Boots Pharmacy: what do users think?
Jolanda Huizer: Have to wait for 14 days to get a text to collect my medicine. Is it only 1 of the 4 items. It is not that the medicine was there. No a human error fogot to make the 2 pages. 20 waiting . 2 times is 40 minutes waiting.
Jeevan Sarvesh: How many times you call they would never bother to respond. I wonder why they have a phone. Just fed up.
Richard Jack: Always understaffed, low stock l, so slow
Bunny: Always a lengthy wait-if you value your time I’d go elsewhere.4 customers and it’s taken the staff 45 minutes to see me?!
Ryoko: Long wait times, frequent queues out the door, last prescription had wrong items. Lovely staff but they are overworked and there is not enough of them.
Laney , Marley: Not open bank holiday Monday!! As stated, shutters still down 11 -30 am
Antonio Raffa: Exceptional service Going the extra mile I cannot praise this pharmacy highly enough. Highly recommend.
Jake -: Possibly the slowest service in any pharmacy/boots I've ever been to. The staff are friendly enough but it takes absolutely ages to be served, almost always queues out the door.
Natalia Kuzma: Was waiting 40 mins to pick up my prescription when there was only three people in front of me. Ridiculous
Chris Smallwood: Never answer the phone when I call
Theresa O'Brien: I have rang and rang this store and know one picks up the phone.I'm not sure what has gone wrong with the way people have to fight so hard to be seen or heard when it come to good service .
Cactus Jackhausen: Never answer the bloody phone!
Enou O: I arrived with a family member who was having a severe allergic reaction due to ingesting peanuts by accident. Instead of getting an epipen immediately as per protocol as this was clearly an emergency, to administer onsite, the pharmacist proceeded to argue that she can't give me one. When I told her that I am a HCP too and know of cases like this that ended with death, she made me pay over £120 for the epipen. I was in the shop for about 5 to 6 minutes before I got the epipen. Absolutely horrendous conduct for a pharmacy.
Techie Kev: The service here is very SLOW, probably the slowest service of any chemist I have ever visited. Expect to queue most of the time
Noname: Disgusting treatment by staff!Staff are beyond rude and the woman who served my husband today should have no business in any form of customer service. My daughter was running a slight fever so I sent my husband to buy Calpol for infants or anything with paracetamol in syrup form. The pharmacist told him that what he's asking doesn't exist and they don't have it in store. She sold him some dry cough syrup that I have no use for not to mention that it was full of sugars that my daughter is not allowed to have as it was advised by our GP, so I sent him back with a picture of what I need taken off the boots website! It was Calpol for infants goes from 2 months up to 6 years and it literally has paracetamol written on the box. The woman was clearly just being mean for no reason.I will make sure to file an official complaint too. This was abysmal!!!!
Jean Milne: I wish I could give minus stars. Literally the slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy. Ridiculous waits.
Raúl Ibáñez Romero: Staff very helpful and they have all I needed for my children the times I have gone
Mr.D: I'm giving 5 stars only because of Jackie (I hope I got her name right). I'm not saying that other staff is "bad". Jackie is just extremely helpful and friendly, when sometimes when dealing with other people in this pharmacy you may feel like an intruder.
Diana Evans: Phone is always busy or been off hook I wonder ? When I finally got through, rang several times and got cut off deliberately There are reasons why customers called you, to save driving there, time and petrol to find out the medication is not ready or not in stock !!
Marta Adriana Huszar: Usually very slow
Anastasia Young: Very poor customer service and rude staff. Always have to wait to be served. Their system was down a few weeks ago so I could not collect my medication on the day I was going on holiday. No apologies and no alternative offered. You just have to come back they kept on repeating! Thanks to CMK medical centre and Chapharm chemist in Heelands for helping me on that day. Have now changed chemist to Heelands for all my family.

Colin Howes: Clean, brightly lit, conveniently located
mohamad swaleh: Excellent services. Always a pleasure dealing with the staff excellent customer service and always available to offer assistance.
Muhammad Ali: Brilliant they had medicine when the whole of Bletchley chemists had none
Christine Peel: Number engaged for an hour this evening when I tried to enquire why medicine had not been delivered.
Ahmed Abdulrazak: Always met my expectations,
Gary Noakes: Only open 9 to 1pm
Happy Foxtail: Not the largest of pharmacies, but still stocked plenty of different medicine's and remedies with members of staff being absolute angels so kind warm and helpful! (Thank you Donna)
David Whiteley: Rude staff will not use anymore
MeDuSasnakehead: If you want to be talked down to, shouted and sworn at, intimidated by the staff, dread collecting your medication, then this place has it all. Excluding the lovely lady working on till, this is a very hostile collection of women work here , id recommend the walk to another chemist if you dont like any of the things iv mentiomed as your guarenteed to have a bad experience here.
Chris Stallwood: Friendly staff able to help you find what you need to make you well. Other products available as well in the pharmacy range
Ashish De: Difficult to contact on phone, closed over weekends and lunch adding to inconvenience. Slow service and information on Google incomplete and not up to date.
