Abul Fahir: Shwetha was fantastic was lovely very helpful. Nice hotel
MATURNIS: booked a room on Saturday 3rd of June, room that I stayed in (room 5) had a bug infestation (not sure what kind) and I've came home in bites. I've stayed here before but this is the first time I've seen bugs here. there was also a commotion between 2 customers that lasted all night and I had to contact the police myself as me and my partner could hear abuse coming from them. this lasted from 1am - 5am and we was unable to sleep through it. besides that the rooms are usually very nice and the staff are helpful and super kind. would usually recommend coming here but after my last experience Im not comfortable with it

Lisa G: One night stay. Check in good and parking free and plentiful on site. Room clean. Separate toilet from bathroom but toilet had no sink. Bathroom drainage poor. You ended up showering in the bath filling up with water. Room ok. Need more plug sockets. Had a kettle and ironing board which was handy. Overall not bad for the money and close to where we were going that evening. Can use a cab firm hotel recommend or book uber.

Jiji Elo: It is really best hotel in milton keynes and it should be 4 stars ... to be honest the swimming pool is heated even inside is warm.. sauna perfect .. breakfast nice .. staff nice ... big clean room .. nice bath .. i recommend itRooms: CleanSafety: SafeFood & drinks: It is nice but i dont know why all these hotel have just full english breakfast ..
vania braga: Room is big but why do you have a toilet separate from the shower room without any sink so after you been to the toilet you have to go tho the shower room to wash your hands, very unhygienic. Location is good and check in was fast. No cot was available in the family room. Breakfast does not offer great variety and there were no vegan/vegetarian options for cooked breakfast.
Sue: Great gym, pool and relaxing lounges, superbly kept grounds, lovely walks around. Lovely outside seating, staff superb, friendly and helpful.Great atmosphere, great for families, couples, workers, all!Highly recommend, will stay again.💯❤️Rooms: Nice spacious, clean efficient rooms, plenty of cupboards and wardrobe room, lovely bathroom separate loo, perfect lighting.Nearby activities: Milton Keynes Town centre is great.Lovely walks and cycling paths in abundance, lakes nearby.Lime scooters and bicycles for hire.
Vivek Pandit: Spacious rooms and helpful staff.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ciara: Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. Plenty of parking at the hotel. We booked a slot for using the pool on arrival for later that day. The pool and changing area was clean and warm, complimentary towels provided, amazing! Rooms were spacious and clean. Mattresses were very firm but otherwise fine. We made a dinner reservation for the evening the food was excellent and the staff were also helpful regarding allergens. Sadly no vegan/ milk free option for a milk intolerance, was the only critique of the entire stay. I would highly recommend this hotel, it was incredibly reasonably priced for the experience received and very close to Wingham wildlife park which we visited the next day.
San Saini: Had a wonderful stay first time with family.Rooms were slightly dated but the whole hotel was clean & well laid out. The food was good & the staff were all very helpful & welcoming. We even made use of the pool & sauna. The late check out option was great.Highly recommended ~ We would definitely come back 👍
Ian Webb: Very pleasant stay even though it was only one night. Rooms were comfortable and just right.Prices are reasonable and dinner was fine... A bit more choice would make it better.Breakfast was great... All you can eat hot food and cold food. Will stay again but will bring my swimming trunks next time for the swimming pool.

Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central (Theatre District) hotel: what do users think?
Julie Haines: On arrival we checked in and asked if the bar was open to get a soft drink, but there were no bar staff working, so the receptionist said she would get us one after she had checked us in. But then there was a flurry of people checking in, so we had to wait about 15 minutes. Would have been quicker to go to a bar around the corner!!The bedroom carpet had what looked liked dried blood stains on it, which we had to cover up using a towel. The chair was covered in stains, dread to think what that may have been!We asked at reception for some more milk but the supply in reception was empty (not entirely the fault of staff, as a customer was taking them all) but again we had to wait a while for a new supply.Fancied some chocolate but the vending machine was broken! We chose a continental breakfast, which, for £7.99 was awful!! No coffee machine for latte etc, just a kettle with a choice of tea or coffee, that was it! Could have had that for free in our room!!Few continental breakfast choices on offer and very dry pastries…..only two to choose from. The floor in the restaurant was sticky, our shoes were sticking to it.Can’t really fault the staff, they are just up against it trying to do more than one job due to lack of staff. This premier in is very tired, the wallpaper in the corridors is all ripped along the bottom presumably from the cleaning trolleys and the windows are very grubby.I have stayed in this premier inn before, but it has really gone downhill.Definitely not value for money anymore.
Simon Barr: The noise from the night club no more than 20 yards away goes on untill 0400 ish. If you have a room at yhe back of the hotel expect to listen to it all night. If you have an issue don't worry the staff won't log it so you can't do anything about afterwards.ONLY USE THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON GOING TO THE NIGHTCLUB BEHIND.Nearby activities: Nightclub on the doorstep
Jack Bamber: Called ahead to ask if they had the facilities to store refrigerated medication on site. They confirmed they did.On arrival, the receptionist looked surprised and a bit concerned, and informed us all they have is a fridge in the staff break room, which she thought broken. We informed the receptionist that the medication could be kept at room temperature for no more than 2 hours. The receptionist checked with the manager and assured us the fridge was going to be fixed, and took the medication to be stored. We returned around an hour later to ask if the fridge had been fixed. The receptionist told us it had not been. We asked when it would be fixed. The receptionist checked with the manager, who continued to serve drinks at the bar for quarter of an hour before going to check the fridge. The manager then sent the receptionist over to tell us it could not be fixed. We had been told the manager would come to speak to us, but they never did.Currently sat in the room with a pitcher of ice, hoping the medication is usable in the morning.I wouldn't normally mind poor customer service, but in this case it has potentially dangerous consequences and customers should be aware of this. The receptionist at least tried and seemed to eventually understand the issue. The manager should really know better.
charlton silveira: This was by far the best hotel I stayed in.The service at the hotel was great and my room was very clean. Staff members were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Zee: The hotel doesn't possess any clean towels. The ones in the room were dirty, asked for some clean ones and given more dirty towels. On top the bass and noise from nearby entertainment district could be heard and feltRooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More

Breakfast staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Ross McLean: Couldn’t fault hotel room was clean check in was easy and friendly. Restaurant on the other hand 1st day breakfast the member of staff said I didn’t have breakfast (even though I checked on check in) didn’t give me time to explain and walked off I had to go after him to show my email as proof that evening when I went for food I received my main before my starter which I had to chase up and my dessert was given to another table and then had to be remade food was really nice though.
Katie Costello: Staff we’re really friendly, helpful and polite. The all you can eat breakfast is fantastic and great value for money!! Only downside is how hot it was in our room 105, and there was no fans available and the window doesn’t open at all other than that would highly recommend
LMJ Contact: The worst Premier inn I've ever been to and I'm a top premier inn customer for business and leisure. I only gave it 3 stars because it's in a good location (next to loads of bars and restaurants), Hector was a bit helpful and the breakfast staff were pleasant. Parking? inadequate. Customer service? Horrible (and I dealt with a night manager called Hamza who needs to be fired ASAP!). Bathroom photos do not match what is actually on site!!! The shower head ended up falling into the bath and almost injured me - the worst shower experience ever. Issues with booking and room type. I went there all the way from Kent and I couldn't even spend the night there so I intentionally went back and checked out late. I got a 50% refund after calling Guest Relations 2 days later.
Samantha Berry: The room was tidy but the walls were grubby. The shower had no power and the shower gel bottle was completely empty. Don’t pay £9.99 for breakfast the hot Buffett was cold the pancakes were stale, as they were on the side not covered over, the glasses were dirty. Not worth £9.99 at all absolute waste of money.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More

Holiday Inn Express Milton Keynes, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
Graham Butcher: Family bank holiday weekend stay was great, missed our favourite lady member of staff at breakfast. Hotel was full, short handed with staff but still good service. Accessible room 320 shower a problem waste water doesn't drain away properly when having a shower it becomes a slip hazard for my partner and myself. The extractor fan doesn't work well.
Dave W: One night stay. Small clean basic room with TV, a kettle and two single beds, both of which were comfy. Was looking forward to the breakfast buffet but from the list on the website there were no tomatoes, mushrooms, black pudding, scrambled egg or fried eggs, so we settled for bacon, sausage and toast (hash browns and baked beans were available). The apple juice had run out and the orange juice was down to the last dregs.

sukhdeep rai: Stayed for a weekend to visit Gullivers and Woburn Safari with the family. Friendly staff and good overall experience.
Charlotte Connelly: I think the temperature of your shower depends on how many others are using the shower at the same time. The breakfast bar feels clostrophobic. We had one double bed and a sofa bed for 4 people, instead of extra pillows for the sofa bed 2 are just moved from the bed. The sofa bed is the most uncomfortable thing I've ever laid on.The staff are very friendly and helpful and work hard. Location was perfect for us. I wouldn't stay here again though.
Mikky C: The room was clean and well laid out, the staff polite and very helpful. Very comfortable bed, free ice dispenser downstairs, extra supplies of coffee, tea and milk readily available, no need to grovel at the reception desk to ask for more! The breakfast is OK, fresh supplies of hot food right up to the end of the advertised time, not the best tasting sausages, but as it was inclusive in the price, then acceptable. Would consider staying here again.May 2023A return visit, disabled room was about as far from the reception as it could possibly be, but realistically only a minor inconvenience as the room was comfortable and well laid out, loads of space for the wheelchair, sink at wheelchair height, will return!
Ziyad Khan: Good for short stays

Adventurer's Village Milton Keynes: what do users think?
A 2025: Very rude check-in staff, couldn't find my booking, they are fully booked, and it's all my problem to sort out (as if they're not the ones who listed the hotel on external booking sites).I did have a booking and I found it for them, after spending one hour on the phone. The cabin was fine, a bit small but well designed and clean.
Suren K: Lovely place to stay. Recommended
Marcel Loeve: Fantastic venue for dais out and to explore the Dino trail as well as other attractions. Definitely recommend for a visit with friends and family.Food & drinks: Raptor restaurant is in close proximity for your meals and drinks.

Marco Pagliarulo: The bungalow was dirty. Despite the booking description states there was a kitchenette, there is just a microwave, a kettler, 6 tea cups and 2 teaspoons. The photo shown an actual kitchenette, but it wasn't.We asked for some plates and stoves, they give us the "opportunity" to buy some chips bundle, it allowed us to get some disposable cutlery.
Emma Bradley: Lovely place to stay for a few days. Lodges need a good deep clean. But comfortable and warm. Lovely views and fantastic location.Rooms: Comfortable. But cleaning needs addressingNearby activities: Central to attractions and transport links
Matthew Shirley: Totally dinky! Needed a place for an overnight in January and all the anonymous hotels were either full or silly prices so booked a small cabin here with no expectations. To be told at reception my room was through the dinosaurworld and into the wild west was an absolute hoot. Cabin itself was an essay in fitting everything into a tiny space but everything was there, clean and warm and such fun. Probably wouldn't stay there in full tourist season but for winter why stay in a chain hotel when it is like going into Westworld here? Although I didn't get to see Yul Brunner coming for me I did get a good morning from about six staff and the reception teams were equally friendly. Altogether the whole experience was such fun.
ashley bayford: A good place to stay , but the lodge was freezing cold on arrival but was OK once the heating was sorted out ,Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Mad Hatter: Went to the festival of lights. Had a nice evening walking around looking at the lit up attractions. Food , dri k & cuddly toys expensive
Mustak Islam: Booked 6 Cabins, within 15 minutes of arrival the electrics went out mid way in showering. Floors flooded and filthy and not even running water. No option provided except to wait for an engineer. Freezing conditions would not reccomend to anyone, management were useless and didn’t help at all, we all left paying over £300 for little less than 30 minutes stay. Worst experience ever, wouldn’t put my dog in that dino dung cabin

Premier Inn Premier Inn Milton Keynes South West (Furzton Lake) hotel: what do users think?
Dave W: The location (lake walk) and ample parking awards some stars.Unfortunately though - the breakfast area/room for this hotel is far too small. The counter is very minimal and raised far too high for children to get things as they can in other premier inns we visit. The power kept cutting out due to the keycard being needed but the unit not realising there was a card in it. So I had to put 2 cards into it to ‘wedge’ it on.The bathroom was the smallest I’ve experienced in a premier inn.Check in was frustrating with the questions I’m not normally asked only to be advised all premier inns are different.. I’m sure I book it for the ‘same’ experience wherever I go.But aside from my complaints it was ok, but I might try others in the area if back to Milton Keynes first.
philip donnelly: Nice food and drink nice staffLocation: 5/5 …More
Joanne Pym: On site dining was awful. With no response of acknowledgement to the feedback. Burger was dripping with grease. Candymania needs reporting to trading standards as nothing described on the menu was in the goldfish type bowl the night after (we went back thinking it was a one off). Returning the dessert, almost £7. The service was the worst ,I have ever experienced. Showing me the Carte Dor sized tub, saying "its all mixed in". I laughed so hard at the fact they thought that was a decent explanation! "Well? What's missing?". I got the menu and pointed saying "I want that!".Ultimate Candymainia Starting with chocolate and Vanilla Ice Cream, laced (!) with cookie dough pieces, topped with multi coloured chocolate pieces(!) ,caramel biscuit finger(!) ,whipped cream , chocolate flavoured sauce. But apparently, "its all mixed in!", showing me the tub. They barred me from coming back and I spoke to the real manager in the morning (who knows, neither were professional so ,I can't actual confirm if either of them were the main manager, they all claimed to be). I asked to see her and went back to stand out side being responsible. She came out "You're not welcome here!". My son was with me and I gestured towards him due to her clear agitation on arrival. Told her " I dont want to come back, I'm here to give you a chance to fix this". Asking "do you know why I got barred?" She said because you were abusive", I replied " not really, I got barred when I took a photo of the four staff members facing me at the time"!. We had so many memories there, we regularly (pre covid) ,hired upstairs for baptisms, birthdays (my 40th) and regular family gatherings with family from all over England and Ireland. All those memories marred by this unprofessional, disrespectful and Intimidating treatment. I am staying at the Premier Inn which is lovely, my stay could last a month or so. I now have to go out several times to cater for myself and my 7 year old son. He got upset and I explained, "mummy didn't do anything wrong, but those people are bullies and what they're doing is wrong".So many things wrong with this treatment!!!! May have to move hotels now due to this unappealing inconvenience. The onsite dining will kill your business. 😬😬😬😬Rooms: Good size, clean and reasonable.Food & drinks: Hotel food was lovely but we have bed and breakfast only.
David Martin: Good quality budget hotel in a much nicer location than the middle of MK. Convenient for trios to Bletchley Park.Excellent friendly and helpful staff are a real plus point.
Darren Watkinson: It's a Premier Inn at a nice location. Perfect.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Great value …More

Jason Elton: We had lunch, it was ok!Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Adam Curtis: Fairly standard Premier Inn with free parking, comfortable bed, clean room and the usual things you’d expect. However the bathroom was very small and the shower was probably the worst shower I’ve ever seen in a Premier Inn. The water pressure was weak, some of the jets were blocked and the temperature was very inconsistent. It made my shower at home seem luxurious - and I’ve got a naff shower! The location is lovely though with lovely views of Furzton Lake, which also provides a nice walk (weather permitting!)

The hotel room was clean and a good size for what we needed it for.Rooms: The family room was a great. We had a balcony to go out to which was lovely.Nearby activities: Not far from Woburn Safari Park. It's right next to the Caldicotte Water Sports place too. Also, it's very close to Bletchley Park.Safety: We felt perfectly safe whilst we were there.Food & drinks: There was a Green King pub right next to the hotel. The food was great, breakfasts were really nice and the kids ate for free in the morning.

Handy having playground ( tho doesn't belong to the pub).Sadly the ladies toilet needs refurbishing which is why I gave 4 stars. But its a lovely place by the lake & has seating inside & out.

Holiday Inn Milton Keynes East M1, JCT.14, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
Darren Medri: On arrival, the staff were very friendly unfortunately our room was not ready and still being cleaned. The staff member took our bags and said they would put them in our room. When we arrived back at 21:30, our bags were left unattended in reception and were unmannedThe room was clean.Toilet was struggling to hold water and continued to leak, very noisy. The shower flooded the bathroom, and every time we used it and it was not something, we wanted to go to reception to report at 22.00 hrs.The headboard was plastic, broken, flimsy
Georgina Forrest: Ideal location for visiting family very nice building. Room was good size bathroom good size also, the towels were new and wrapped around you. Friendly staffRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Nully B: Good civil service
Emma Irving: Safety: Upon arrival fight in progress couldn't enter had to stand outside with a five Yr old who was terrified while fight was going on as a result of this has been having nightmares ever since. I will not be using again and would advise others not to useFood & drinks: Could do with more tea coffee and other drinks condiments in the room
Vicky M: We stayed for 2 nights, on first impressions the suite was clean, and well presented. We had two bottles of water, two cans of soft drinks, one chocolate bar and biscuits, on the second day , room cleaning didnt replenish any of the above ,not even the tea bags and bottled water !. We stayed in the old part of the building and the floor boards creak a lot, didn't bother us but not sure about peeps below!. Had a lovely separate sitting/ dressing area with small sofa,TV and mini fridge. The bathroom was a good size with 3/4 size bath, and the bathrobes a nice addition. The bed was two singles pushed together and the pillows where pretty small and uncomfortable for us but thats probably a personal thing. Air conditioning units in both rooms worked ok. The buffet breakfast was ok with options for cooked or continental . The food was hot and fresh and replenshed regularly, but a tad pricey imo. We only ate Dinner once at the hotel, the food was OK but the young man serving us didn't seem engaged with you at all. The lady on reception was cheerful and very professional, a credit to you. Plenty of places to sit and eat in the main reception and court yard. Plenty of car parking but remember to enter your registration number at reception. Only one bug bear, for us there wasn't enough sockets to charge your phones overnight etc especially by the bed..
Yourbody: Great customer service.Nearby activities: Gym and swimming pool in hotel.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Max Collis: Such a great place rooms were brilliant and clean food was also brilliant beds were really comfortable big enough rooms great service reception staff and bar staff were nice friendly and cleanI just want to say a big thanks to Jordon for making me laugh while having my breakfastI would recommend to anyone who is having a trip going up north or down south (and next to m1)Rooms: Brilliant rooms nice and cleanFood & drinks: Drinks and food where amazing and great
Mark Thorne: Great location for my needs but service was shocking and hotel very tiredRooms: Room was basic no power plugs at the bedside and as I entered the room AC was set to 25 degrees. It was more the walk around the hotel that felt tired - stairs and corridors.Food & drinks: Tried having breakfast, arrived in the restaurant to find the coffee machine broken, no water available, no eggs, very limited fruit, the red berry juice was fizzy and wasn’t nice. Definitely not up to the normal IHG standard. During service I heard the IHG team mention to other guests the coffee machine wasn’t working, what wasn’t nice was the IHG team were walking through the restaurant from the bar area with what looked like Starbucks coffee cups straight to the kitchen. I found out it was coffee for the kitchen team that was served from the machine in the bar area. So as a paying guest this didn’t seem right to me. When I asked the team member if I could have a coffee from the bar the answer was yes and it would be changeable to me - he then said we have takeaway cups but no lids.
Mohammed Safwan Khan: If you want to experience the absolute old English environment with cozy luxury rooms and mind blowing room service, this is the placeRooms: ExceptionalSafety: Very safeFood & drinks: Super exotic food
B Okine: Great food. Chocolate cake hmmmm, yummy, very low sugar, I can eat it all day.💃💃💃Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great value …More

Tim Joyce: Company uses the hotel for meetings. Rooms used are large and perfect for meetings. Coffee and tea served but no biscuitsWalkability: Not a place you can get to by foot as along a busy road
Debra Picken: Absolutely love this hotel, staff couldn’t do anything more to welcome and make your stay enjoyable
