Pink Punters: what do users think?
Damien Paul Pietersz: It was a great place and good atmosphere! It was a fun night out! Loved that they had different genres in three different sections/floors that will let you pick your party!
Rayan Campbell: Great spot, wide open space to socialize especially in the summer months
sicca franklin: Great place to go, would highly recommend for a great night out for ages and backgrounds
Grant Kemp: Very good place to go. Enjoy every night out there.
spooky bazooky: So expensive to get in, security don't do bag searchs and the staff in the diner are incredibly rude and unorganised. Bar staff are all lovely tho :)
kelsey: Good night out but not anything amazing. Security let us go out of the club only to charge us again to go back in. £60 in total we paid to go pinks last night. As much as it's a good night out its not worth £60. Most staff are really nice.
Lenny Finch: Vile place with vile staff! No one is welcome here and it is made very clear. Leave or don’t even bother arriving. This place makes me feel sick to my stomach
Nicci Deaves: Great night out. Brilliant music. Loved it!!
toby lester: Got a door slammed in my face by bouncers
andrew johnson: Fantastic night out in a safe well controlled environment. Only thing stopping 5 stars is it works out a little pricey with entry fee plus drinks.
Alex: I purchased a ticket online in advance of the event, on the basis it was a fast-track ticket for entry. It transpired there was no separate queue for fast track, and people that hadn't got a ticket were in the same line. It took about an hour to get in, with most of this time standing in the rain. I also witnessed queue jumping, with security letting this take place. I also saw a few people give up and get taxis elsewhere, which suggests the event was oversold, and there wasn't a ticket limit. When I got in, I had a very poor bar experience. The first occasion when I just managed to get in 15 minutes before midnight - the rave bar attender coming up to the clock turning 00:00 said it was his new year too, and that he was going to have a 5-minute break, and just stood there behind the bar. My second poor bar experience was in the main disco room, where bar staff were not prioritising people that had been there first. There was a point where one of the bar tenders said to me that I was next after another customer who had been there a lot less than me.The entertainment was fantastic, but I was let down by poor experiences on occasions throughout the night, which ruined New Year's Eve for me and my friends.
Simona Nicodin: Great place great party 🎉
Ronan Barton: Disappointing for a number of reasons. The venue had really pushed the “pre-buying” of New Years Eve tickets on there social channels this included fast track. On arrival to the venue, we were informed ticket holders and non ticket holders needed to join the same queue, I would understand this if it would not have been sold as fast-track.The staff at the venue just seemed to have a lack of interest that people had pre-purchased tickets.
Marta Wojtyca: I bought Fast track ticket which entitled me to skip the queue however when I arrived to the club was asked to wait with the rest of the people.
Nathan Howard: A very good night out, but be very weary who you talk to.I went there on the 26th and was speaking to a guy who had got into a argument, proceeded to show me a 12 inch machete shoved down his pants! There is a load of security, but the search at the door is very poor It was easy enough for that guy to bring in a 12 inch machete.Very good night out, but keep yourself to yourself.
Denise Smith: Hilarious make such a big deal about obtaining your Id on the door but no bag searches at all. We sneaked in our own drinks . If u can't be bothered to search bags for potential harmful substance weapons or drinks we will bring our own drinks . Absolute joke to not search bags never seem the like of it
Lee Martin Shepherd: My favourite place in MK by far, great selection of cocktails and poppers!
abbie maria: Don’t bother going here for big events like HALLOWEEN unless you are prepared to queue for 2 hours or more.My friend and I arrived at 11pm and were still queuing at 1am, we weren’t even near the front at this point so we made the decision to go home as people were coming out the club saying “don’t bother, it’s so claustrophobic, no space to dance, can take an hour to get served at the bar etc and queues going out the door to use this toilet”.There were people in front of us that had purchased tickets but still had to wait as long as us. Lots of people jumped over the barriers and pushed in, we saw a few bouncers allow girls wearing hardly anything to skip right to the front! They were also charging £15 entry, there are clubs in London that would charge less. For events like this they should let everyone book online and show tickets on arrival and let a certain amount of people in.The queue alone was insanely long, never seen anything like it, that combined with people already in the club would have been unsafe, it looked over full to capacity when we arrived. It was a shame as many people had got dressed up and didn’t even manage to get in or got tired of waiting for so long!Would not recommend, going to stick to a pub crawl next year!
Jayme Leigh: An interesting night to say the least. For starters, entry and drink pricing is stupidly expensive considering its location - £15 is what I'd expect to pay in London, not one hour outside of it. The venue itself gives me '1984 vibes', with security cameras literally every 3 feet (including in the toilets which I found a little intrusive?) - there's also panic buttons in the club rooms and plenty of security patrolling the whole place. I went when it wasn't too busy so there were about as many security as there were guests which did make me feel safe but also a bit intimidated. Definitely themed as an LGTBQ+ club but really open to all. Would possibly go again but definitely need to adjust that entry price and drink prices.
Jake Barker: Good vibe
Jasmine Duxbury: So many floors!!!

The Greenhouse: what do users think?
sunbury john: Friendly guys. Bears day last Sunday of the month always fun with no judgements.
PAUL: The manager has no people skills whatsoever. I am the manager and that's it. He should be reminded that without customers he wouldn't be there. Great place great staff fab facilities. Attitude of the manager nil points. Be more friendly after all you are in the leisure industry put me off from returning
Saad abbasi: I wanna ask a question if someone can tell me.
Davy T Hudson: Great place to relax and meet people and chill out and have some down time to yourself
Leebod (Leebod): If you want go somewhere where you feel totally unappreciated then this is the place to go! The owner is rude and so are some of the bar staff.
Andrew North: Great experience, great facilities.
Luis Martins: Horrible experience the guy in the cashier decided that I was drunk when I didn’t have a single drink. After a bit of talk he refused my enter in the space allegedly because he decided to say that I was drunk. Unbelievable
Francis Chennell: HAD a great time throughly enjoyed my first visit. However I felt the admission fee was expensive. £21 other saunas are only £15 -£18 and the hot tub wasn't working. Everyone including the staff were very friendly
Clemon Padley: My first visit and also my last. The entry fee of £21 is extortionate. More expensive than any of the London saunas. The place seemed tired and shabby and on the night I went (Saturday) I arrived at 10:30pm and there were 7 customers at the most. The towels were more like hand towels and far too small to go around anyone's waist. It was useless for drying and keeping warm when coming out of the showers and the venue didn't appear to be heated other than in the sauna and steam room. I expected alot more from this place and it failed to deliver in every aspect. I'd imaged it to resemble a hot house (greenhouse) but it turned out to be a dirty brick building in one of the more undesirable parts of Luton.Yes I definitely won't be returning and I'd recommend to anyone thinking of going to save their hard earned money for a venue more deserving.
M X: There is fun to be had here if you're open-minded enough. 😉
Bruno Dominoni de Araujo: The place is ok. It’s big and very clean everywhere. I’ve been here in a Thursday from 15h00 till 17h30 and it was dead inside, 4 guys (older than me). The price caught me by surprise cause it’s higher than the ones in London (21£). If I’m alone probably I wouldn’t go back here. The staff was friendly and helpful (my star belongs to them and for the cleanliness).
William Burns: Does what it says on the time, been to better, been to worse, but great fun
Tracey Thompson: Great place to meet new and old friends great staff cant wait till it reopen
Paul Doughty: Been twice now and had a great time on both occasions. The staff are friendly and attentive and made us feel at ease as we were first timers. The facilities are great, though I did get lost a few times. The place is pretty big with everything you would expect.I definitely recommend 👍🏼
Craig Collier-wilson: Great place great staff definitely a place to visit
Chris Green: Love this place, 100% friendly and very very little issues. Staff are Spot on.
Willem Wilken: Been there twice now Kevin and Ant is great always friendly and welcoming will be back
Gleet Juice: Awful. Rude "welcoming" staff. Ask a question you get snarled at. Like one of the other posters wrote " guys who won't take no for an answer. Got so peed off with it I left. Never will I go back
Del Koter: Rude staff. I asked a question about how many people where in, and I was asked why I wanted to know. I asked for a towel and was rudely told that you came in and saw the poster (I saw nothing as I was in disbelief of the rudeness of this staff member). Overall Made it a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone going in for their first time- I certainly won't be going again! . It's a deserted place with horrible and rude staff. Avoid at all cost. Go to the Vault in London which is a much friendlier and less judgemental place.- train your staff to not be rude/make people uncomfortable when entering your premises. If I can give this zero stars I would!
Denis Barnham: Great staff and facilities
Qwerty 090: Never ever will i go there again. Rude staff. Towels with the delicate hint of S stains embedded. And the less said about the "clientel" the better. You have been warned!
