Phillip Holman: If I could give 10 stars I would. Lee replaced the cracked glass on my Iphone 14 pro, picked up the phone on time dropped it back off on time, like it was a brand new phone, super impressed with the workmanship and service would highly recommend. Phil
Ash Hadid: Great service and cannot fault, got iPhone 8 screen fixed at home for a very reasonable price. Really convenient and easy to arrange, all communication was on text with Lee, repair took 20mins and payment was made via online link after the job was complete. Highly recommend and would use again!
Mark Trueman: Can't fault these guys. Lee replaced the LCD screen on my iPad for an excellent price and with a very quick turnaround. Really professional, and much better service (and price) than you would get from Apple.

Unfortunately fitted the wrong kind of screen to my samsung, which stopped working a few months later, I had to get it fixed by samsung themselves so I've ended up paying twice. Wouldn't use for anything other than iphones.

When I take it to the Apple Store they told me The phone broke down and is no longer usable, and if I want to fix it, I have to pay an amount of £630. I was shocked to hear that, I paid £ 1200 to use the phone only for two years, this is really a shame.

J Chang: EDITED- absolute HATE of Apple - the telephony staff - customer services - the Americans are really rude and demonstrate a lack of knowledge about their own product - if they dont know it they tell you to go away and refer back to third party when it’s the Apple tech at fault?????? The actual product is underwhelming, rather dull and rarely does it “plug & play”. One aspect of Apple that I’ve noticed is that it rare that you feel surprised and joy at your new very overpriced purchase, what you’re more like to get is a product that partly works and then you have to buy the accessories and the other bits of junk to make whatever you’ve bought work the way you had originally expected. I’ve never felt so completely and utterly conned out of my money. I’ve just bought a Mac mini for £1650 - the cable to connect a monitor was £40 - and the punchline to the joke is that Apple removed Target Display Mode from their displays AFTER 2014 so my new computer won’t connect to an Apple display (my 2019 iMac desktop) but it will connect to their £1600 Studio display! AND any other brand of display like a Samsung. Trying to ascertain this simple fact from Apple sales, Apple tech support and Apple Geniuses was virtually impossible. Buyer beware. The Apple website is also misleading and confusing I’ve since reported this to the Advertising Standards Authority. The heart, soul and philosophy of what Apple stood for died the day Steve Jobs sadly passed away. America is the home of the Cowboy and Apple is definitely a cowboy company. Unless you pay HUGE amounts of money the only thing you can expect from Apple purchase is a disappointment.

Shaun Bickley: Avoid. It took 3 months to get a graphics card replaced under warranty and the replacement was an inferior card in a damaged box.
Aaron Wingham: Really helpful and nice staff bought parts for 3 PC builds from this company and there always happy to help and give recommendations.my most recent order there was a compatibility error they noticed and fixed it for me instead of just sending out parts that wouldn't work highly recommend.

Gaz: (AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS) I bought a i7 6700k of this compay back in 2016 yes i know its a while ago but every time i think about my experience with this company it makes me mad anyway here is my storey, I bought a i7 6700k of this company back in 2016 and this was my first hight end build, i had saved up for a long time for this i7 6700k and i was so excited looking to get it up and running so a friend of mine who builds/works at pc's for a living said he would build it and when he did it was fantastic i loved the thing but then after a few weeks the i7 6700k just stopped working so i requested a RMA with intel and i sent them the old chip and after a few weeks had past i had no contact from them so i got in touch and asked did they receive my old i7 6700k and they got back via email and said yes but they would not be replacing it as it was fake and they will be destroying it so at this point i started to panic and wonder what the hell is going on so i logged onto my Aria pc account and downloaded a copy of the receipt/invoive and sent it to intel to prove that i didn't buy a fake i7 6700k and hopefully they will replace it but they still said that it was a fake and closed the RMA yet i had not receive a new one so at this point i copied Aria pc in on the emails that i & intel had been sending eachother to see if they could help in anyway at all because the i7 6700k at this time was a lot of money infact it was £303.48 and all Aria said to me after reading the emails from intel was you should have sent it back to us and thats all they could say so people please watch out for this company because its a high possibility that the goods you are buying is fake and they will not stand by you if something goes wrong. The name is Gary Core just incase you try to attack me asking for a order number and Name Aria because i see from other reviews that you have done this.
Neil Buckenham: I recently bought a Ryzen 3 processor chip from Aria. This was a very big mistake as the chip arrived faulty and would not correctly connect to the AM4 socket. The returns process took over 4 weeks and when I received an email from Aria returns they stated it was my fault so became my word against Aria pc. Bearing in mind chip cost was over £110 this was a big loss and especially as the PC was for my son for Christmas.they will not refund me as they state it’s my fault. Please do not order from this company as if something does go wrong they will not treat you like a customer. If you are thinking of ordering don’t do it. Spend your money with a company that will treat you in the correct way and not just blame you.

They said it has been dispatched they will phone the courier deppo and get back to me same day, obviously they never. So I phoned back 2 days later to find out it hasn't been dispatched and it's been held back to the end of the month, so I said to cancel my order. The man on the phone said I will cancel your order I submit a refund, now week and half later still £84 out of pocket. They are a disgrace.

Larry Hopkins: I've made two orders over the years. I'd read the bad reviews but glossed over them thinking what could go wrong? They have enough glowing reviews to suggest most "customers" are happer after all...My first order, a gpu came in a box that looked like it'd been in the ring with tyson fury. Their explanation - blame it on the courier! Seriously? It was in a second box for delivery with no signs of damage!!Not a good start but anyway, this was 5 years ago and I needed some new parts for a new build. Not the cheapest on some parts, but I didn't want to have to wait for multiple packages to be delivered, so took a punt on them again.On opening the box, I found a couple of the "sealed" boxes had been opened already and the contents clearly taken out and handled.Not sure if they'd been used or returned by a previous customer or god knows what other reason, but I was none the wiser anyway.After many phone calls and emails. First they told me they hadn't been opened and I was mistaken or lying. Then told one person admitted they'd probably been opened to "check contents" before shipping, but didn't explain why.But either way, they refused the return and refund of the opened goods unless they were faulty, because they'd been opened and used!!? Not happy!!
Hasan Ahmad: Brought a motherboard from them. Within an hour of me installing it and running the build it crashed. Motherboard showed dram issues but tested it and it was clearly the motherboard. Dram light would still show when no ram was even in the machine and was failing to boot multiple times. Sent it back to them and they tested it and said it was fine. 28 days later I paid to receive my motherboard back and tested my components in there and still didn't work. Called to get a refund but said they would need to test it again before any refund was given. I refused saying that they would say that it wasn't faulty and that the motherboard has scratches on it when they received it. Overall poor customer service. Unwilling to refund faulty parts and blaming it on the customer. Would highly recommend staying well away. Buy from anyone but here.

James Cowman: Edit; I am having to call them now as they never informed me about the PSU failing after paying for a test of the rig, I explained to them this was the only component I could not test myself! The damage they describe was extremely minor scratches to the fastener points during installation or must have happened in their care. Anyway as you can see their default when receiving a return within 2 days is to blame the customer........Careful with returns they don't take them lightly. Returned a mobo and cpu as faulty withing days of receiving them. They told me my k series intel cpu required a graphics card (wrong) and that they were nearly done with testing using memtrst86 (weird choice), after I complained they did run more tests. They usually charge for this testing since they say the parts worked fine but I wouldn't pay them. The parts were still faulty when I got them back so I built the machine and paid £45 for them to correctly identify the fault finally as the mobo (As I already had). They claim I damaged the board both times. The first time, marks at bolt holes and they say a bent cpu pin (they had it over two weeks before they told me this, but it worked fine apparently, would you trust them after the false information they provided during testing?). They say the second time it was a different pin bent however I am experienced in building PC's and have never struggled installing a CPU in my significant past experience. Avoid these guys if you want decent customer service. In any case they send a scary letter with detailed terms and conditions for even processing a return. When I got the machine tested by them to prove a point, one term says even if they damage it they are not liable.
