Waterside Hotel & Leisure Club: what do users think?

Nina Hindley: Good

Lucy McCarry: Large, well-equipped hotel. Kind reception staff phoned me when room was ready early. Pool huge with attentive staff and good spa area. Small housekeeping queries answered immediately and sorted. Breakfast spread was super, great fresh fruit and excellent ingredients used. Exceptional service from the lovely Laura, great to chat to, and offered me a fresh flat white from the coffee shop when she thought the machine wasn't producing hot enough coffee that morning. The hotel uses Worker Bee Coffee, local to Didsbury. Highly recommend this hotel for a solo trip, to refresh, recharge and reset one's batteries.

The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel: what do users think?

Will Daulphin: The Edwardian is somewhere I’ve wanted to stay for a while and it was a great experience. The rooms are lovely and well furnished, with the coffee machine Nespresso being a welcomed addition. Also the walk in shower was great, along with the automatic blinds. As for the rest of the hotel, the lobby and the spa are brilliant, with the gym being top also. The only complaints I would have is that our rooms AC never really got that cold, so there were times that the room was quite warm, but not unpleasant. Also the pool area got super busy despite the hotel requiring hourly slots from the attendees. This meant we could never really relax as much as we wanted to unfortunately. People were overstaying their hours times and leaving towels on beds whilst leaving to go elsewhere, so there was a bit of a queue of people loitering about inside the pool waiting for beds to become available and it all felt a bit rushed unfortunately.Otherwise, brilliant stay at a lovely hotel, and the staff were great.

Beatriz Tames: Beautiful lobby, staff very kind and helpful. Great breakfast buffet.

Thomas Gilbert: Clean pool facilities! The bar staff here were exceptional, breakfast was class and the evening food too.

ROHAN DE FONSEKA: We stayed at Hilton Manchester Deansgate. We are Diamond members and the lovely, efficient staff upgraded us to the Presidential Suit. It was a marvellous experience. Kaiser and Artemis have always treated us very well. We patronise this hotel quite often as we attend a Church Service on a Saturday morning and stay overnight. This time round there was a different vibe at the Executive Lounge. It has never been like this before. Michelle, Ellice and Marta are doing an Excellent job in the lounge. These 3 staff makes you feel at home the very instant you enter in to the Executive Lounge. We were so blessed to be looked after by the above staff.Wish them all the very best.Rooms: The Presidential Suit was beyond description. Enjoyed it thougfhrly.Nearby activities: Great view to watch from above.

Edgars Zens: Hotel highlights Luxury

Ismail Ali: The fire alarm evacuation took less than a minute. I've never seen such efficiency before. It's a commendable aspect of this hotel 🏨.

INNSIDE Manchester: what do users think?

Wendy Peskett: Very good location.Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Only issue was no hanging space. The bathroom was open plan. There were free drinks included in the fridge, and I wasn't aware they were free. There is a Gino D'Campo restaurant on site.First night was very quiet. The second night, even though I was on the 8th floor, I could here music from the restaurant launch until midnight. The breakfast was buffet style. My favourite part of breakfast is eggs, so it was disappointing that only hard boiled or scrambled eggs were available. I've had much better choices at breakfast. Vegetarian sausages were available if asked for, but they were overcooked and quite a bland make. No vegetarian bacon available.Good fruit selection. Loads of different sliced meat, but I don't eat that, great choice if you do.

L B: Fab hotel with very friendly and helpful staff throughout the day and evening which made my stay in Manchester very pleasurable. Great location near tram station, bars and restaurants and shopping. Rooms very clean, fresh and modern. Open bathroom which worked and room felt spacious. Only issue was to switch toilet light on there was a light on outside in bedroom area which could wake up other guest. I used my phone at night. Thick walls so no noise from neighbouring guest rooms or corridor. Fridge with drinks included in package. Didn’t have breakfast but used late night bar….again great service and friendly staff, great choice of drinks etc. Restaurant looked busy and would like to try next time. Would recommend and I definitely would stay again.

AU: . Under such circumstances, this hotel cost just under 20,000 yen including breakfast and dinner using the early bird discount. The location is between Deansgate and Oxford Street, close to both stations. The room was a standard room, but it was spacious and comfortable. There are two types of showers: one that falls from above like a waterfall, and the other a regular shower head, and you can switch between them. Water pressure is sufficient. There was no problem with the toilet flushing. The room, bathroom, and bed were all large and comfortable. Three types of juice

Moss Bank Clinic: Stunning

Alison Lomas: Good hotel and serviceDifficult to findFood & drinks: Afternoon teaVery nice

Kia Morgan: I don’t usually write reviews but I thought it was necessary after my stay last night. King street townhouse is the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was decorated beautifully - full of rose petals and good size espa products for shampoo and conditioner etc ! The infinity pool was the best part, it was a perfect temperature with a lovely view of Manchester, it will be even better when the scaffolding comes off. We ended up having room service and the food was beautiful and so was the drinks. I just want to say thank you to all the staff for being so friendly especially Tamara who looked after us on arrival. I definitely won’t be going to anywhere else in Manchester when we next come and visit. We had the best stay and we wish we had booked for an extra night ! I would recommend to anyone who wants to have the night away !

Eimear Maguire: I’ve stayed at KST many times and it’s beautiful. This time I stayed in room 20. Access to the bedroom via the bathroom which is unusual! Gorgeous toiletries and linens. Bed frame is not ideal. Many bruises acquired!! Also the radio wasn’t there! It was always a nice touch to be welcomed by the Roberts radio.Food & drinks: We had the breakfast and it’s top notch. An amazing selection and quality produce.

Tracy Gregory: Wonderful afternoon tea in a beautiful cosy space, great food and service very pleasantFood & drinks: A good selection of tasty food

Chrisheen Gentle: My Fiancé and I Stayed here and it was such an amazing experience, it was luxurious, quality, and the staff where very welcoming and helpful.,Rooms: Our Room was beautiful, Luxury Towels, Bedding, Body lotions, and the shower and Bath were perfect!!

Lynda Belfield: Great location for the Bridgewater Hall and only a short walk to the Palace Theatre, bars, shops restaurants.Friendly, helpful staff. Good sized rooms and the facilities in the room were good... Tea, coffee bathroom etc.The cooked breakfast wasn't such great quality. There was plenty of it though. Coffee machine takes too long which causes a queue!

happiness1410: Great location and clean roomsThe only thing is that they don’t offer toothpaste and brush which are essentialsRooms: Spacious and clean

semo demo: A very good hotel, close to the city center, tram, bus.Very clean rooms, we had 4 drinks offered by the hotel with a box of chocolate.

Steve Chappell: Stayed here over 20 years ago when it was Jury's Inn, so when attending a concert at the Bridgewater Hall, it seemed the obvious choice as it is next door almost.First impressions are important for me and the first thing you see on entering are self check in screens a la Tesco. There are staff available to help. Anyway, I got to my room which was quite adequate. No complaints. Clean and cheerful.View from the window was a building site which did start working noisily around 7.30am. And that's the thing with this hotel, it's noisy. You're always going to get noisy guests but I found the plumbing noisy. Even the bath running on the floor above around midnight was quite disturbing.Went down to breakfast before 8am, not too busy. Excellent coffee, but the bacon was going hard, the sausages none to clever. Hash browns indifferent. Bit disappointed that though there was cheese in the cold section, there was no ham. It had all gone and was not replenished during the 25 minutes that I was breaking my fast. It is advertised at £14 a head. Can't comment about the staff 'cos there weren't many about and I spoke to no one apart from ordering a beer at the bar.But it's just one night and I'd stay there again mainly because of it's location and the "free bus" that makes it easily accessible.

Didsbury House Hotel: what do users think?

Navdeep Dhillon: .The bar is nice and well-equipped for both cold and hot drinks. The restaurant also serves dinner

Alex McIntyre: What a super venue! Super staff and a super weekend. Molly and Jonny sure know how and where to have friends and family together... Congratulations on their lifelong committal and thank you Didsbury House for making it a brilliant occasion for everyone!Rooms: Super, couldn't have been happier.Food & drinks: Excellent, job well done to the Chef and his staff!

Nick Yates: mini-bar selection. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate were free.Unfortunately, despite the luxury of the room, I had a really bad night's sleep for two reasons. The first is really personal preference so I don't want to mark the hotel down - but the bed was very soft, and the pillows even softer, which made them very difficult to mould into a comfortable and supportive position. The second reason I slept badly was the temperature of the room. Despite the radiator and towel rail being off, and the window being wide open, the room was really hot and did not cool much overnight. The whole hotel was overly warm for me - especially the breakfast room. After a night in my hot room, and a hot shower, I was really overheating during breakfast.Breakfast itself was very nice - mostly table service, with a very small buffet with some pastries, juice, fruit and cereal. I was a bit worried about waiting for table service since I had to get into my office by a set time, but it was very quiet and service was quick so I had no problems.I would probably choose another local hotel if I had to re-visit, but that is really because of my preference for bed/pillow comfort, and temperature. If you aren't too sensitive about these things, then this is an absolutely perfect hotel and a real joy to stay in.

Joanna Malpas: Didn't stay here, but attended a private dining event with work. Though some colleagues stayed and said it was lovely. Beautiful hotel, staff lovely and food was excellent. I have been previously to a family wedding which was a lovely setting.Nearby activities: Close to Didsbury village and across from Towers Business Park. It's a few minutes walk to East Didsbury train station where you can get into Manchester City Centre in 15 mins or to Manchester Airport in 10 mins.Walkability: 5 mins to Didsbury Village.5 mind East Didsbury Train stationFood & drinks: Lovely food

Emily Turnbull: We had our wedding breakfast and reception at didsbury house hotel and it was better than we could have hoped for!Everything ran so smoothly, the staff were so accommodating and friendly and helpful the entire process. The food was amazing - people were saying how nice the menu sounded and were even more impressed with how it all looked and tasted - it really was perfect.Jenny from the events team had multiple meetings with us before the day to make sure we knew exactly what the plans were and were comfortable with them and pointed us to things to think about where we had no clue as she’s such an expert!! Our wedding coordinator on the day Shemek was such a pleasure and couldn’t do enough for any of our guests. Not only were the venue, food and staff outstanding but the venue looks so amazing in all the photographs - we couldn’t be more pleased. It’s in a great spot and easily accessible by train / tram and car and the bedrooms were all clean and so comfortable.Couldn’t recommend it highly enough - we will definitely be back to celebrate future events!

Guille Cap: excellent attention ! especially Diego, Elena and Alben! a pleasure to have met you.

leonardo maria de paolis: open 24 hrs and conference rooms. The breakfast is really good and the service is great and they are all prepared and ready to help.I was expecting more from the rooms though: mould spots in the shower

A G: Rooms are spacious and clean.Good choice of continental breakfast, pastries, hot food etcI wish they’ve had more fresh veggie options available.Walkability: Perfect location, near the station and on a quiet road

J G: Great service and staffHotel highlights Luxury …

Liv Telford: Lovely hotel - as expected with a Hilton. The location just wasn’t the best as we was on the side of the hotel which looked over the tramline. Trams pass by until past midnight and they’re pretty loud. The room was very clean, the bathroom was brilliant, and most importantly - the bed was comfy, the pillows felt like big clouds! The price was great - for a twin room for two nights it was around £200.Nearby activities: Within walking distance of Gay Village and Piccadilly Gardens. We stayed here to also be quite close to the O2 Ritz venue which is also next to Gorilla & Dog Bowl. Great location activity-wise.
