The hospital is known for being one of the best hospitals, with excellent treatment provided by the nurses and doctors. The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is first class, with professional staff and brilliant care. The staff, from HCAs to senior consultants, are helpful and caring, keeping families fully informed and involved in treatment.
The patient was incredibly well looked after and all the staff were amazing. Despite being very busy, the staff made everyone their priority and provided excellent care. The patient felt lucky to have such a dedicated team looking after them.
The patient was transferred from another hospital for surgery and was settled onto the surgical ward during the night. They received plenty of pain relief and antibiotics. The surgery was performed by a fantastic team, and the patient felt completely at ease. The team on the ward was brilliant, and the patient had a quick recovery and was comfortable at home.
