Tugas 1: I bought several vehicles from this company, complained on every purchase.The last vehicle Said drives and runs . But they neglected to mention the the engine was shot and needed replacement.Also the picture don’t do justice to the real state of the vehicles.There’s no refunds ,and the customer care don’t give a s***t.Avoid at all cost .
surya ghale: They took the car with V5C(shouldn't have handed the ownership, my mistake). They took more than 2 week to send back the report of the damages even after emailing them multiple times.I told my insurance that I'd like to buy the car back and finall a week later I got an email from Co parts stating £350 to buy the car back. I sent transfered the money and I was told that it would be delivered within a week but it took more than 10 days.When the car got delivered the car wouldn't start(the car was perfectly start first try before they took the car), from bumper clips holding them in place were broken(there was no damage before they took my car except for the wheel arch when it got hit in the accident), it was all muddy even the seats inside were full of mud(I paid the interior valet with car was before the accident so the car was clean inside and out before coparts took the car), the undertrim was ripped and was placed in the front passenger seat; and they drove 200 miles extra. So when they took my car they went for a joyride off road hence everything was muddy and broken.I was told that the V5C would be delivered to me with 2-4 days but it has been more than 21days+ and I still haven't got my V5C not have I heard from them. Rubbish Company! 🔔end

Pretty Polished Holland: I wish I can give zero stars!! I sold my car on the 16th and I was told to wait 5-10 business days. Up till today no funds were received. The people who work there are extremely useless. I have never seen any company like this. You email them asking for update and they ghost you. I just need my money for a car sold by your company. I don’t just get how sending my money takes a month or more??? Never ever again. Do not sell your car with this absolute trash of a company. It seems their staffs have zero supervision and act in the worst way possible with no repercussions.
Steve Adams: Absolutely disgusting company with absolutely no empathy. We were due to collect a vehicle from there sandy branch between 3pm and 4pm. Due to traffic delays as it was Thursday before Easter we were going to be 20 minutes late. I called to explain the situation and spoke to Hannah who advised me that as long as we arrived before 4.30pm we could still collect the vehicle. We arrived at 4.25pm to be told we could not get the vehicle. Driver had battled traffic for 3 hours to get there and we had done everything we could to make them aware. What a absolute joke of a company and I will be taking this further

charlie Fred: After having an accident which wasn’t my fault. My van was taken by copart. They didn’t fix the van but wrote it off. When I received the van back the clutch was very heavy and worn and the state of the van was awful. The inside was moldy and dirty. I spoke to the delivery driver who said the clutch was because of them loading and unloading on their trucks. I put a complaint in and after weeks of back and forth they basically have just fobbed me off. Please do not allow them to take your vehicle.

Prince ENYA: Never ever buy anything from them completely scam day light robbery they only show good sides of the vehicle when arrived water damaged parts missing nothing as was mentioned in description or photos I don’t know why crime watch doesn’t get to them when ring them they say complaints department will look into where you write complain to it’s department but it doesn’t exist it’s like telling your story to a wall and expecting action from the wall :)

Laurence Oneil: I purchased a car from this auction site to find the millage photo of the car I purchased was wrong as it was off same make car going through the auction about 3 cars later. The photo showed 20k more than what was on the car I purchased. I spoke to matt the manager and admitted it was wrong. He said it was my job to make sure its rite before I bid. I don't personally this that fair as I didn't refresh my page for about a minute therefore blamed me although they put the wrong millage photo on. Anyway after taking to head office they said I have to now pay them £250 as a bond so I don't mess my account up although it was them that messed up

nicholas m: Awful service from a rude manger, Matt Jones,, AVOID!!!!!!I purchase nearly 1000 cars a year from manheim and have bought from Northampton Auctions for 30 years and although I have encountered issues in the past with other branches they have always been resolved amicably. This time I bought a Mercedes E class ( a wollaston BMW p/x ) which was promised with a spare key which we were not given with the car when we collected it . We phoned to chase it up a few days later and were told that they didn't have it and must have given it to us so rather than mess around any more i phoned the branch manager, Matt Jones, who surprise surprise was in a meeting but would call me back. when he didn't I left another message and he didn't call me back then either. After much chasing with my buyer services manager Matt Jones did eventually call me back and told me he didn't have to speak to me but was doing it only because he was asked to by the buyer services manager who felt he was stuck in the middle. He also told me that this callback constituted good will and I wouldn't be getting anymore from him, finally he hung up the call. In my opinion Matt Jones should be promoted to SALES PREVENTION OFFICER, its a job he is over qualified for. I will buy from Northampton again but only when it is run by someone else with people skills, in the meantime the honest folk at BCA Bedford would be my choice if you were considering buying from a local auction.

The also managed to raise a decent sum for me by selling some of the nicer bits through their auction. mario emiliou: Having been a loyal BCA customer for 40 years, this branch of BCA is not the normal level of service normally associated with BCA.The staff hear are very incompetent and unprofessional. After purchasing a vehicle with a serious issue, the management team failed to acknowledge or even respond.Dealing with the Administration Manager called Mandy Luck, she failed to return phone calls or emails ( despite several attempts). We had no ‘Luck’ with the branch manager Lloyd Healey either, there staff just fail to respond or attempt to resolve issues.This must be the worst BCA branch we have ever dealt with.If BCA head office or senior management team are reading this. I would recommend these members of staff need a stern dressing down or replacing with staff that can give a better customer service.

Gives you hard time n had to wait for 3 hours to get our cars out. Rude staff from top to bottom including so called customer services manager who got no management skills. Had 5 bad experiences in same place. Knows very well their level of incompetence but BCA got no choice maybe to replace them. Comparing themselves with GP where people go for life n death situations and here they hand you over a piece of metal n pretending a life saver. Drivers come from all over the country n it’s impossible to arrive in booked time slots only for various reasons. Discriminates case by case bases. Contradictions in policies n rules. Our storage charges were not removed even a legit reason but during 3 hours of wait I listened telephonic conversations where charges were removed and staff agreed also when I complained to branch manager. Very disappointing branch. A bad Name n slap on the name of BCA standards!

I will NEVER be using any BCA site again, the account manager never gets back to you.If this was the other way round and I hadn’t paid I would be getting charged daily but now it the other way around they are not interested.ABSOLUETLY DISGUSTING ALL ROUND BEHAVIOUR!
