Delders Dogs: what do users think?
Eva Coulby: Since my partner and I got our golden retriever puppy Bruno, Delders dogs have been amazing. Adam helped us massively with Brunos sleeping, we also did puppy foundations and now we have weekly training walks with Carly. Carly has him for 45 mins each week and tells me what she’s done after each session. Bruno started these sessions with terrible recall I was too scared to ever let him off lead, his recall now is great and the difference in his behaviour in general is unbelievable. His hot zones are amazing and he now stays on his bed whenever we need him to. Now working on loose lead and I can’t wait to see the improvements. Since he’s been having the training with Carly I feel like we now have control of him rather than him controlling us! Thank you so much Carly for your help x
Hannah Tite: Delders dogs are amazing, we were first time dog owners and they really helped us with training. We all learned so much and have gained so much confidence (puppy included). Adam and Stella are both very knowledgeable and friendly and really helped us resolve some problematic behaviour with our little pup. We did both the online and in person courses and both were fantastic, I would recommend the in person ones as it gives you a great opportunity to meet other puppy owners and puppies! It also gives you a chance to see other problematic behaviour first hand. Both Adam and Stella had so much time for us all and answered any questions we had, they also really care about your pups. Thank you for all you do, you are the best!
Elaine Ward: If you’re looking for someone to help you with your new puppy then look no further! The help that you get from Stella and Adam is fantastic - the online classes are great and give you plenty to work on each week at home with your pup and Sunday in person classes just re-in force what you’ve learnt on Tuesday! Thank you to you both for all your help and advice!
Kim Robinson: Buster had a blast!! Thank you
Laraine Gambrill: So very grateful for Delders DogsNot having had a puppy before we were unsure of what to do for the best in terms of training and behaviours for our puppyDelders Dogs have been amazing and so helpful
Jema Jakes: Have completed both puppy training courses and have really enjoyed our sessions. Both Adam and Stella were great! Really helpful and informative. The course was structured well. The Facebook group to ask any questions was really beneficial and the weekly zoom live to to go through each training session was very helpful. Thank you x
Sara Reeve: Adam amd Stella are both amazing trainers. I have had dogs all of my life, but after getting an addition to our already three dog family, I wanted to give myself and my German Spitz puppy, Freddie, some structured training. From the first phone call and subsequent meeting, Adam listened and I immediately knew working with Delders Dogs would be right for us.The seminars/lives with Stella were so helpful and informative, and gave us a chance to work on things before face to face classes.I cannot recommend both Adam and Stella enough. Freddie has thrived over the past few weeks, and most importantly for me, it has given us a lovely chance for some one on one bonding time.If I could give more than 5 stars I would, Adam amd Stella are both so knowledgeable and a great asset on any puppy journey.
Ross Wilkins: Amazing experience at Delders dogs. We’ve had dogs previously but wanted to ensure our puppy had a great start to life so signed up to puppy foundation and loved every minute of it. We learnt a lot and saw a massive improvement in behaviour over a short period of time. Continued onto the puppy progression course and pretty impressed how obedient our dog is, how good at walking he is and how many tricks he can do now. Adam and Stella were both really good and would respond to questions really quickly and truly cared about improving your relationship with your dog. We all learnt soo much and couldn’t recommend them enough.
Emma Wilkins: These guys are amazing you won’t regret using them! We’ve been dog owners before we thought we knew a fair bit but we learnt so much! We’ve got such an amazing pup and that’s because of everything we were taught at Delders. Thanks so much!!
Vikki Quinn: Delders Dogs are amazing! Brilliant tips, advice & support with your puppy! The online sessions are great, & the facebook group just brilliant! Couldn’t do it without them! Having completed foundation we have signed up for progression! Highly recommended!
Melissa Saunders: The Delders Dog team are absolutely brilliant, we just completed the 5 week puppy course,it was fun, informative and very professional, I would be very happy to give 10 stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Sarah MYERS: Amazing. Adam was helpful from our first phone call. His advice got us through some tricky weeks even before we started our first training session. I can’t recommend Delders highly enough. Excellent.
Robert Dickinson: Great training, loved it and we saw a great change in our puppy.
Krysia Lucuk: We have used Delders Dogs for around ten weeks now. Despite being dog owners before, in reality we knew very little and have been completely blown away by the knowledge we have gained. The techniques and skills have been invaluable and it has without a doubt been the best investment for our puppy and family.
Gemma Gray: We have absolutely loved taking Roux to puppy foundation, she has enjoyed all the training and confidence building, especially all the healthy treats that come with that. When we were looking for puppy classes, we wanted more for both us and Roux than just 5 weekly classes. She will be with us for her lifetime and therefore we were prepared to pay more and in return get more training, guidance and support than other dog trainers were providing in our area. With Delders Dogs we got weekly in person puppy classes, as well as weekly online classes and a support group we could post videos and questions to at any time. I would recommend anyone looking for puppy classes or dog training to use Delder’s Dogs, Adam and Stella are great, they have extensive knowledge and make training fun for both you and your pooch.
Julia Murphy: As 1st time dog owners the puppy foundations course was perfect for us. Thank you Adam and Stella for all your advice and patience with our many questions!
Andrea Jane Lovell: What an investment!I have recently completed puppy foundation and puppy progression with Adam and Stella at Deldersdogs and I cannot recommend them enough. From the moment you sign up it is clear that these guys do it differently to any other trainers we've used previously. I received a puppy pack on sign up, really informative and gave us some great tips before classes had even started. The classes themselves are invaluable and they've really been structured to ensure you and your puppy win- no more free for all, but a calm environment that mimics real life scenarios and gets you learning from the get go. Adam and Stella's knowledge and continuous support has given us the puppy we wanted but didn't know was possible this soon. The online support between classes has been an absolute godsend. If you do one good thing for your puppy, choose Deldersdogs. You will not regret it!
Angela Hill: Took our puppy to the foundation puppy classes really enjoyed it my pup learnt really well Stella and Adam were amazing and answering questions and made training really enjoyable highly recommend Delders dogs
Fiona Coskun: I have had a great experience with Delder dogs, learnt so much during puppy foundation. Thank you Adam and Stella for our great start together
Alison Hunter: Great practical advice to help you and your puppy with the basics of good dog behaviour in puppy foundation. Then leading on to puppy progression for some more advanced work. Adam, Stella and Carly and on line constantly answering all our questions, no matter how trivial or serious. They’ve seen everything before and can provide helpful advice that really works in every situation. The mix of face to face and on line tutoring really works, giving you the tools in relaxed on line sessions without your puppy and then putting it in to practice in the face to face meets. Puppy ownership is rewarding but challenging and the team at Delders help you every step of the way.
Gary Kitchen: Delders is an excellent choice for new puppy owners. The online and in-person sessions combine to great effect. The advice and training tips are evidence-based and a reflection of their success with their own dogs and success as trainers. Both Stella and Adam deliver an excellent and pragmatic service with an underlying no nonsense approach. Puppy Foundations graduated. We’re back for Progression classes now.

MK Dog Behaviour and Training: what do users think?
Mandy Creed: Would give 0 stars if I could. If you want a trainer that doesn't communicate or actually care this is the place for you. Didn't went over the plan with my dog, didn't even touch him - red flag. He never contacted me despite me contacting him multiple times saying the plan isn't working. Shocking. Also the advise given is literally off the internet - don't waste over £260 for absolutely nothing.
Sophie B: Positive:ProfessionalismWe recently contacted MK Dog Behaviour & Training to discuss some behaviour we wanted to correct with our 13 month old rescue. Dan came over for a full assessment and was very helpful, we are now in he the first stage of our personalised comprehensive training plan. All going well so far and definitely recommend!
Penny Smith: Very helpful highly recommended
JULIE HUTCHINS: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,Value
eddie hutchins: Positive:ProfessionalismLooked after all our dogs best training you could wish for
Linda Ball: Positive:Quality
Amee Holland: We have used MKDBT for many years for many reasons. We have always been satisfied with the services and the changes made to our dogs. Dan is so highly thought of by us he brought our dogs to our wedding and was part of our big day. Always on hand to chat about any worries we have or arising issues. Would recommend highly, especially for bull breeds and rescue dogs
Emma Dunbabin: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueHad a fabulous Puppy at Home visit from Dan, he gave us heaps of great advice with regards to training, behaviour and diet and would thoroughly recommend him! *****
Christine Alger: Positive:Professionalism,Reliability,ResponsivenessI have attended Dan's group classes with both my dogs. Highly recommend him for his professionalism, empathy and deep understanding of dogs needs. Very much looking forward to training with him again in the future.
David (Ted): I don’t usually leave reviews however I feel compelled to as the training and support we received, from start to finish, was simply first class and made a huge positive impact to our family life.We got off to a bumpy start with our new puppy but Dan helped us at every stage and everything changed for the better.Highly recommended, I’d give 6 stars if I could!
Emma Leo: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueFantastic dog trainer who can help with all aspects of training from puppy classes to specialised 1-2-1’s. We have had both ends of the spectrum with our dogs and Dan has helped us with both - there is no one I trust more to help me with my dogs behaviour and training. Honest and realistic in how to achieve success 😊
Aaron Capasso: I was pointed in Dan’s direction 3 years ago when I adopted a rescue staff x whippet who had been in a rescue centre for over a year, leading to no real training when out walking. With her staff strength and whippet instincts she was extremely difficult to walk literally dragging me everywhere for the whole time of every walk!Dan was beyond incredible, I was advised before meeting him that he was a specialist in rescue dogs and that couldn’t be any more correct! he knew exactly what needed to be done and I was just as keen to learn and pick up these tricks resulting in what I believe to be the best outcome!I can honestly say she is like a different dog, with Dan’s help she has learnt recall, did agility classes with Dan and is now (most of the time) a pleasure to walkI honestly can’t thank Dan enough and ALWAYS recommend him to anyone that asks for behaviourists
Tamsin Muchinda: Fabulous people who know their stuff and will do their utmost most for you and your pups to have the best life.
Nickie Pearson: I would recommend Dan 100% especially after the help he gave me with my pulling, jumping, badly behaved Boxer. After a couple of sessions I noticed the difference in him by changing the type of harness and lead I would using. His training was ongoing for a while until we got it that he no longer was pulling or jumping up at people. Thanks Dan
Alison Templeman: Have done Dan's group classes for a long time and my dogs and me loved them, Dan is very professional and knowledgeable but also the classes were a lot of fun. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan and MK Dog Behaviour and Training.
donna beecham: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueWe contacted Dan as we had some issues with one of our boys , we found him very professional & supportive throughout he was always at the end of a phone to help us with any questions we had and would highly recommend him 5*
susi andrews: I can’t thank Dan and his team enough. I’ve had behaviour issues with my staffie, and with Dan’s advise and and training techniques Oli has improved in his behaviour massively, Dan has been amazing with my random questions and has always supported me and come back to me ASAP to put my mind at ease. Keep up the hard work DanFrom me and oli
Nadine Haigh: Having trying to cope with kids and animals during the covid lockdown has been a trying event in our home. We have a son that is autistic that has struggled to cope and this has upset the delicate balance in our home. On contacting MK Dog Behaviour and Training I first made contact with Anya...she was so friendly and assured us that they would do all they could to help us out and following an assessment of the situation which was really out of their way as I'm in the next county. They made sure that they had all the background not just for our pup but of the behavioural highs and lows and found a way for our son to be involved in helping settle our home life. Not only were they an amazing help to us they have continued to support us with basic training commands and helping killi settle with all of usI can't recommend them enough for any issues you might be having they found a way to turn around the chaos of two troubled souls and even helped them to form an unreal bond. Trust the process it works and they are more than happy to adjust training techniques if at first you don't succeed
polly hogg: Brilliant trainer! Been to his training school with both my dogs! You need to train the owner before you train the dog and I definitely learnt a lot there! He's always positive, calm and patient with the dogs-and the owners ;)- and has so much knowledge about training! Always recommended him to friends/family/clients and have not heard a bad review yet!
Charlotte Brown: We had some issues with our alaskan malamute and kids, Dan was helpful and friendly from the start. The methods he taught us worked fantastic for her and she is a different dog with our daughter now. I can't stress enough just how helpful he has been, he has also offered help in the future with any other issues that may arise! Fantastic customer service, brilliant service all round and 100% recommend to anyone looking for a trainer!
The Awesome Dog Trainer Collab: Dan is hilarious and really cares about all dogs! He has got an amazing passion for helping dogs and owners without fear, pain and intimidation.Any decent dog trainer or behaviourist knows their job is not to wave a magic wand overA dog but to train the owners to train their dogs.Like you wouldn't expect a 2 year old to read the works of Shakespeare, I feel its incredibly unfair someone with a complex behaviour case has rated Dan 2 stars after just a month. Relationship and trust when working with overseas dogs takes time and effort, and unfortunately many owners are reluctant to keep up the hard work long term.Dan should not be blamed for someone choosing not to do their homework.

His genuine desire to help the dog and their owners means we would highly recommend Al to anyone thinking of using his services.

TLC Dog Academy: what do users think?
Gill Hayman: Laura and Maddie walk Taloula each day I am at work. My darling dog is the most precious thing in my life and I wouldn't trust her to just anybody. She enjoys her walkies with the ladies & behaves a lot better for them 🤣 (she is reactive to other dogs). We have also joined Hoopers with Laura which we love. TLC is totally force free, the ladies are very knowledgeable and offer a very reliable service. They are also great at giving advice on, eg appropriate harnesses, have lent me bits of equipment in an emergency (eg if something breaks) and Laura keeps some equipment in stock for purchase or can point you in the direction of a recommended website. All round excellent service.
Richard Stemp: Laura and Maddie are professional and patient trainers. Highly recommended 😊
Martina Matejova: Would highly recommend. Gave me so much confidence to walk and feel in control of our rescue. It was definitely important to attend lessons as I learnt so many things I would be oblivious/naive about otherwise. Both ladies are great, very knowledgeable and always happy to give advise. Lessons are fun and flexible.
Anna-Liisa G: Outstanding. I’ve been working with Laura and Maddie for a while with a recovering reactive dog. I’ve seen leaps and bounds of progress in the last year and I’ve grown in my own confidence managing my pup solo too. TLC go above and beyond and are always on hand to talk to about anything dog related. Laura is a true expert, has a dog shaped heart and they are both a lot of fun to be around. Laura and Maddie also take my dog on fun training walks and they are my only trusted go-to’s to look after my pup. So glad I found TLC!
Sheshela 98: We've been bringing our little Bosnian rescue dog since January 2022 and cannot believe the change in him. He was a very anxious dog before and reluctant to try new things. Now we are regularly complimented whilst walking (usually off lead) how well trained he is. The focus on us is something we never thought we'd get whilst out and about. Classes are a lot of fun with both Laura and Maddie and we have no intention of stopping going.
Ellen Ashford: Attended a workshop here. Lovely venue. Friendly owners, a field to toilet your dogs and parking right by the venue. Perfect.Inside the venue is kitted out to the max with any and everything you can think to do activities with your dog.
Caroline Culley: Positive:Quality,ValueI've been bringing my now 7 month old working cocker spaniel to weekly classes for the last 4 months. Totally different approach where the dogs learn through play and short games. Laura is very knowledgeable and very supportive.
Lisa Hayter: We have recently just started to attend a weekly class at TLC Dog Academy and we have been so impressed with the entire set up. The venue is lovely, spacious and easy to find. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and the training is all done through play and games with the dog which has been brilliant so far for both the dog and our family. We get great advice and tips at the class and we are loving it. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a class!
Gill Clark: Really nicely kitted out venue with a warm, friendly welcome. Attended a trick training workshop there which was well-run and very interesting, would definitely go to other workshops or classes there. Laura also has a shop with a wide range of useful items for every aspect of your dogs life! Would recommend TLC Dog Academy on all counts :-)
Lindsay Parsons: We have been going to Laura for coming up to a year now, and the difference in my reactive dog is amazing! She is really understanding and always there when you need her. We always enjoy going to her classes and they are definitely worth the 20 miles a week we travel to get to them! I love how she is very affordable for everyone and I love her set up which caters for my reactive dog very nicely.
Carole Atkinson: TLC have been there for our dog family day or night. This company has taught us and encouraged us so much with our rescue dog. After been accepted for our much loved rescue pup Daisy one week later we went into lockdown! TLC were there for us talked us through situations, advised, encouraged even helped us with harnesses for security and comfort for Daisy. Then when we were able we had classes no pressure for Daisy only encouragement. Then when able worked on people at home environment. Feeding advice, this made such a difference to Daisy, settled her high alert quirks and her coat well wow is all we can say.Highly recommend TLC caring, no stress to the dog or us, helpfull, totally committed for that end result of settled, confident, loving family pet.Carole Atkinson, Desborough
Maria Gilmour: Positive:Professionalism,Reliability,ResponsivenessTlc is amazing and local for me.Very responsive to questions online and in person. Fantastic teaching and guidance.
Claire Warden: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueI have taken my dog to classes here and I found them well run and really useful.
Anita Takacs: Laura's expertise and welcoming manner with a pinch of humour was paramount to feel my anxious pup and myself safe and relaxed. The workshops we attended were professionally organised at the highest standard. All our questions and issues have been addressed and tailored to our needs so we could go more with a handful of newly-learnt skills that we could implement in our daily life and routine.TLC Academy's classes and workshops are a great place to learn, have fun, bond both on humane and canine level. Can't wait to go back!!!!
Sam Stone: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueTLC Dog Academy is amazing. Since our first meeting with Laura she has helped us so much with our dog. Giving us tips and advice, helped us to help our dog with her issues. Helped us to understand our dog better. Thanks to Laura we have a happy dog, who is gaining in confidence. I would and have recommended TLC Dog Academy to anybody.
Hayley Chewter: I have had a great few 1 to 1's with two of my rescue boys now and I'm seeing improvements in both of them with very different issues that need addressing. Very welcoming and fun sessions that allowed me to understand what's going on with my boys and gave us games and things to work on in our own time. Very nice set up with a range of equipment to help in the sessions.
angela ruddock: I have 2 border collies, one is 19months old and lunges at cars, joggers and cyclists and is also reactive to other dogs and noises. We have been working on this by playing different games and positive reinforcement. Laura has given me the tools and confidence to handle the situation and not to panic. We have seen so much improvement over the last few months. Laura has gone out of her way on numerous occasions to provide help and support when I was at the end of my tether (and sometimes on the verge of tears). When I got my second collie, now nearly 6months old I immediately enrolled him in Laura’s classes, learning is done at the dogs pace, and the most important thing is that it is fun for both owner and dog. Thank you Laura I could not have done it without you.
Maddie Ashe: I've had a couple of 1-2-1s, and a month of dog training with my dog reactive rescue whippet. The lessons are all game based, which really suits him and keeps him engaged as it's not just "walk to heel". We've been given loads of different disengagement techniques and he's already learning to rely more on me rather than thinking that he has to gob off. He's still got a way to go, but we both look forward to lessons and he's doing so well being in close quarters with other dogs.Absolutely recommend Laura, she's done so much and it's all force free.
Harry Willis: Brilliant dog trainer. I would highly recommend for any dog owner but I think TLC is particularly excellent with rescues. I rescued a dog for the first time last year. Laura has taught me and him great activities to handle some challenging behaviours he picked up from previous experiences. I would thoroughly recommend in terms of quality and value.
Hayley M: We love coming to TLC classes! We started classes in 2020 and noticed a huge difference in our dog Bonnys trust with us but unfortunatley we had to stop due to lockdown, around the same time Bonny also had her first season and we had disruptive building work to our house. As a result Bonny's confidence plummeted and she became quite anxious around other dogs and noises and struggled to ever switch off. We've only been back to classess with Laura for 1 month and we've already noticed a huge difference in Bonny, she's becoming more confident and in turn so am I in knowing how to help her. Thankyou!
Kate Ross: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ResponsivenessLaura has been absolutely amazing helping me with my over-excited, sometimes reactive collie. She has shown me how we can work together and become a stronger team. She also helped me work through my own training fears and see how much more I can achieve with my dog. VERY thankful for all her help - highly recommend

Bee More Dog: what do users think?
Jo Lambert: We had done a course on recall with our older dog with Jenna a good few years ago, so when we got our new puppy there was no doubt who we would go to. Jenna is brilliant: she breaks the training down, puts it into language we and the puppy understand and explains why to do things. We understand our border collie pup so much better now and will continue to use Jenna as he grows into adulthood.
Taygen Stevie: Jenna has helped me raise my puppy from 8 weeks old, she taught basic walking on a lead from 8 weeks, and has taken her out twice a week for training and play sessions for the last 8 months, Kaya loves her auntie Jenna, more than me sometimes it seems, Jenna has alot of patience which is something sometimes lack due health issues, my puppy has been training as a potential working assistance dog in the future and jenna has been brilliant at keeping her on track, socialising her more than my health sometimes allows and Kaya has alot of wet muddy play when she is not hard at training with auntie Jenna, she has gone above and beyond for us, always contactable matter the time for her regular clients, always able to offer advice inbetween sessions, we love jenna
Rebecca Squires: Jenna truly cares about the animals that she is working with and is always focused on their best interests. Education is key, whether that be training for the animals, the owners, or for herself as she is always learning more skills and looking at new ways of doing things. Anything that makes the life better for the dogs.
Elaine Brannon: Having known Jenna for years I'm excited to see her start this new company not only has she helped me with my own dog but I've also seen her work with so many others and I’m always blown away by what a difference she can make if you need help with a puppy or an older dog, don’t hesitate to contact her, and she'll do everything she can to help
