Abdullah Bahaj: My experience with the staff has been amazing, the staff is very caring and professional.

Mohit Gawade: Go ahead. Good service and rooms but have a look at kampus as well😁

KEVIN MULEYA: lovely victorian styled apartments with high ceilings. Prime location around the corner from Piccadilly station and with good access to local amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff who will go the extra mile to ensure your needs are taken care off. I would definitely recommend this for both long term and short term lets

James Lennard: .The gym is excellent and has enough equipment for full body workouts.WiFi has always been reliable and fast enough for online gaming/streaming.There is a good mix of National and International students; there is a feeling of "all students are welcome" within each of the buildings. The living expenses are on the higher end for student accommodations but as with most things you tend to get what you pay for - and the IQ team were very flexible in allowing me to pay in monthly instalments to better suit my research stipend funding. I have also saved money by not having to commute, purchase furniture

Fatimah Moayad: They are super nice! And the flat is super wide. So far they have been really helpful to me.

Anon Anon: Fantastic accommodation

Craig Taylor: Ok

Moss Court - Student Accommodation in Manchester: what do users think?

Tianping Yang: . Highly Recommend to live here!!!

Katherine Luang: Moss court is the best place during my stay in Manchester. I love the window in my room, allowing me to enjoy the view of the park. During my stay, I never woke up by other’s disturbing because most students here are nice and friendly. Really thankful that most people do not hold party within the apartment, and everyone loves peace and quiet life here. Overall, I strongly recommend Moss court!

Thibaut: The price quality ratio is good . It’s also not too far away from university. Rooms are of good quality and managers are friendly and have tried to resolve issues that we had. Very quiet place that is really nice if you like a peaceful student life. What might be lacking would be a space to sit and enjoy time outside our rooms as there is no living room and kitchen table is small and maybe a more secure bike storage. Overall a very good place, a good experience would recommend. One of the best student accommodation I have seen in Manchester.

Sharmin Dixit: 📍 Location : In the most prime and safest student-oriented area of the city. You'll be 0.5 min walk away from the bus stop connecting you to the entire city through Stagecoach bus service, 1 min walk away from the beautiful Whitworth Park, 5 mins away from Tesco, Co-op, Lidl, Morrison's, Poundland, Superdrug, Cafe Nero, Tim Horton and Curry mile

Dylan: and sometimes too far from uni. I used to walk to school every day even when it was raining and it wouldn't take me more than 12-15 minutes to the AMBS. Literally next-door to the curry mile all the nice takeaways. 3 minute walk from Lidl and 6 minutes from McDonalds so you don't have to spend on that deliveroo. You can also choose to walk a bit further to Aldi and AsdaHelpful and accommodating staff, friendly residents and nice green area in the form of Whitworth Park just over the road. Fallowfield is just a short bus ride if you want to visit mates.Minor negative- School across the road gets busy at peak times but never really inconvenienced me.ConclusionAfter visiting other student accommodation in Manchester you're not going to find anywhere that is as good value for money as Moss Court. I know people who nearly pay like £100 a month more who live in smaller rooms

puja DHAKAL: - 5-minute walk away from shops such as Lidl, Tesco, Poundland, café Nero and Superdrug- 10-minute walk if not then only a few bus stops away- just off the curry mile, there are an array of food places to try out while staying here-washing machines within the kitchen- staff are extremely friendly and approachable-always super clean and tidy

Buena Jill Galleposo: , then Moss Court is for you. This is a call out to international students, especially my Canadian lovelies, you won’t regret booking with Moss Court and Jonathon.

princess ali: and a lovely park just across the road. Universities are easily within walking distance but if you prefer the bus you have access to so many different buses down the main road you'll never be waiting more than a few minutes, or the 111/15 stop is just across the road. The very few issues I did have here were all dealt with in a timely manner and Jonathan on the main desk is very helpful and kind.If you are considering living here I would definitely encourage you to do so.

Francesca Woods: . For example I have many lights up on my walls and ceiling where at previous accommodations they've discouraged it with a threat of a fine for damaged paint. They also allow visitors to park in the onsite parking without a time limit, I have a friend who used to visit me often and she felt her car was safe here. The onsite parking also made move in day a lot easier, they suggested and allowed us to put our car as close to the door as possible to make the trips back and forth even shorter. The flats are also provided with their own washer/dryer. This is amazing because something I hated about both my previous accommodations was steep prices to do a load of washing and then the fear that if it was left too long that there was a possibility of someone taking it. The security here is also amazing and almost every door requires a key of some sort so that makes it difficult for unauthorised people to enter which allows me to feel more safe when I'm here despite being on the ground floor.

Lizeth Prieto: . The flats are well-equipped, and the rooms are spacious. Each flat has its washing machine, so you don't have to pay extra for laundry. Also, I have enough space to keep enough food because two fridges allow everyone to keep their food fresh. The management is really responsible and supportive. If I have any issues, just an email is enough for them to fix them. For example, when I arrived, I asked the manager if they could change the carpet in my room because it was old and dirty, and the manager accepted my request and changed it a week after. The location is the best! Whitworth park and art gallery are in front of Moss Court, Poundland, Tesco, and Lidl are a 5-minute walk, and the curry mile is just a 3-minute walk. You will have enough restaurants with a great variety and almost 5 bus routes to the city centre.I will recommend it as a good option for any international student :

Sarah Scott: Moss Court is a great place to stay in Manchester as a student. It is one of the most affordable places available within a 5/10 minute walking distance of the University of Manchester!! This is a rarity in the city as the rent prices are usually so high! Not only that, it is a 1 minute walk from the curry mile which is a huge line of take aways, as well as a Lidl. On top of this, over the road is a lovely park, which in the summer everyone lays on the grass and people put up volleyball nets and play! There is literally all the amenities you could ask for, right on your doorstep. However, if that isn't enough, the bus stop is just over the road and it takes you straight to the city centre in less than 15 minutes!!The accomodation itself is amazing. It's always so warm inside and all the rooms have their own heater, although you rarely need to use it! The kitchens and bedrooms are modern and clean so it is a really comfortable place to live. As well as this, the accomodation itself is a fun place to be, there's usually a flat party or two every couple of weeks and that creates a really good atmosphere where everyone knows everyone! But in the same respect, the accomodation is still very quiet!! The walls must be thick because I never heard any noise. The staff at this accommodation are ace! Johnathan has been so so so sooo extremely helpful and kind and ... empathetic!?! That's not a common trait when you're requesting things from an accommodation, but no, he has been such a superstar, literally anything I have needed he has gone out of his way to help me and to get things sorted within the same day! Blocked shower!? You can be expecting it to be done by the time you put the phone down!!😂 Honestly it's a great place.Overall this is a really lovely place to stay and I was so sad when I had to leave. Great location, great people, great friendly staff, and great memories. You will feel safe and comfortable at moss court, I can assure you. I wish I could go back!

Apurva Singh: While booking the accomodation, I was confused which area and location is the best for a student, after living here now for 4 months I can say that this is the best student accommodation that you will find at this price. The staff is friendly and always there to help, if you face any issue just email them and they will take care of it instantly. The rooms are fair in size with a wide window to get sunlight, furniture is nice and modern, bed size is large in every room, toilets are clean and well maintained, Kitchen is equipped with pretty much all the appliances that you will need. Also there are four mini fridges, which means enough space to store your food, it has a dining table as well for four people, so you can enjoy your food with friends. The best thing is they have washing machine installed in every flat, so free laundry everytime. The location is amazing as you have all the stores for groceries and daily essentials just 200m walk away. There is a beautiful park right in front of Moss court to get some sunshine.University is 10 mins walk away, because there is a short cut from the park.Bus stand in front of Moss court from where you can take any bus to the city. For Indian students, there is a Gurudwara 200m away to have langar every Sunday.Parcel drop in stores are just 80m away, incase you need to return a parcel or send.Enough parking space for everyone.Staff will take care of your parcel if your away. They have easy installment options to pay for your accommodation.I would recommend this accommodation as 10/10

Jessica Watson: Perfect location for getting into either university and easy access to busses. The staff always solve any issues quickly and are improving the site constantly

Rekha Chhetri: , washing machine inside the flat 😊

Matthew Rimmer: Having stayed at and viewed other accommodations in the nearby Rusholme area, Moss Court stood out to me as being a very well-rounded and a quality student accommodation. Moss Court is situated within a 10 to 15-minute walk of the Uni of Manchester main campus and the other Manchester universities are nearby too. There is a short walk to the local supermarkets and coffee shops, and a Wetherspoons pub of course! There is a bus stop with regular services towards the city centre just seconds away too.A few months prior to moving in my friend and I went for a viewing and were shown around by the very welcoming on-site manager. One thing that really appealed to both me and my friend after a discussion with the manager was the flexibility in payment methods and dates throughout the term. The management also aim to match flat mates together by personality, and in my flat they achieved this perfectly, we all get on fantastically with each other. This is something my previous accommodation failed to do and what makes Moss Court an enjoyable place for me to live with my friends. The on-site team are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provide a personable service that makes you feel like a valued tenant. When maintenance issues are reported to them, they respond within minutes and give regular updates about any ongoing repairs. In short, the on-site team couldn’t do enough for you.I chose to select a gold room; this room is incredibly spacious with ample floor space and storage for all my belongings and comes with quality and robust furnishings. Unlike other accommodations the furniture was not fixed to the wall, so I could move the furniture around to achieve the layout I wanted. I have found in the past that this was not possible in other accommodations. The kitchen area is fitted with all the necessary appliances as well as a washer-dryer, this is the first student accommodation I have seen with a washer-dryer within the flat kitchen itself, this is another feature that really stood out to me. In summary, the flat is truly value for money.Another key difference between Moss Court and other local accommodations was the excellent safety and security of the property. There is CCTV and a 24-hour onsite security which really makes the accommodation a comfortable and secure place to live. The fire alarms are checked on a weekly basis too, adding to a general feeling of safety. I was placed in a ground floor flat, initially I was apprehensive about my personal safety, however the extensive security measures put my mind at ease very quickly. The building comes with a large secure car park, ideal for students who choose to bring a vehicle with them. Also perfect for moving day and for when family and friends come to visit at the weekends! When options for rebooking were released, I did not hesitate to rebook again at this amazing accommodation. All in all, Moss Court is a remarkable accommodation with a superb location, great security and fantastic facilities and it makes other competing accommodations seem inadequate. So when coming to choose your student accommodation, make sure it is Moss Court, I could not recommend Moss Court enough!
