Adventurer's Village Milton Keynes: what do users think?
A 2025: Very rude check-in staff, couldn't find my booking, they are fully booked, and it's all my problem to sort out (as if they're not the ones who listed the hotel on external booking sites).I did have a booking and I found it for them, after spending one hour on the phone. The cabin was fine, a bit small but well designed and clean.
Suren K: Lovely place to stay. Recommended
Marcel Loeve: Fantastic venue for dais out and to explore the Dino trail as well as other attractions. Definitely recommend for a visit with friends and family.Food & drinks: Raptor restaurant is in close proximity for your meals and drinks.
Izabela Sava: Foarte frumos

Theo 2015: Great for kids rooms could do with a spruce up lots of areas in dino park farm looking tired needs a refreshRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
Marco Pagliarulo: The bungalow was dirty. Despite the booking description states there was a kitchenette, there is just a microwave, a kettler, 6 tea cups and 2 teaspoons. The photo shown an actual kitchenette, but it wasn't.We asked for some plates and stoves, they give us the "opportunity" to buy some chips bundle, it allowed us to get some disposable cutlery.
Emma Bradley: Lovely place to stay for a few days. Lodges need a good deep clean. But comfortable and warm. Lovely views and fantastic location.Rooms: Comfortable. But cleaning needs addressingNearby activities: Central to attractions and transport links
Matthew Shirley: Totally dinky! Needed a place for an overnight in January and all the anonymous hotels were either full or silly prices so booked a small cabin here with no expectations. To be told at reception my room was through the dinosaurworld and into the wild west was an absolute hoot. Cabin itself was an essay in fitting everything into a tiny space but everything was there, clean and warm and such fun. Probably wouldn't stay there in full tourist season but for winter why stay in a chain hotel when it is like going into Westworld here? Although I didn't get to see Yul Brunner coming for me I did get a good morning from about six staff and the reception teams were equally friendly. Altogether the whole experience was such fun.
ashley bayford: A good place to stay , but the lodge was freezing cold on arrival but was OK once the heating was sorted out ,Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Mad Hatter: Went to the festival of lights. Had a nice evening walking around looking at the lit up attractions. Food , dri k & cuddly toys expensive
Mustak Islam: Booked 6 Cabins, within 15 minutes of arrival the electrics went out mid way in showering. Floors flooded and filthy and not even running water. No option provided except to wait for an engineer. Freezing conditions would not reccomend to anyone, management were useless and didn’t help at all, we all left paying over £300 for little less than 30 minutes stay. Worst experience ever, wouldn’t put my dog in that dino dung cabin
Imperfect Muslimah: We always stay here when visiting Gullivers Theme Park. Really love it xRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Ian Hayward: Comfortable room. Clean with complimentary water.Only minor niggle was a lack of fried eggs for breakfast. Not sure if they had staff issues.Good venue for the convention I was attending.
Julian Fuller: Oh My god the beds are the worst. Felt like a pile of rubble with a mattress topper on top. The whole hotel is in need of a major refurbishment. Will not stay again.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Lucy Crossley: We weren't staying at the hotel but attending a board game convention. Therefore only saw the conference rooms, bar & lounge area & toilets. The staff were pleasant, but it seemed like there either a plethora of staff or next to no-one. It made for lengthy queues! Also, I notified 2 staff members about water pooled on the wood floor in a busy thoroughfare, but nothing was done about it, after 30 mins I went back and it was still there! I have up after that. The food looked nice enough, but it was expensive, small portions and tbh mainly junk. Not enough healthy options. Nice clean in general but AC not working properly in biggest room. It got v hot and stuffy. All other rooms seemed keep a reasonable temp.
Richard Jones: A badly run hotel with bad food.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Grim Beard: Nicely located basic hotel.Rooms: Standard Premier Inn rooms, with comfortable beds, programmable room temperature, and adequate basic free wi-fi (upgradeable for a small fee). The bedside plug sockets have USB output as well as the normal 3_pin, which is handy if you have your phone cable but not the adapter plug.Nearby activities: It's right on the edge of Willen Lakes park, which was nice and peaceful when I was there on a weekday during school term. It's probably a lot busier during the school holidays, as there are lots of land-based and lake-based things to do that are aimed at families. Of course, if that's why you're there, you haven't got far to go. There's a restaurant right next door to the hotel, and several other options not far away.
Marc Taylor: Very attentive staff. Loads of parking. Pretty scenery & pleasant hotel grounds. Has a small gym, lots of conference spaces & big rooms.Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Chris Foster: Ideal for OU but rooms and hotel really dated and security staff everywhere for some reason, made it feel a bit like a prison!Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Everett Johnny Wonder Basehart: Awesome And Excellent
Tanya Graves: Attended a party. All went well and the hotel was very nice. The toilet for disabled people was extremely loose and could quite easily end up with one of us on the floor!!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Phil Didcote: Very nice Hotel easily accessible loads of parking. Very clean modern. Staff welcoming and professional
Paul: Can't comment on the rooms as didn't stay the night.Went for a catered event which was despicable as they outrightly lied about menu options being vegan. However the general waiting staff were very friendly and helpful.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Milton Keynes: what do users think?
darrel lauren: Worst designed hotel in the world. Room 3106 is 106 rooms away from any lift and cannot be shortcut as there is only 1 lift. To get back to reception I had to exit out the back of the hotel and walk around the entire stadium. No one answers at reception, concierge, reservations, careline(!), restaurant, or 0.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Aisha Alam: Worst experience I've ever had. The most racist staff I've ever encountered. Staff are bigots and completely uneducated and not fit to work in a service industry.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Richard Ridgway: Visited for a corporate event with a meal. The food was terrible in the evening, the starter was uncooked, the main was dry chicken served with tiny cubes of carrots and half a potato. The dessert was nice.Breakfast was £20 buffet, think greasy cheap sausages and burnt bacon. Not appetising at all...
Say Louise: Lovely place . I will visit again.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Lord Parker: We visited recently and booked a King room with a pitch view. I had read numerous reviews and they stated that the rooms were all around the circumference of the stadium, so I called the hotel to confirm that a room would be available close to the lifts from reception. The first thing to note is that you call a desk in an office and not the hotel when you try to get customer service, there is no way to communicate directly with the hotel. The person on the end of the phone could not grasp the fact that I am a Lord and prefer that protocols are observed when communicating with me. It got infuriating being called Mr every time and having to correct the person on the phone each time they addressed me.The reception staff were lovely and greeted us warmly, even offering a card key instead of the digital key (just in case). We noticed a large wedding reception was on and worried about the noise, but we heard nothing all night.I was able to have a room close to the elevators (room 3233) it was a lovely room with plenty of space to move around.Bathroom:The toilet was quite low to the ground, and it took my wife a while to realise that the plug for the bath was actually placed on a shelf in the corner.Bedroom:Where are the USB sockets? we could not find any here at all, I even looked on the side of the phone and the bedside alarm clock, but to no avail...Excellent large TV on the wall opposite the bed, usual hospitality mode enabled, so no opportunity to plug in a USB with your own movies on or an XBox/PS.The bed was very large, it was two beds stuck together, there was a mattress topper on the bed and for us (personal preference) it was a tad hard, a lot like sleeping on a breeze block, we are used to Emma Memory Foam mattresses, so we didn't sleep much (3hr 43mins according to the smartwatch).Aircon worked very nicely and we remained quite chilly all night, or maybe that was because the sheet didn't stretch all the way to the top of the bed.The view was excellent and at 05:21 I caught a fantastic sunrise as it shone through the window, but then I couldn't get back to sleep as the curtains did not fill the window space so if you pulled them to the middle they left a gap at the sides and the sun shone through, if you pulled them to the edges, this left a gap in the middle and the sun shone through.Breakfast was arranged on level 2 in the pitchside restaurant, it was the standard Doubletree that we love, hot buffet, plenty of continental, yoghurts and so much more. We chose a table away from everyone else with a pitchside view, only for a Chinese family to come and sit right by us even though the restaurant was quite empty (why do people do that!). Really enjoyed the breakfast though, great quality as usual.I do love a Doubletree hotel, but there are a few things that could be improved, such as more USB charging availability and take off the hospitality mode (press mute-1-1-9-Enter).
B Tay: A peaceful place to stay n chill. Nice staff
Laurie Murphy: Hated it from the start treated like a leaper by the receptionist everyone around us getting booked in where spoken to with respect not us then as we walked away all but us were offered welcome cookies that felt nastyThen later went back to ask about parking and stood there like a lemon and no one asked if I needed assistance they just talked amongst themselves not a nice experience so I walked way and again said nothingNoteworthy details: Staff not the best I've ever dealt with
Neil: Great location wrapped around the football stadium. I had a corner king suite on level 4. The corridor outside my room had a full view of the MK Don's pitch. Be careful though if you have working difficulties as some rooms are a long way from reception so please bare this in mind when booking a room. Nice spacious and clean room. Breakfast was typical hotel buffet with a chef to cook fresh eggs. Restaurant overlooks the pitch so nice view. Good stay and they have a numbrrv8f bars dotted around the hotel.
Kia Abedin: Hilton’s are usually clean, this one not so great.
Jamie G: I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at DoubleTree, and I must say it was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever encountered. From start to finish, my stay was deceptive practices, neglected facilities, and a complete lack of customer service.Upon arrival, I discovered that my reservation, which clearly stated a room for two people with breakfast included, had been erroneously processed for only one person with a single breakfast. When I tried to rectify the mistake, I was met with an outrageous demand for an additional £20, despite having already paid an extra £10 for the initial breakfast. This blatant attempt to overcharge me left a sour taste in my mouth and revealed the hotel's lack of integrity. To make matters worse, the room I was assigned had a malfunctioning air conditioning system.Adding insult to injury, the hotel's elevator was out of order during my entire stay. This forced guests to navigate multiple flights of stairs, which was both inconvenient and physically demanding, especially when carrying luggage. The broken lift serves as a clear indication of the hotel's poor maintenance and disregard for guest convenience.Furthermore, the hotel's communication was abysmal. It took weeks to receive any response to my emails, leaving me feeling neglected and disregarded. Timely and effective communication is a fundamental aspect of any hospitality establishment, and the hotel's failure in this regard is utterly disappointing.Considering the multiple issues I encountered during my stay at DoubleTree, I strongly caution prospective guests to avoid this establishment. Deceptive booking practices, exorbitant charges for basic amenities, broken air conditioning, malfunctioning elevators, and a severe lack of communication demonstrate a complete disregard for guest comfort and satisfaction.I am demanding a full refund for the additional £10 I paid for breakfast, as it was never consumed due to the hotel's incompetence and unreasonable charges. I sincerely hope the management of DoubleTree takes immediate action to rectify these issues and improves their customer service standards. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Please note that this review is an honest reflection of my personal experience at DoubleTree, and I hope it serves as a warning to others who are considering staying here.

Mr Moon: It's a hotel used mainly by MK Council to house homeless. I was one of these. It's horrible if more than one night as no local amenities apart from Welcome Break Motorway Services which isn't the cheapest place to buy your food. No cooling facilities in the rooms and although tea and coffee is supplied they do not stretch to providing a pack of two biscuits that other similar hotels do provide. It's the little things that make these places barnacle and Ramada falls short I feltWalkability: It's not really walkable from CMK
Daniel curtis: This place has to be the worst hotel I've been in. The room was hotter than the Sahara and had underwear in the corner. The food was a disgrace, breakfast was colder than the room it sat in and the evening choices were undercooked continuously. I wouldn't have spent my own money and definitely wouldn't have endured it if work hadn't paid the bill. Stay well away
Laura A: This is not like any other Ramada I've stayed in. The quality just isn't there. The front window is smashed, and the reception staff aren't very attentive. There's also no lift. I arrived late, and saw lots of men hanging around outside, I went inside and went straight to my room and bolted the door.Unfortunately I didn't feel safe. The smell when I walked in was the smell of drains. The rooms and the corridors are quite grubby. Carpets, walls, the shower floor was dirty. The tissue dispenser was covered in rust. I was given a late check out, but at a cost. Although they did call me at 11am to ask why I wasn't checked out, so I had to say to the lady I'd paid for a late check out, so it was actually her mistake. The bed was clean and comfortable, so I managed to get a good night's sleep, and the parking is free. But I think those are the only two positives. You get what you pay for I guess.
Akin Yavas: Very smart lovely staffNice breakfastLow cost for the servicesRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Craig Sweeney: Stayed here in May 2023 after a long drive for an overnight stay before our flight from Luton.Location of this hotel is the big winner, located at M1 Services. We booked a standard room approx 3 weeks before and paid £39 which is a bargain. The hotel is an older property and is a little rough round the edges but the service, free parking and price makes up for that.Cleanliness of our room was OK but some areas could do a deep clean, all sheets, towels were crisp white though. We ate at the hotel as we arrived late and was food was OK, not by anymeans a la cart but reasonable at a good price £18 for starter, drink and main.I would return to this hotel again if the price is around £30-60.
Katerina Tzvetanska: You get what you pay for. The rooms were clean, beds comfy and staff helpful. Dogs allowed for £20 per stay. Free parking and room amenities (TV, WiFi, tea/coffee) included. The hotel is overall basic and could do with some updating but for the price it's greatRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More

Dave Johnson: Basic ( just a roof over your head) stay. Poor customer service, OK if you don't expect muchRooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Mark Gregory: Sadly run down, this Ramada is past it's prime.Sorry :(Rooms: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Brooke Oliver: For a 2* hotel, I was pleased. Had everything we needed in our room, and would stay there again in futureRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Cherry Furmedge: Hotel was adequate and what you would probably expect from one in a motorway services. Hotel restaurant food however was disappointing and wish we had walked across to the services.Food & drinks: Evening meal in the restaurant was disappointing (pie chips and peas served in a bowl swimming in gravy). Breakfast was good for a self serve buffet style breakfast
Steph Northan: For a 2 star hotel it’s not bad. It is starting to show its age, some cracks in the sink and peeling wallpaper/paint in areas. Carpets also a bit aged. But the bed was very comfortable, and the sheets very nice. Staff are very friendly. If you want the room turned over you will need to ask for it, as it’s not done automatically.

Premier Inn Premier Inn Milton Keynes South West (Furzton Lake) hotel: what do users think?
Dave W: The location (lake walk) and ample parking awards some stars.Unfortunately though - the breakfast area/room for this hotel is far too small. The counter is very minimal and raised far too high for children to get things as they can in other premier inns we visit. The power kept cutting out due to the keycard being needed but the unit not realising there was a card in it. So I had to put 2 cards into it to ‘wedge’ it on.The bathroom was the smallest I’ve experienced in a premier inn.Check in was frustrating with the questions I’m not normally asked only to be advised all premier inns are different.. I’m sure I book it for the ‘same’ experience wherever I go.But aside from my complaints it was ok, but I might try others in the area if back to Milton Keynes first.
philip donnelly: Nice food and drink nice staffLocation: 5/5 …More
Joanne Pym: On site dining was awful. With no response of acknowledgement to the feedback. Burger was dripping with grease. Candymania needs reporting to trading standards as nothing described on the menu was in the goldfish type bowl the night after (we went back thinking it was a one off). Returning the dessert, almost £7. The service was the worst ,I have ever experienced. Showing me the Carte Dor sized tub, saying "its all mixed in". I laughed so hard at the fact they thought that was a decent explanation! "Well? What's missing?". I got the menu and pointed saying "I want that!".Ultimate Candymainia Starting with chocolate and Vanilla Ice Cream, laced (!) with cookie dough pieces, topped with multi coloured chocolate pieces(!) ,caramel biscuit finger(!) ,whipped cream , chocolate flavoured sauce. But apparently, "its all mixed in!", showing me the tub. They barred me from coming back and I spoke to the real manager in the morning (who knows, neither were professional so ,I can't actual confirm if either of them were the main manager, they all claimed to be). I asked to see her and went back to stand out side being responsible. She came out "You're not welcome here!". My son was with me and I gestured towards him due to her clear agitation on arrival. Told her " I dont want to come back, I'm here to give you a chance to fix this". Asking "do you know why I got barred?" She said because you were abusive", I replied " not really, I got barred when I took a photo of the four staff members facing me at the time"!. We had so many memories there, we regularly (pre covid) ,hired upstairs for baptisms, birthdays (my 40th) and regular family gatherings with family from all over England and Ireland. All those memories marred by this unprofessional, disrespectful and Intimidating treatment. I am staying at the Premier Inn which is lovely, my stay could last a month or so. I now have to go out several times to cater for myself and my 7 year old son. He got upset and I explained, "mummy didn't do anything wrong, but those people are bullies and what they're doing is wrong".So many things wrong with this treatment!!!! May have to move hotels now due to this unappealing inconvenience. The onsite dining will kill your business. 😬😬😬😬Rooms: Good size, clean and reasonable.Food & drinks: Hotel food was lovely but we have bed and breakfast only.
David Martin: Good quality budget hotel in a much nicer location than the middle of MK. Convenient for trios to Bletchley Park.Excellent friendly and helpful staff are a real plus point.

Adam Curtis: Fairly standard Premier Inn with free parking, comfortable bed, clean room and the usual things you’d expect. However the bathroom was very small and the shower was probably the worst shower I’ve ever seen in a Premier Inn. The water pressure was weak, some of the jets were blocked and the temperature was very inconsistent. It made my shower at home seem luxurious - and I’ve got a naff shower! The location is lovely though with lovely views of Furzton Lake, which also provides a nice walk (weather permitting!)

Stu Radley: The hotel certainly lived up to the description and was quite unlike any hotel I had stayed in before (in a good way). The main lobby feels more like a bar than a hotel and the welcome cocktail whilst not to my liking was a nice touch. The pool table, fussball, Donkey Kong and various games also adds to the fun laid back vibe. Food on offer is a little limited but was ok and breakfast at £15 was actually pretty good given you could select from continental, hot food and cereals. Our room was modern and well equipped. The only downside here is it's Milton Keynes....place this hotel anywhere else and I would be back in a shot, but with the city centre nothing more than a big shopping centre and a few restaurants (rammed with hen parties) it's really not the location for me.
Nikhil Patel: Not sure about the hotel but my review is of the bar and the manager. Went to chill with a group of of friends and they overcharged us and then refused our 3rd round of drinks when we were playing pool were not being too loud - when we were politely asking why he refused to give us a decent answer. Other staff were helpful big shame really as its a decent location
Jane Fune: I met Ala at the reception who took my reservation & told me everything, I needed to know about my stay and nearby activities he was very helpful. That’s why I’ve made another booking for next week. Thank you Ala.Nearby activities: Message parlour within walking distanceFood & drinks: There is a nearby shopping centre which is very handy
John: Absolutely spot on. Perfectly sized rooms with a lobby that is very relaxing. The breakfast buffet included my favourites - bacon, sausages, beans and scrambled eggs all perfectly cooked. There were many other breakfast options too.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you all.Especially Erin x
Charlie Robinson: Ala is a true credit to Moxy hotel, from his friendly approach to his talent in cooking and cocktail making. He always greets us with a smile and ensures that the hotel is looking clean & tidy every time we visit. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO VISIT MOXY AND SAY HELLO TO ALA! Film Edits2020: The Moxy hotel was fantastic! The service was exceptional and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bar was also a great spot to unwind after a long day with amazing Bar staff especially Ala. Pedro Garcia: Perfecto si vas unos dias por trabajo a esta ciudad.Rooms: Bien equipada y silenciosa. Me ha encantado que se encienda una pequeña luz cuando te levantas de la cama en medio de la noche.
Carrie B: Rooms: Small but comfortable. Strange manly theme throughout rooms - fake brown leather, fake wood, black metal rods and walls and carpet in grey.Walkability: Walkable distance to Milton Keynes Central train station, restaurants and supermarkets.Food & drinks: A welcome drink is offered but after some confusion we were charged £12 for 2 welcome drinks. Breakfast is available for a charge but the fruit salad contained rotten watermelon which I believe is from it being re-served from the previous day or stored in warm conditions.Noteworthy details: Pool table and table football is available in the lobby. Lobby has plenty of work space for co-working but the music being played is a bit loud and generic chart so headphones are recommended if you need to concentrate. The rooms have a small area to work on your laptop but the seat table offered are not a suitable height to be comfortable. Carpark has recharging stations for electric cars and about 25 spaces first come first served. Parking is about £10 outside for the day.
Niamh McCrone: The best hotel that I have had the pleasure to stay in.Prior to our visit, I had asked the team at moxy to do something a bit special for my wife and I’s anniversary, they promptly got back to me and said that they had some ideas. When we got to the hotel, the design and general layout of the lobby was exceptional. The team on the front were prompt, professional and personable in every way. They sorted us out and got us checked in, whilst being open and honest about the hotel procedures. The housekeepers did an absolutely fantastic job, everything was pristine, no dust in the room at all and the bed was made up brilliantly. And the surprise that they left for us in the room was so sweet and kind hearted.Thank you all for an amazing stay.
Mark Struve: Quirky cool couldn’t overcome small rooms, sleepless nights, and tone deaf staff.1st floor room? Be prepared to be up all hours hearing/feeling the bass and drum beat from the speakers on the ceiling of the lobby below.Asked to change rooms at 2am, was told music would be turned off earlier, same result the next night. Will never stay here again.
louisejane69: This hotel is very modern and clean. Nice touch with the drink on arrival. Rooms a tad on the small size. Shower room in room was amazing. Just a shame the evening bar manager is rude and lacks any customer service skills. Told us bar is not 24/7 as stated on web site. Was rude when I asked him to let my partner in at when we return in the early hours of the morning. They didn't have a room key on them that was needed to enter during early hours of the morning. Was such a shame because apart from this I thought it was a good hotel.
Krzysztof Jakubiak: Nice modern design, very well finished. Only a couple patch ups on a wall near the entrance but otherwise spotless. Probably the best hotel I've stayed at for business visitsRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Chantel Stace: The flats are lovely, the staff who work in the building are friendly.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Great view, Kid-friendly …More
Heather Cummings: I’ve never stayed here and quite frankly never will . My sister and her boyfriend and friends went to stay here for a night and got sent away at 10:30 pm for not all having ID on them . How ridiculous! 3 of them did bar one who was 17 . I bet if it was a mother and 17 year old daughter it would’ve been fine though. Stereotyping young adults who just want to stay the night is not on ! Not made clear on website at all . They have refused to give money back . Absolute disgrace!!!
Laura M: Brilliant hotel, staff are always super friendly and helpful, you get a cocktail upon arrival which is lovely, the common area downstairs is brilliant for working in and you can get Marriott points!Rooms: Lovley rooms, perfect size for a single or a couple, well styled with a good amount of storage.
Phillip Bray: Great hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean and innovative. Staff were very friendly. Bar / working area was great. Breakfast was lovely too, lots of choice and good quality.First time we've stayed in a Moxy Hotel and we'll certianly be back.

Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central (Avebury Boulevard) hotel: what do users think?

Wieslaw Jan Kapuscinski: No crisp sheets here any more, threadbare, bobbly and past thier best, one towel between two people and the cleaning is not as its usual high standard, soap dispensers hanging off the wall...the big but is,,,, the staff are all wonderfull, very helpfull, apologetic to the mismanagement by the managers, cost cutting and margins are the reason...

Jimmy Obrien: A disappointing return visit to this hotel. As with most Premier inns recently it appears to be more revenue focused than customers.Room rates have increased considerably as have the meal package. On this visit I used a nearby Wetherspoons as the food quality is equal but a fraction of the cost. The room was clean and warm, however the shower was tepid and so noisy I must have woken the whole floor. Although probably not the hotels responsibility the area by the entrance was filthy with discarded food wrappers and cigarette ends.Having been a regular user of Premier Inn I am now starting to look for alternative locations most of which are now on a similar cost but with a more customer focus ethos.Food & drinks: Over priced for pub grub
