You have to pay for the community bus that picks you up and takes you home, the drivers are lovely and very helpful.I have lots of fun and have made lots of friends and had many a good laugh.

NHBC: what do users think?
B J: Warranty not worth the paper it is written on.NHBC confirmed to me that something can be installed not in accordance with their standards but it is only covered by their warranty if discovered within the first two years of cover (despite being so called 10 year warranty).Absolutely insane levels of collusion with builders who know major issues can be hidden and by the time they’re discovered it will not be covered by their ‘10 year’ buildmark policy. NHBC is not on the side of the consumer and is nothing more than a marketing gimmick.
James Creek: Be sure to check them out online regarding their reviews....be careful 🧐
Ellie Sanderson: Brilliant service today from Angela in customer service, fast, efficient and a real person. Thank you
ian clark: Asked an unusual question, broadly unhelpful. Not overly impressed
Justin Withers: 18 months later and still no reply
Marcy Wilson: Excellent customer service. I would recommend making sure builders are registered with them
Chris Blake: This is what the NHBC say is OK and up to standards.we brought our new home in 2019 we had big problems with our heating and on investigation we have found that are underfloor heating is short by 450m. The NHBC signed of the house saying it's fine it's never worked properly and we are using more gas then needed.
Dayv B: No response to enquiries. Little evidence they actually do much - if anything - to help or advise purchasers of new build properties. Conversely, they seem to be in the pockets of the developers. What is the point of the NHBC?
Ashley Mcsweeney: Very helpful
Andrea Daykin: NHBC warranty is not worth the paper its written on. They are not even worthy of the minimum 1 star. The NHBC are so far in bed with Bellway that they will shut down any claim without even attending site to view the problem. We have foul water quite literally rising out the paving and flooding our garden and despite the onsite contractors and Bellway's own site staff telling us there is a huge problem with drainage, they still aren't interested. I can't stress enough, DON'T BUY BELLWAY!!
sd: NHBC is responsive but the star rating depends on the developer...if the developed does not give the details of the house to NHBC..NHBC does not do any survey...so the star rating is wrong and not reliable!!!
Helio C: Great place to work!
P T: Bought a brand new house 5 years ago and bay roof leaking through roof have disabled people in house and the nhcb took sides with the builder not to repair hang your heads in shame nhbcPaulNewtownabbey
Robert Cormac-Walshe: Shambles of a company. They are completely redundant and their 'warranty' means nothing. They will do everything they can to get out of a claim and side with the cowboy builders they protect and are funded by.My flat which is only 3 years old has water ingressing in at 3 different windows. When it rains water comes through a fire wall and leaves a puddle of water in my living room. Somehow they got out of this claim and are refusing to help.
Lee Else: Never trust NHBC, they are as dodgy as the builders them selves... my house was a new build house, I discovered that the house had not been insulated (cavities) I reported it to the NHBC and they are not interested in the slightest!!! .... so I recieved a letter saying they actually inspected my house and approved it!!! Well thats when they screwed up, as they have approved an incomplete house and passed off something that is required (turned a blind eye)What is the point of the warranty when NHBC are involved with the scams
Muhammad sohaib: Good company
Carlo Moretto: Absolute waste of a company, always sides with the builder even when it has been proven that standards were not met. Along with other residents, we are currently taking NHBC and developer to court
Davidsons Indifference: Corrupt. They're not independent from the house builders so can't be trusted to act in your best interests.
Jessica Lockett: These guys have helped me so much with my claim. Couldn't have been an easier experience for me. Absolutely fantastic team, so friendly. My claims advisor was just brilliant and very efficient.
Rob Elmes: Totally inept and not independent at all. How can you have an insurance build mark cover provided to safeguard against builders and things they haven’t done right when the very organisation (nhbc) who provide that cover is funded by the builders they are supposed to cover you against??? The build mark cover is sold as a huge benefit but the reality is it’s worthless. Having unfortunately been through many nhbc resolution processes because my builder (bovis homes) hadn’t don’t a whole variety of things correctly I alga encome to the conclusion that the nhbc needs to be eradicated and replaced with a competent body who have the householder best interests to heart. My experience has been along the lines of..... well it is out of tolerance and technical specs but it’s ok when looking at from 10m and the performance of the house isn’t impacted now. I Challenge back with, ok then so the builder will complete a repair now as the issue is outside of tolerances and technical specs...... well no, because they are only guidelines and the emphasis is on the builder to get it right. Ok, they haven’t though so can you ask them to repair it, well they are just guidelines and we don’t enforce them...... and so the circus goes. Waste of space.
John Lanchetta: NHBC is the ultimate in Nepotism; ‘nounthe practice among those with power or influence of favouring relatives or friends, especially by giving them jobs.’My experience working for this company was awful. The only staff who ever got the promotions, or the newly created entry level jobs, were family members, or friends of the management. Just about everyone working at NHBC are either Related or having a sexual relationship and if you are neither then don’t expect an interview, let alone a long term career. This is a sentiment shared by many current staff also. They do not value Loyalty or Hard Work, simply who can press their nose the furthest up their managers backside. For a ‘not for profit’ org they are Very corporate too. They claim to be not for profit but monthly Business meetings regarding Profits seem to counter that. Enjoy if you get a chance but unless you are willing to REALLY ‘go that extra mile’ (if you get what i mean) then you’ll be out before long. Oh and if you have issues with your house and call the claims line more than once a day they actively Ignore your call. Thats probably why your house is falling down.

Church of Christ the Cornerstone: what do users think?
Oleg Selivanov: Doesn't look and feel like a church. A strange building without a soul
Wanida Srongpra: สวยดีVisited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Not sure …More
Customer Service Champion: What is good about this church is that it is open to all denomination as Christianity is ONEWashroom far too small for such a nice place
Spacie: The worker there had a go at me and assaulted me ( a minor) without provocation. Absolutely shameful for a church. Not very holy at all
Gloria Terrelonge: Lovely Evening Song
Chris Zavier Singh: One of the peaceful churches to worship God. The Church of Christ The Cornerstone resembling a sort of miniature US Capitol Building is not quite a landmark but is unique for housing Methodist Baptist Anglican and Catholic congregations all under the same roof. Opened by HMQueen in 1992 it has a chapel which is also a venue for occasional classical music concerts. They are having a choir of children's, which is lovely. I recommend this church to visit when you are in Milton Keynes, UK.
Paul Bennett: Lovely welcoming building. Took part in a choral concert, good acoustics and a very appreciative audience. Top class soloists.
BikerWithAVan: Took my dad there to donate his 74th pint of blood at the age on 76 💉👍😎
Susan Bamford: Went there for a service & had tea afterwards like I do most weeks. People are nice & friendly.
Stella Brandom: I am a choir member with Willen Singers and always enjoy singing in this beautiful church.
Peter King: Came here for the kilo sale, good parking options and the building is quite impressive.
Rev Mucheru Mwaura: One of the best ecumenical worshiping spaces I've been...very friendly folks too!
A***** A*****: Prices in the cafe are getting silly. Run by volunteers, although the sandwiches are good and some decent home made stuff, it's not designer chef. The coffee is dire. The equivalent of a machine sized plastic cup - think A&E (pocket tissue for size) - tastes all powdery and eurgh. £2.20!!Better off going across the road to Costa or marks & sparks.
Rev George Mwaura: This is an awesome church which does excellent work in the city of Milton Keynes beside the waeekly worship. Visit it, its excellent and the services are lively aas well as a good choir..
Fabian D: Lovely Church. Easy to get too, plenty of parking. You do have to pay. After 6pm it's free..
Patricio Villarreal: A great shared venue for all faiths!!
jacob george: House of God beautiful as it should. Nice cafe tidy, clean and reasonably priced beverage.
Lisa M: Lovely place. Clean and tidy. Nice cafe too in there
IFS0514160 Interserve: Just went to give blood there. But remember it from when my children were small. Not your typical old church. Has a modern feel
theo east: Gave blood donation there. Carpark pass given to you on entrance to put in your car. Helpful and friendly staff as normal 👍
Pat Lawrence: Lovley place sk peaceful

Ann Sinclair: Took the item I had back to this place and I was mostly ignored by the 2 volunteers that were there. I don't live anywhere near so had a taxi waiting and even though I kept telling the volunteers I needed to go because I was getting charged a hefty price while the taxi waited for me, I was still being ignored. Won't be visiting here again not even to borrow any items. Not a happy or good experience
Zak Bailey: Good friendly service!
John Douglas: Ignore the fake positive reviews by the Mobility Aids Lead Volunteer! This is inappropriate behaviour and demeans the service!
brandon lake: All amazing volunteers and excellent help in the motobility aids section.Thank you so much.
Tony Parsons: Very helpful we needed a couple of items for our daughters hip surgeryNothing was too much trouble
Melanie Pittam: Very helpful, explained everything thoroughly, supplied paperwork about service and how to use wheelchair, as well as how to extend the length of hire if needed.
RuStY: Amazing help for my partner who needed a wheelchair at short notice and extended our lease for aslong as we needed would recommend this service to anyone who needs a wheelchair hire. Friendly team who are always happy to help with a smile
Scott Lawrence: Warmly receptive team of superheroes who offer, manage, and deliver wealth of services for those from migrant circumstances. Consummate professionals in dealing with homelessness, ESL barriers, NRPF challenges, and the like.
Tony A: Fantastic people. Very helpful.
Marianna Mullarkey: British Red Cross do great work. They hire out necessary equipment to use after operations.
Emmanuel Ong: Great facility to hire a wheelchair
Karen Smith: Don’t bother trying to contact by email! When on the local page, and you hit website, you get directed to the Red Cross international site. Ludicrous! Please! If I am enquiring about your local site, from your local page, I expect to be put through to local information, not a money grabbing page!Whomever put this together wasn’t worth a penny. Communication is in the dark ages
