brenda mcmillan: Stayed here for a night at the weekend. Was really impressed with the rooms considering how cheap the price was had a double and single bed in the room. Close to everything. Plenty of parking around for a fee. £5.70 for 24hrs. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here againRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More

Mary Bird: Very nice for the price, breakfast was £12.50 when I booked. Receptionist was lovely and informative. The only downside is parking, no free parking for visitors which is a pain. Was told there's free parking after 6pm but would need to move my car at 6am or pay the parking fee, which isn't ideal.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Kid-friendly, Great value, High-tech …More
Georgia White: Was greeted by Josh in the restaurant area this morning who was a lovely gentleman. Very chatty, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed - if only more people were like Josh!Service: 5/5 …More
Corinna Stringer: I would just like to give a big thank you to Wesley, Kieron, and Miguel for their outstanding service. We run an event there on the 18th and 19th of April,Wesley was so helpful and accommodating and helped the event run smoothly, the restocking of tea and coffee and snacks for the delegates was always taken care of and any delegate queries would be handled well. The staff in the restaurant and reception were always very helpful and friendly.Hotel location is great, plenty of restaurants, shops nearby.

Holiday Inn: what do users think?
A K: Great location as it’s right opposite the shopping centre. Easy to check in. Staff on desk were friendly & wonderful. Lovely bar & restaurant in the hotel which we used. Parking is quite pricey given outside the barrier it is free off peak hours with council parking. The rooms are super outdated unfortunately and the tv kept loosing signal so we weren’t able to watch the shows we had planned too.

Bukky Adetola Lawal: I had a great time visiting for a family friend's birthday. Though I only stayed overnight, I had a great time. Centrally located, great staff, comfortable room, good facilities including pool and a delicious cooked breakfast. We'll done and keep up the great job!Rooms: Regular sized room. Clean with basic amenities. I forgot to bring my toothpaste, which I got from their reception. Opportunity to make coffee, iron your clothes, and there was a fan on the room too. There was a TV and a comfortable chair. The bathroom was clean, and I felt comfortable using the amenities due to the cleanliness.Safety: I did not experience any safety issues.Walkability: There are plenty of spaces to have fresh air and evening walks. Ample parking areas, too.Food & drinks: The cooked breakfast was simply delicious!Noteworthy details: Great locationWelcoming staffComfortable roomHigh level of cleanlinessGreat amenitiesDelicious breakfast.

From reception to bar staff they are so friendly, polite and accommodating. A special mention about PEACH, apart from being absolutely stunning she has the biggest smile and the friendliness person here. Other staff to mention is Kevin behind thr bar, great lad.
Chris H: A very warm and helpful welcome from the team here, and really handy for the city centre.
Farhan Sheikh: Nice and quiet ambiance in the atrium...or was it my noise cancelling headphones? Anyhoo, a nice place to catch up with some emailsLocation: 4/5 …More

tim marren: Great hotel with a swimming pool and health club ,8 year old daughter tells me its the best hotel EVER !!!!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
M Morgan: BANG! went all the doors. From 6am BANG! then another BANG! You never get this if you stay in any premier inn. The hotel manager needs to stay in the hotel to appreciate how loud all the doors are. Slamming shut. The door closers need adjusting to close quietly. Not slam. BANG!Staff were very good at the hotel. Really helpful and pleasant. Parking wasn’t cheap at £11 a night. You can stay around by Argos head office for free overnight.

Tiff Randall: Don't stay here if you want to sleep. Beds are hard. And the noise all night long was horrendous. Slamming doors, screaming at each other, fights, running up and down the corridor, had no sleep what's so ever after a very long drive.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 1/5 …More

David Eaton: Unfortunately due to ill health I had too cancel my booking and this was made very simple and without charge due to the kind assistance of Giedris on reception. Many thanks for his help..
Mikky C: The rooms are adequate although they need a bit of care and attention, furnishings are a bit tired, but overall, the service from the staff exceeded that of more expensive hotels, the breakfast was very good, and the venue was easy to access on the outskirts of MK.Will use it again, as joining the loyalty program gives a discount of about 10%.Very good value, but don't expect 5 star accommodation!

Steven from Castle RemovalsRooms: Clean an tidy comfortable beds and the bath was brilliant only let down was the tv didn't work, signal issues.Food & drinks: Best breakfast from a hotel in a whole
Adi Smith: Went here for a work related course over 3 days , it's an OK place, a bit rough around the edges but yeah , seems a reasonable hotelRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
tilly gold: The room was dirty. The light wasn't working and the beds must be the most hard and uncomfortable beds in my life I literally had a bruise on my hips the next day from it. The walls are thin too so being roomed next to some partiers was definitely not quiet. You get what you pay for I guess. The service was good and the location wasn't that far from town.

Martin hull: Great food
Susanne Sketchley: I just returned from a weekend retreat at the Harben House Hotel. I really enjoyed my weekend, the staff were really lovely, they would do anything for you if they were able. Sam the chef prepared some beautiful meals and I enjoyed every one if them. I have never eaten so much before. I was in an Executive room which was comfortable and clean. The only problem was the ant festation. The hotel had a one way system with lifts either up only or down only. I am looking forward to my September retreat in the Harben House Hotel again in September
DDJM Construction: Room basic but clean. Staff friendly. Food was amazing Sam, the crazy chef, didn’t disappoint. His food was delicious ❤️ Would hire him all day long if I had a restaurant 🥂🥂Rooms: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 2/5 …More
My Voice: Excellent Value for money, Mega Spring break deal for £39, cream tea with scones on arrival & continental breakfast included
Amy Smith: Very very very unclean, bedroom looked like there was spunk up the wall, ants everywhere, hairs in bed, absolutely filthy hole of a place. Charged £40 for breakfast even though it was only continental, with cold toast. Lobby looked nice with its "multi million" pound refurb! But that needs spending on a decent cleaner and a paint job!
Lyn Carey: Would.never recommend to anyone no bar.no restaurant no maintenance get told all this after.you.bookin and pay total dump

Adrian C.: Poor experience. They come across as very unprofessional.I was supposed to rent a room in one of their houses.I've sent all the required documents and been waiting to receive the contract. I haven't got a reply for a week+, neither via email, Whatsapp or calls. When someone answered the phone, the guy had no idea what I was talking about. After more than a week, I've received the contract with no apologies or mentions of being late. They've sent me the contract like 2-3 days before the moving in date. I can't blindly trust and rely on you if you don't give me any feedback and reply to my messages for a week.
Michal Richtr: Krásný čistý apartmán. 😀 👍
Julien Coullet: Cheap, clean and convenient, but sound insulation is terrible, and the Internet access from the last century.
matt freeman: I do work there, why would i constantly want to review a place i work bloomin google!!!!
Senthil TG: Absolute value for money! Neat little place with access to kitchen and garden.
Peter Goodwin: OK
Ian Roberts: Could do with a hair dryer otherwise very nice
Rektability ASV: The facilities are fine but no internet and tv box goes off at 00:00, bad mobile reception in this area as well. Staff not so helpful with requests.
dannielle wallace: No condiments in room. Towel had blood stains on and had half a toilet roll on bathroom, curtains wouldn’t close properly so was awake as soon as the sun was out not impressed as paid well over what it was worth
Richard Saville: This was the ideal base for our group of friends that were having a night out in MK. Considering the price paid, you just can't fault it. No it's not a Premier Inn - its edges are a little rougher than a hotel, but you're not paying hotel prices, not even close. The number of rooms within one flat was just perfect - hard to find places like this usually.
Paul Thomas: Strange set up, converted houses, however no issues. It was being renovated so was not at its best but can’t fault it for the price.
billie rivenberg: It is a really nice place to stay! So glad that's were council put me it's very welcoming and very clean and tidy customer service there is brilliant! Such a lovely place 😊😀
Luke Murgatroyd: Had a fabulous time! Me and my friend rented the room for a 5 day period, spend Thursday and Friday shopping in centre MK (which is literally 30 seconds away), then went out to the restaurants which the owner had recommended and used the discount we were given. Found ourselves out clubbing on Friday and Saturday and the place was easy to get back to, even after a few. Lost our key on Saturday night but called the phone and the manager was able to let us back into our rooms, took no more than 2 minutes. Great place, great price, great location, could not fault it one bit. The staff were the friendliest people I've ever met, not like the grumpy old sods at some of the other hotels you get.
Charlotte Wassell: Great location, friendly and welcoming staff told us where the local shops and take away's were, they were very helpful!. Clean and inviting rooms, I had a lovely stay here. Provided with everything we needed during our stay, and the friendly environment made the visit to Milton Keynes brilliant!
