Helen is a qualified Yoga teacher who has been practicing for over twenty years. She keeps up-to-date by attending professional development training days. In her general classes, Helen applies a combination of HATHA and IYENGAR YOGA. She always encourages her students to work within their own limits. She is also an accomplished teacher for perinatal yoga. Additionally, Helen specialises in working with people requiring rehabilitation therapy, as well as adults with mental health problems, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.


It is advisable to eat a light, sensible meal no later than 1.5 hours before classes and to wear loose, comfortable clothing. If you have a medical condition, please speak to Helen about this prior to commencing the class. Beginner and Intermediate Classes operate as a “pay as you attend” system.
