verruca's grow and spread for about 5 years before finally deciding something had to be done. Dennis cleared up the serious mess my feet were in. Every visit was productive and Dennis is good company.
Roger Gascoigne: On this year’s May Day Bank Holiday weekend I had reached Milton Keynes at the end of the first week of a marathon charity walk. And I had bad blisters on my right foot. It had been Marathon Weekend in MK and podiatrist appointments were like gold dust. But magically I found Dennis Lima’s contact details and magically he had one free slot due to a cancellation. Equally magically, he tended to my blisters; lancing and dressing as required, but more importantly, talking me through the state of my feet, and convincing me that I COULD continue with my walk. I did. And I’ve just finished, 4 weeks and nearly 400 miles after Dennis’s treatment. What more can I say? Dennis helped me complete my dream walk and raise over £6k for my chosen charity, CALM. He’s a star of the story of my walk! Many thanks, Roger Gascoigne.
Lisa F: Excellent service from Dennis for an ingrowing toenail and plantar fasciitis. The shoe inserts that Dennis got for me for the planter fasciitis have helped considerably and I am now pain free.
Judy Silberrad: Having suffered from plantar fasciitis for a number of months, I was recommended Mk Footcare by a friend. I have been so pleased with the advice, care and inserts that Mr Lima has provided for me and feel the pain has reduced already. 100% excellent service.
Gareth Edwards: Went to see Dennis with a ingrowing toenail, which was painful when walking.Dennis has sorted it out with minimal pain, and told me everything he was going to do. Would highly recommend.
Katie Brown: Very happy customer! I Had an annoying, persistent and very painful verruca that I couldn't get rid of, found Dennis and within 4 treatments it was gone! He was very professional, clean and covid compliant! Would highly recommend 👌
Janice Timoney: I visited Dennis today with a couple of feet issues which he sorted very quickly & professionally. He is gentle with his treatment & explains what he is doing checking you are ok all the time. I walked out of there a very happy patient, would definitely recommend.
Jeanette Chivers-Gentleman: I would highly recommend Dennis. He sorted out my daughters in growing toenail very swiftly. Very professional and a lovely Gentleman too.
Emmalou Andrews: Very happy with my treatment, i would highly recommend Dennis. He diagnosed the issues straight away and is very caring - I called with a concern after my first treatment and was met with a friendly detailed answer over the phone and a follow up email. I have had previous bad experiences with chiropodists and now would not go anywhere else.
Paul Wedrychowski: I highly recommend Dennis. I had a pain in my foot and he advised me to have some custom made shoe inserts and these have gone a long way towards fixing my ongoing problems.
Timothy Hobday: A few years ago I had a verruca which Dennis removed after 1 treatment. In July this year I picked up another verruca and Dennis removed it with 2 treatments this time. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone who picks up a verruca.
Conrad Webber: For the last couple of years I have had issues with my feet (aches and pains) and have seen countless professionals who could not provide an answer. I saw Dennis once and he not only determined the cause of the pain but found a solution for me. 1 month on and I am pain free, I would recommend highly. He is a great guy who really knows his stuff.
Lynda Miller: Went for a consultation for some nail issues that my doctor and pharmacist were unable to help with. Not only did I have an answer to what the issue was, nails were treated and I left with advice on how to continue to treat them. Wish I had done this a year ago, would have been cheaper than over-the-counter treatments I tried that I now know would never have worked.
Amanda Craig: Extremely competent and caring! I've never been left waiting and appointment times are always flexible. I would highly recommend a consultation if you are experiencing any podiatry issues. I am very pleased with my treatment!
Alisha Esmail: On behalf of my mum:Visited him twice and very happy with the result both times! No pain in my feet anymore after he removed the corns. Always friendly and very professional. Would recommend!Thank you for helping my mum out! :)
Emelia Ashton: My family and I have been seeing Dennis for a while and has seemingly been the only person who could get rid of our stubborn vereccas. Really lovely guy and would definitely recommend
Alex Lousie: I had a very painful ingrowing toenail, had previously been to different chiropodist with no success. This gentleman sorted my problem out. Very happy with the service will definitely use again.
Barbara Hughes: My husband had his in growing toenail seen to by this guy. He made a complete hash of it, resulting in many visits to the GP and a proper job done by our wonderful NHS. Definately wouldn't recommend. £50 down the drain!!!

MK Clinic: what do users think?
Laila Cryer: Called and there were appointments available on the day, Russel was super helpful and Karen is an angel for feet. I’ve had really painful experiences getting ingrown toenails seen to before and yet today I barely felt a thing! Thank you!
Ken Gosnell: My wife attended the clinic having a procedure for ingrown toe nail in mid October 2022. Procedure went well and follow up visits monitored the healing process. During December she noticed that the remaining part of the nail was lifting and painful. Arranged for an appointment on 19th Jan to have it checked and we were very displeased to be charged a GBP40 appoimtment fee. We found this totally unacceprtable as it was a result of the initial procedure.
stuart armstrong: I attended the practice in November 2022 to get my ingrowing toe nails attended to. The experience was great from start to finish, very smooth to book, friendly welcome and excellent care throughout (and painless too!) I highly recommend going, I thought it was a first class experience.
Maxine Sullivan: If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had a large verruca which I was told may need more than a few cryotherapy sessions (approx £50 per session) and due to costs adding up, I should just get the verruca surgically removed for £360 with them. I went to another amazing podiatrist in MK who said surgical removal was extreme and to try other things first, and that usually cryotherapy works. After 1 session of cryotherapy, 2 weeks later my verruca has fallen off saving myself £300, as well as unnecessary down time, and the chance of not having all the verruca root being removed and the verruca returning after already paying a heafty bill (MK Clinic couldnt guarantee theyd get all the verruca root). I had to pay a consultation fee of around £45 for information that was incorrect, i feel i should be refunded. Would not recommend MK Clinic.
Nalita S: Will not be using this company again.I would highly recommend you scroll down all of the reviews to see just how many one star and bad reviews these guys have.I have only ever given 5 reviews before and usually it would be for something exceptional or something unacceptable.I was absolutely blown away by the tone and impolite manner of the man at the front desk. I arrived at the clinic having realised that my daughter had taken my last face mask from my car, my plan was to walk in, apologise and ask if they could spare me a mask as I knew it was one of their requirements. Before I could even apologise I was judged for not following instructions and told off for not wearing a mask, the man was abrupt and rude and i told him there was no need for this attitude.I was already having a terrible morning and this man really topped it off and nearly had me in tears. Mk clinic Before you make wild claims that this did not happen the way I said it, that's why I asked potential new visitors to your clinic to check all other reviews so they may make an informed decision.Your establishment is old, your customer service is appalling and you should learn how to treat your paying customer's.
Kelly Hamilton: I attended the clinic this afternoon for my appointment at 5pm. On arrival I advised the receptionist that I was medically except from wearing a face covering due to breathing differculties and asked if she needed me to get my lanyard from my car (as the UK are no longer required to wear one I left it in the car) I was advised that the practice have a strict no face covering no service policy. I explained again that I am MEDCIALLY except. The receptionist advised me that the practice manager Mr Page was very passionate about face coverings but went onto call him. When she returned I was advised that I was no allowed to be seen but offered me a mask. Once again I advised I am unable to wear a mask because of my breathing differculties.Mr Page - your are breaking the law by discriminating against those who are MEDICALLY EXCEMPT! I will be taking the matter further!!!
Ade Goosey: Myself and my two children have attended here for a course of treatment and can not fault the service from booking to comms for appointments to treatment. Exemplary.
Paul Macca: Very good staff, very professional and nice. Following current guidelines very well.
Michael Heidel: After spending weeks in pain with my ingrown toe nail, i booked an appointment at Mk clinic. Karen was very helpful in the initial appointment, but as it kept returning, we decided surgery was a better option. she was very professional, especially with covid - i never felt at risk. the procedure was straight forward and pain free, with just mild discomfort afterwards. I had follow up appointments over video call for the aftercare and to check the nail, which is now completely healed up. Great service, and very happy with my treatment.
Lea Tuabanzulua: Money hungry, they care more about the money they bank then their patients.
Jo Jervis: Found them through Google. Went with ingrown toenail initially, clinic did not push me for surgery but after a few unsuccessful attempts, I ended up having the surgery. Fitted me In at relatively short notice, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Aftercare advice was very good. If the recovery goes well I will definitely recommend to friends.
James Marlow: Amazing treatment, Karen and her team were friendly and helped me with my issue. In and out with no fuss and reasonable prices too. Will be sending friends and family over to them for any future needs
Natasha Hamblin: Amazing treatment, team were friendly and helped me with my issues. Highly recommend the team. Will be sending friends and family over to them for future needs.
Shenghao Xie: The Service is so bad and disgraceful, the person that is servicing me she said I need to pay £35 if I see the doctor or don’t and she is being racist as well. Never go there!!!!!
Keith Fishenden: I went to this MK Clinic as I had two toes turning septic due to an ingrowing problem. I got first class treatment over several days. The reception was excellent, the staff were outstanding and the treatment I got was exceptional. This clinic is modern, clean and organised. I would recommend anybody who has problems with their feet to attend this outstanding clinic.
Jay Day: Appointment booked, person present unable to complete procedure required, this was realised in approximately 2 minutes of entering the room, they then wanted a full fee for no treatment and a procedure they were unable to complete in the first place! The redeptionist wanted payment, we questioned for what exactly? Then reception calls the practice manager who rather professionally and courteously stated we were no longer welcome to come back! Even after we offered to begrudgingly pay for the 2 minutes and a next appointment... shockingly rude and offensive despite the money we've spent in this place. Definitely the right place, I'm in agreement with the other people who have had the misfortune of a poor customer service experience. Qué Sera. Read 1 star as '0'.
Scott Gray: I have used this clinic for a few years for myself and my family. Always good customer service and very helpful over the phone. The most recent treatment was for my 10 year old daughter to remove an ingrown toenail. They were very good at this and the treatment was successful. The follow up care was also good. I'd recommend mkclinic based on all our experiences.
The Redstone channel: I was a patient of this clinic for three years. My husband and I spent a considerable amount of money here both having difficult foot conditions treated / resolved . The podiatrists are well trained and very good. Excellent consultative service. However - the general management of the clinic is less than desirable and as you can see from the pointed responses below - customer service is no where near top of the priority list.
lynn jones-martin: Beware of misleading approach!- No treatment given in the first £40 appointment - it is apparently arranged so that the clinic can quote a separate price for the actual treatment.- The consultation took a few moments only and the £40 is not knocked off the full treatment fee.- That 'consultation only' practice was definitely not mentioned when I made the appointment. They asked what the issue was, giving the impression that they will be looking to at least start to attend to it on the day if possible.- Feel misled and overcharged so reluctant to give them further custom.
chester gowie: I Was quoted £35 on the phone to remove some hard skin on the sole of my foot so I said that is a bit steep for me, to which the guy then started talking about how he sees a lot of people who have been to bad chiropodists. So I told the guy just as an example about MK Foot Clinic based in Bletchley who is very qualified and £5 cheaper, and not all Chiropodists just qualified yesterday and are picking up a scalpel today. He then said he doesn't have to beat people on price so I said but you feel the need to scare people into using your greddy overpriced services and to belittle other Chiropodists, to which he said if you change your mind to which I said like that would ever happen I work to hard for my money to get ripped off and hung up on the greddy guy.Just saw this greddy guy's reply so allow me to reply the only thing misleading is this guy's reply, in fact It's not even misleading he's just straight up lying. Appropriate team member is seen please I have type two diabetes that must be my special medical needs who suffers from hard skin on the sole of his feet. All I need is a 10 minute appointment to remove the hard skin with a scalpel, It would take me longer to get my hair washed in a hairdressers. I have no idea why greedy is talking about wheelchairs as I don't need or use one, maybe that's why I didn't ask about wheelchair access and was silly enough to ask a chropidist about feet. I Could of mentioned a number of alternative podiatry clinics but the one I mentioned MK Foot Clinic is cheaper, does have 18 years experience, and does not feel the need to scare potenial clients that's called clients doing there homework when they actually work hard for there money. Ow and trust me unless you have short term memory loss no one is going to be confused between an honest clinic and yours. As for same day free appointments you must of forgot you were having a special that day, as the word free was never mentioned must of been because of my special medical needs LOL.
Craig: Excellent treatment. After putting up with veruccas for a few years, I decided to get them treated properly once and for all. After a couple of months they have all gone, hooray! Thank to Andrew, Nicola and the team for a great service.

Cheryl Scott Podiatry: what do users think?
Orla: After suffering with an ingrown toenail for just about a year, i decided to finally get it sorted, i initially visited a local clinic to get the nail removed but rather was provided the wrong advice and had been having it cut down incorrectly. [to which it kept growing back]I was in immense pain and struggle and decided i needed to speak to a real and trusted professional, after some google searches and reading reviews, i discovered Cheryl Scott Podiatry, i felt confident in contacting, about an initial enquiry, and after instantly receiving a response, with the help of Sarah, i was able to book in a consultation soon after, to discuss what my options were.During the consultation Cheryl assessed my feet, told me any of her concerns, provided reasons and thoroughly explained why i was in so much pain. After asking me some questions, she suggested the causes of my ingrown nail, and ways in which i could prevent this occurring in the future. We then discussed next steps, Cheryl explained how she wanted to find the best and most comfortable options before jumping into surgery, to which i was very pleased to hear. After the first consultation i walked away feeling relieved, i instantly knew that i was in safe hands with Cheryl and that i could trust her. Cheryl was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable i felt as though i already knew her. Following a few visits with Cheryl, we came to the conclusion that i would need surgery. I was walked through the lead up, surgery and healing process, and generally what to expect. During the surgery Cheryl was extremely patient and profssional. The surgery went very smoothly, and before i knew it, it was finished!I then followed the healing process and had a few follow up and redress appointments, I’m now fully healed and couldn’t feel better. Cheryl is such a professional, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and skilled podiatrist. Who i truly can’t thank and recommend enough!!Orla :)
Jordan Cattell: Cheryl is very professional, friendly and welcoming. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she takes great pride in her work. She helped me immensely when I had awful foot pain. I would highly recommend Cheryl if you are having any problems.
Diana Williamson: Cheyrl was so welcoming on my first visit. Made you feel extremely relaxed. Explained everything in detail what she could see and what needed doing to my feet. Came out with feet feeling as good as new. Worth every penny. Had a few giggles along the way too. Thanks Cheyrl till the next time x
Josie Malone: Just been to Cheryl and what a lovely experience, such a nice lady and has given me so much information on how your shoes should fit. Came out with what feels like a new pair of feet, already booked my next appointment I've been to top podiatry in London and never had treatment like this EXCELLENT
Samuel Davies: First time to see a Podiatrist. Cheryl was reassuring, professional, and very helpful. I would certainly recommend.
