I live in Scotland but have family in Luton so I visit often and can’t tell you how thankful I am to have found this amazing gym. Walking in for the first time when you don’t know anybody is always quite nerve-racking but I was made to feel so welcome by such an amazing friendly team. You can't go wrong with this gym, great facilities and instructors.

I cannot recommend this gym for children's classes enough! The team has gone above and beyond to include all children and find new ways of helping them to maintain focus. From thinking my son would last 5 minutes and then run out not wanting to return, he has now been attending for 3 months and can't wait to return each week!
