At some of our venues I will be offering opportunities to go outside even just to feel the sun on your body in savasana. Fiona has completed various certified training programs and specialises in a variety of different practices including Hatha, Vinyasa, restorative and Yin Yoga. The Yoga Vine provides personal guidance for all levels of practice according to the body’s needs.
