Maxine Aspinall: I absolutely love this place and the staff are lovely 😍Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
David William Maybury: quiet and we'll run
Kanwal Shabbir: Rooms are fine but their services are pathetic they even charge £5 for WiFi no shampoo no conditioner are available they charged over and they take deposit as wellRooms: 4/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Mark Roberts: The room was perfect, nicely refurbished and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed chatting with them throughout my stay.I would definitely stay here again. Great value for money.
Seth Cornell: Great place to stay if you hate sleep. The walls were paper thin and everyone (including guests and staff) were having loud conversations, playing music, slamming doors etc. Until 2 am. The non smoking room reeked of cigarettes, the sheets had cigarette burns in them and the walls were decorated with assorted stains that included blood. And to top it off they kept my 50 quid "deposit" so I have to go through my bank to get it back.
Owen Armstrong: Happy, warm times.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Thomas: Room was tidy upon arrival, beds were comfy and more than adequate for our stay. Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. A relaxed and relatively enjoyable experience overall. Would stay again if needed.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Eldin Francois: The rooms were amazing! This is a definite "don't judge the book by its cover" experienceRooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Gary William Leese: Excellent Service.
Norace Sibanda: Clean bedroom. Newly refurbished Cramped bedroom. Unable to sit upright in the bed if you are over 6 feet. ( my husband is) no acrobatics antics in bed due to wooden shelving above head board.Bathroom new, stylish, modern, clean 👌.Radiator in bathroom dangerously hot. Radiator is placed beside the toilet bowl and the toilet paper holder. My arm caught the Radiator as I reached for the paper. I Close enough wet myself, but I was in the appropriate place to do so. 🤣. But what I found disturbing is that I reported it to the lady at reception. Nothing was done about it. If a young child or elderly person come in direct contact with that egg- frying temperature radiator it will be a different outcome. The area is yet to be desired. Not the impression of Manchester that we want to stay in our memory. But.. you get what you pay for.
Hussain Raja: Last minute booking again gave me the best room available at price you won't believe and thir wer fully booked they know how to look after customers try it before going anywhere else you won't go anywhere else in the futureRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Fredan Rahmani: My family and I arrived late on a Saturday evening at Manchester. I called a few hotels to book for a night but unfortunately all their receptionist were rude. I then came across Hendham House hotel where I was treated with respect aswell as a good customer service. The price for the family room was fair for a Saturday night and also it was a very nice and clean room. I would definitely go back there once I'm in Manchester again. Highly recommended.Regards Mr Fredan
Kabir Abdulrazaq: It's average, decently clean room and environment
Adanan Shabir: I had booked the double room with private bathroom for new years. Absolutely amazing experience. Value for money to say the least. Very clean. Easy access and check in. Staff were helpful when required. Comfortable bed. Quite. Nice hot shower. Would definitely return and recommend
Codrut Stoian: Friendly serviceIt's a family you miss around Christmas
Nigel Witter: Great stay, helpful staff, comfortable beds and close to the city centre 😀

Britannia Hotel Manchester: what do users think?
Jack Evans: Going to be honest, I booked this place for a weekend away because it was cheap and central. My expectations were low.And honestly, it's pretty awesome. Playing absolutely horrendous dance music in reception. Obviously used to be a fancy hotel, it shows through the horrific yet characterful redecoration. Make sure you go to the top of the stairs and look down, is like an Escher painting. Absolutely hellish in the best way possible. Loved it!The room was basic. Didn't want anything more. It did what it needed.Honestly, loved it. So much bizarre character. Staff seemed nice. Bouncers on the door on weekends, they were friendly. Great central location.Seriously, just book a room. It's mad. Will be coming back and recommending.
Mark Andrew: Paid 165 for a single room for 1 nights stay I was expecting a really nice room for that price with all the mod cons etc was extremely disappointed when I opened the door very basic and very dated and tired wasn't clean no breakfst included aswell no way should these rooms be charged at that price I would pay no more than £40 for this standard and definitely won't be staying again
samantha gipson: For what I needed this was a good value for money hotel. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and city centre location was what I wanted. Cheaper and better than chain budget hotels.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Natalie Cassidy: Booked very last minute, had to pay an extra £20 for a room with a window as it was hot, even with the window the room was still very hot, bar was lovely and staff very friendly however when we went down for breakfast the staff was not so friendly I understand they need to check you have paid for a room but think this could have been done in a more friendly manner, when my partner went to use the toilet in the dining area as he opened the door a staff member called Lisa shouted "for gods sake, I've come in here to clean because you are eating breakfast" other than that basic standard rooms and service for the money. (£110 per night)
ivor woods: Cheap and cheerful! Pay extra for a window!! Covered the basics!! Great locationRooms: 3/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Ali Hassan: Its A Boutique hotel without lift without wifi its not a Hotel its Just a Motel dont deserve even 1 starRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Baggrz Boii: Asked for a double bed but instead was given 2 single beds. Good price for the location but I would advise to pay more for a better quality hotel.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
michael paling: No air conditioning and it was very warm. Otherwise very clean and comfortableNearby activities: Close to all amenetiesRooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Kimii Chez: Cockroaches in the bathroom.Bed bug bits up both my arms.No window or aircon which was shown in the photo when booking. No fan in room.£80 a night in these conditions?
Alvin K. Pitts: We had a wonderful time at the Britannia Hotel!
Shadow Bard Poetry: Stayed one night while attending a gig in the city. The staff were friendly on arrival, I was asked if I would like a free room upgrade as my room had no windows.Upon agreeing it was only under the premise that I buy breakfast!! (That's not free!) Room was decent, clean & tidy. Only issue was it was extremely HOT & there was no air con, a fan was provided but all that does is push hot air around. Breakfast was very salty & lacked any real taste.
David Tan: I did expect the room to be windowless, and I just needed a night of stay, so I wasn't fussing about window or windowless. However, the room is without AC, and this is summertime. I felt suffocating, and there was no air circulation. The staff did remind me about the windowless room upon checking in, but nothing about AC, nor was it written on the site.
Martin Budds: This is really really basic. You get what you pay for, basically nothing but a room. One restaurant on site and it was shut. One towel for 2 people. No conceiege service at all and you need to pay for WiFi in the rooms. On the plus side it has a nice staircase!

AC Hotel by Marriott Manchester Salford Quays: what do users think?
rosie ardley: Very nice stay. Food was very nice. Room nice and clean. Love the floors. I needed to change rooms to be near my clients. Who I had taken on holiday with bell coaches the very kind lady on the desk managed to change my room so I was opposite my clients room all in no time at all. Would definitely stay again. Everyone very helpful.Rooms: Very fresh clean and pillows very goodFood & drinks: The food has been very good
sonya hashmi: Nice hotel, good service, bland food.Nearby activities: Really near Salford quays, loads of activities to do there.Hotel highlights Great value …More
Faiza Arshad: Flew straight from Muscat, Oman to Manchester airport. Not seen my fiancé in 3 months. He surprised me by booking A.C Marriott in Salford Quays and we had such a lovely time. Super refreshing, cosy, clean and professional. Really enjoyed my couple nights here and would definitely recommend any other traveller who needs some downtime home away from home. Loved it! The reception staff girls were super nice and super helpful!Rooms: Wonderful , spacious, luxe, super cleanSafety: Very safe and secure no issues with thisNoteworthy details: Greggs in the Shell petrol pump for a wonderful cheese n onion bake pastie for breakfast!
Tim Lloyd: Great staff, reasonable room, good breakfast although needs more than one coffee machine. Limited parkingRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Alex Martin: Stayed in this lovely hotel to goto a concert nearby. So overpriced at over £300 for a room per night, not even breakfast included. Wasn’t even biscuits with the coffee tray. For that price you’d expect a bottle of wine at least. Such a shame as it’s a lovely hotel just a ridiculous price, sorry for the review but hotels shouldn’t be allowed to do this
David Kay: Location is reasonable for the City centre however as a Coach Driver they don't have a designated Coach Bay for drop and pick-up and their cooked food offering for breakfast was awful, restaurant is meant to open at 06:30 and yet almost stone cold food went onto hot plates at 06:35 and was served cold and they don't use a plate warmer so even if the food was at the correct temperature it would have cooled down rapidly.#QualifiedChef #CoachDriver

Steph Mart: Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Bare looking rooms/sterile rooms devoid of any character. Parking is limited due to works taking place in hotel. Niggles with the room eg missing soap in the bathroom but worst of all is the road/tram noise. Stayed on the 4th floor and sound insulation was poor precluding a good sleep. Requested invoice by email but they forgot to attach it so having to chase that now.
A. Mo: Thankyou Ben great service
Lee: This was a great choice for us and nothing to complain about. Everything is great. We highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are very neat. The bathroom is fine. The breakfast is complete and neat.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet …More

Premier Inn Manchester Old Trafford hotel: what do users think?
John Hill: Very negative experience. I've stayed in Premier Inn quite a lot. Never had a problem until now.I have updated my review due to the very poor way I have been treated.Basically one morning I had no hot water, it was freezing cold. I'd been out for a run in very hot weather and was checking out straight after. I had no option but to have a very cold minimal wash. These things happen but the response from Premier Inn is simply bad. They are basically implying that it was my fault for not reporting the issue at the point of having the shower.I have queried if I should have either gone down to reception immediately either:-1. Naked.2. Put my dirty sweaty clothes back on having tried the cold shower.3. Put my clean clothes on when I was very sweaty and dirty.I am awaiting their response.Obviously provision of hot water is not considered a basic need by this hotel and when I did report it on check out shortly after they were aware there was an issue and it seems to be a known issue.
Melissa Twydle-Sharpe: Our stop over when visiting Old Trafford. The hotel is lovely and clean. Rooms standard with plenty of room and normal extras such as air conditioning, hair dryer and hand soap and shower gel in dispensers. You can collect additional hot beverage items from the reception so we had plenty of tea and coffee. Near the front desk they have three vending machines including a Ben and Jerry ice-cream tub machine. Two out of the three accepted card payments. Nice restaurant attached, lovely breakfast. A very enjoyable stay.Nearby activities: Old Trafford across the road .On site car park charges, you get a voucher which covers the over night only. We arrived at 2pm and couldn't check in until after 4pm. We left our car in the car park and walked to the Lowry clearance shops. The car was left after we checked out while we had a tour of Old Trafford. We paid our parking on departure about 2pm the next day. The overnight voucher covered £6.00 but we paid another £6.00.
Karen Brown: Great service and helpful. Very clean, food is hot and plentiful.Fantastic 2 night stay. Would recommend and can't wait until I visit again.Rooms: Fantastic, Beds very comfy very clean and lots of room. Toilet and shower bath spotless.Nearby activities: Close to Man Utd stadium and about 15 mins walk to Coronation Street tour and trams to City Centre.Safety: Staff makes you feel very safe.Walkability: Very short walk to Tram and Bus Stops. Hotel is wheelchair friendly.Food & drinks: Great food with lots of choiceNoteworthy details: Staff very friendly and very knowledgeable about local and City sites. Tea Coffee facilities in all rooms and if need more just have to ask. Carpark onsite with a £6 per day with CCTV.

mia: Lovely hotel. Stayed on event day and it had a good atmosphere but was quiet at night. Nice bar and restaurant facilities. Will be staying again

S J Brown: You couldn't have wished for more friendly staff, including everyone no matter what role they had, especially the room maids, even though they have a strict turn round time it was done with a smile and hello.Rooms: As always, a clean, spacious room and superb bed as we come to expect from Premier Inn.Great breakfast for taste and value.Nearby activities: A little out the way, but well served by Uber and Bolt for good rates.
Caitlin Taggart: Nearby activities: Super close to Old TraffordWalkability: Walkable to nearby Media City with many restaurants.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More

David Clegg: The Premier Plus Rooms are spacious, well furnished and supplied with all reasonable benefits as described. You can use the restaurant as a walk-in, meals are decent and good value, staff are attentive and friendly. You must PAY £6 for per day for parking, even if a Premier Customer, permits are tough from Reception. Quiet if there is no football playing.

King Street Townhouse: what do users think?
suleman mulla: Was only dropping off customers seemed like a good place the only thing crazy one way system etc
Centaine Parker: I was blown away by the service in the hotel and spa, all the people we interacted with treated us with great kindness and were so helpful with any request we had. All the details of the hotel and spa were really luxurious, they really have thought of everything! The food was delicious, we had room service for dinner and breakfast, both were really high quality and generous portions. I’ve given 4 stars because I did feel after my treatment in the spa I was given a bit of a sales pitch of espa products, I explained that I was flying and couldn’t take liquids and it was fine but I didn’t like someone trying to sell me something immediately after my relaxing massage. I understand that this was not the choice of staff (who were all lovely) and is probably a management decision.
Anne Hodgson: I went with my daughter and granddaughter for afternoon tea. It was lovely. The amount and variety of sandwiches and cakes was perfect and the service exceptional without being overbearing. It is a big building on 6 floors with accommodation rooms, a function room, spa etc. Also there are a few small, more intimate rooms and areas which makes the atmosphere cosy and comfortable and a top floor outside area where you can sit and have a drink after your meal or at night and look over the city. I would definitely recommend for afternoon tea.
Liam Murphy: We had a wonderful stay here. The room we had was absolutely brilliant, a very good size, with lovely furnishings /tv/coffee machine / minibar, an amazing bathroom with seperate bath and rainfall shower. The staff were very professional but also relaxed and friendly. The infinity pool is also brilliant, and although it is only small in size and holds about 8 people at a time and can get busy, it was well worth visiting, and best going first thing of a morning or earlier in the day, with great views from the pool. The Location is also brilliant with the hotel being nearby to the town hall. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Lee Mangini: Had a fantastic spa day and afternoon tea. Staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were second to none. Food and service was great. Highlight of the trip was the treatment from my masseuse,Mia. Had a back and shoulder massage and an express facial. Heaven, thank you.Food & drinks: Afternoon tea was fabulous
Zahra Ashac: Standard stay, booked it for the spa and it was disappointing. Booked it for myself and my elderly mother.Concierge were not attentive and massage was less than average, the girl massaging me, Alisa, was extremely inexperienced and awkward, and just a terrible experience overall.Wouldn’t recommend or return to this hotel or the service to be totally honest.
Hashim Malik: Not all hyped up as it’s made out to be unfortunately. I stayed in a junior suite for my anniversary. For the price I was disappointed in the size of the room and lack of space in hotel overall. Feel like they’ve done everything on the cheap. Hotel did make a slight effort to cater to the occasion by leaving out a bit of cake and rose petals but at a cost. I booked an overnight spa stay and I wasn’t impressed to be honest. The masseuse girl was 18 years old and had told me she was currently studying her level 3 in massage therapy. Not something you wanna hear after spending over £500 on a one night spa stay. The massage was disappointing also to say the least. Need to hire more experienced workers. Use of spa facilities was decent as it was quiet. Onto the breakfast in the morning and again, lacked any real flavour or anything to it really. Also, I felt slight hostility within the staff towards the guests. Overall, a standard stay just not worth the price whatsoever. Expected a lot more for the price.Nearby activities: Great location as it’s centre of townWalkability: Access to China town easily
Alex O'Reilly: Viki made our stay extremely pleasant and went above and beyond what we had asked for. I had asked for a cake to be made for my partner's birthday and the result was outstanding. This was one of the best hotel's we've visited and the attention to detail was sublime. The roof top pool was amazing!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More

Marta Harrison: Based on my friends wedding experience, was good enough not to hit the centre after the wedding but stay on the terraceRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Romantic …More
Sheela Vora: I would not go back for a spaday at the establishment. It is not worth the money they charge. Only 5 lounge in what they call a relaxation. Was not able to go on them as the spa was busy. Epic failure with the food menu changed last minute, and what arrived was not great. Do avoid this spaRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More

Morgan Aylen: Had a brilliant stay here and visit to the spa. Better than expected, staff were helpful with everything, clean, comfy, calming, and enjoyable. Brilliant facilities and toiletries etc provided, loved it. Will be back!
